I know what happened. This location has even more disappointed my review. They can't even handle their employees and staff. Still no name of the manager, just a generic email. Absurd. Their "review" of the camera footage is truly not what happened. This UPS location, doesn't respect the truth! Sounds like they want to protect their employees even after an assault. I always go to this UPS to drop off my Amazon returns and they are almost always efficient and I'm pretty much just in and out and if there was a line it usually moves at a decent pace. I just have to say regarding a worker that was eating her food facing the customers , she should at least face the other way. The other day I came in and there was a line and only 1 worker was at the register, the other one was eating her chips . On the table , I was thinking oh she must be in break til she answered the phone and in my head I thought at least face the other way so it doesn't look like you're just eating while your coworker's doing all the work . read more

Came in and had read reviews of the old gal with wavy black hair. Well, the white chick with long hair and glasses is roughly the same but more passive aggressive. Had a full box on my arms and wavy black had full on conversation with her Spanish customer. White chick helps everyone around me and ignores me, and afterwards goes back methodically packing a box with returns. Doesn't acknowledge me at all. Sisters, you're in Union city surrounded by Filipinos. Get out if u don't want to help us. read more

This location is either really busy or not busy at all. I've been here when there are lines wrapping around the store and when I'm the only person in the store. The employees are always very polite and I've seen how patient they are when there are customers trying to return a bunch of packages. Parking wise it's not the best since the location has a narrow strip of parking spots. I think the best time to go would be on a weekday to avoid crowds and so the parking lot isn't too full. Usually on weekends the parking lot isn't too bad if you go in the morning since people are just parking dropping off returns and leaving. read more

Not sure why they have such a low rating. I live around the corner so this is my go-to UPS store. Every time I go in I am greeted with a smile and a hello. When I have to wait they let me know they'll be right with me. And when I have to make them wait for one reason or another they always make me feel like it's ok and I am the only customer. I came here to notarize a document and the service was good. She just asked for our ID, have it recorded, signed, and sealed. We were done in less than 15 mins. This was not the first time we have a document notarized. Every time, we get good service and the wait was not long. Once in a while, we would drop a returned package with a UPS return label. The same thing, the clerk would accept the package, ask if we need a receipt, and we're out the door. I'm glad that there's a UPS store in our neighborhood. read more

Came here on a Tuesday early morning right when they opened. The lady that works here with the dark wavy hair is super rude, can't be bothered, and obviously hates her job, which this day in age , she should be Thankful that she actually has one. I came here to do my usual Amazon returns but the funny thing is she almost knows that she's ready to be rude. She flips her hair to obviously hide her name tag. Doesn't have any sense of customers service at all. Totally has a flat affect personality. Funny thing is , I went to the mission Blvd location in Hayward next to the pupusa restaurant and the girls there said that they have so many customers that complain about that same employee. A UPS driver also complained that she was totally rude to him, he confronted her and started to take pictures of him. Another UPS colleague! I'm just baffled that that the owner of this place still lets her work here . I won't ever go to this location again. read more

Today it was this particular UPS store. L O C A T I O N UPS is located in the "corner" of the set of shops with Rite Aid. It's right next to Parilya. The parking situation in the area can be slightly challenging as the parking is shared by various shops and restaurants. We were lucky enough to find a spot relatively nearby. S E R V I C E We were needing to do a quick online order return drop off and basically had that experience. It was quick! My bf went in and out in no time. O V E R A L L Pretty good and fast. This is my go-to place for returns and it's always been a breeze. I'm so glad they moved 'coz I prefer this location than the one by Rite Aid. And on Sundays when they have shortened hours and there's only one person in the store, the line seems to go so much faster. Lashly is always pleasant with every customer even when the line seems to be non-stop. I had a few questions about shipping out of the country and tracking information, so I called here before I wasted my time with the hastle. The lady named Gloria answered the phone, and was very polite and patient with all my questions. She gave me pricing, and walked me through their process. When I got there another lady named Mariah helped me. My stress level may have been giving her a negative vibe, so she kept talking to me, and reassuring me that my package will be tracked, and she was going to take care of everything. I come here for the convenient location but my partner and I have decided we're just going to go somewhere else. Zuley is by far the rudest person I have ever met. She is always looking to get snappy at someone or just reject any packages. We dropped off a return and we had no issues with the box yet for some reason she shook it in a way she broke the box and told us she'll ship it "this one time" but it's not her fault if we don't get a refund. We watched her get snappy and yell at people who are hard of hearing wondering why they can't understand her. When we're lucky to come on a day she isn't working other employees of this location are quick and give wonderful service. read more

I've had at least 3 visits to this location and it's safe to say that I can give this place a solid 4 stars (overall). In the last 2x I've been in, the customer service associate worked well under pressure seeing that she was all alone handling a long line. She managed to keep a smile on her face and maintained her cool without getting an attitude to people giving her attitude for the long wait. I witnessed this on two previous visits, so when I see her in we joke about how she needs more help in the front. My most recent visit was also flawless. I came in today to take passport pictures. The process is super easy; they have you sit on a Chair behind the cash register and the associate takes the picture. She lets you review it before she prints it out which is super cool, most places won't even show it to you. The cost for 2 passport pictures is $11.50+tax. It takes no more than 10 minutes to take the pic and for the pics to print out. I like this UPS store because of it's convenient location. This store can be located next My Favorite Indian Restaurant, in the Rite Aid shopping center. Flexible hours, this place stays open until 6pm! read more

My negative rating is because of the 2 horrible interactions I had with one of their female employees (Zully). She is extremely rude, unhelpful, and condescending. She has no customer service skills. We came for notary service on a weekday afternoon. There was no wait and we were in and out in about 10 minutes. It was $60.

This particular location is the worst UPS Store I've ever used. Will never go back. Went to ship a package which they weighed. That was fine But when the package turned out to be not as heavy as it appeared they switched to measuring in which she came up with a total of $163.00 USD to ship ground. When asked why she weighed the box first she replied we are a franchise. I ask what does have to do with my question and her reply we charge which ever is more because we're a franchise. Yeah. Took my box to USPS paid $60.00USD problem solved. UPS if thats how you allow your name to be used your a bigger joke then your franchisee in Union City Ca on Decoto Rd. read more
