When entering my address, she mistyped the letter U as N. While handwriting can sometimes be unclear, she did not confirm with me before printing everything. When I asked for a pen to correct it, she refused and said she typed exactly what I wrote, without taking responsibility for verifying such an important detail. I cannot pay over $100 in postage with an incorrect address. She showed no willingness to correct the mistake or help resolve the issue.
