This place was good generally and the owners are really nice. They also rebranded as they previously were a UPS branch, but now operate as independent owners of this business. They were always very friendly and able to answer my questions. I moved my mailbox only because I had to commute farther than I would have preferred. They are more competitive with prices than other mailbox services in my area, so they were always worth taking a look at. The only reason for one less star was they were open a little earlier than I would have preferred on most days and weekend and didn't have a DHL option. read more

I have been a customer here for about 12 years-ish. Indy (sorry of my spelling is incorrect) is always professional and friendly. He used to have this under UPS only, however, changed over to Ship N Mailbox to be more independently owned by him and offer far more shipping / office / mailbox services. This is a great move! The thing that stands out about this place compared to all other shipping stores I have visited, is Indy himself, and how he runs his business. He is ALWAYS friendly, knows his products and business very well, and if he has a spare couple of minutes (rare for there is a constant stream of people) is usually open to having a friendly neighborhood chat. That may seem trivial, but I run a small business myself, and rely on businesses like his to augment what I do. He makes these tasks that would kill me (almost!) otherwise, to be rather seamless, time-effective, and reliable. Plus, his nice friendly attitude makes it a treat to go to his store.
