I made an appointment for 1:00 P.M. I provided a detailed description for a custodian acknowledgement notary service for two (2) people. We arrived at around 12:50 P.M. We saw a line so I asked our CEO to wait in line while I asked permission of the people who waited in line before us, for me to ask a quick question. They gave me the okay. I asked the person at the counter whether we need to wait in line if we have an appointment. The staff person was curt and responded, "You need to wait in line!" I walked back and stood next to our CEO. The CEO and I talked to each other and commented that although we made the appointment, we still have to be in line. The staff member overheard us and yelled out, "Just like you go to the doctor's office, you have an appointment but you still have to be in line'!" Hello, 1) UPS is not the doctor's office, 2) the people waited before us did not have an appointment, they came to drop off packages, 3) at the doctor's office, you have seats to wait for your turn! Wrong analogy! My CEO and I continued to talk among ourselves. The staff member yelled out again, "I told you to be in line!" I responded, "We are in line!" I turned and asked my CEO, "C, are you in line?" Our CEO was obviously in line and he said, "Yes, you can see I am in line". The staff knew he was wrong and rude, did not offer an apology but just said, "I did not know you were together". I told him, "If you look at the appointment on your computer, you would have seen I notated the service was for two people!" The staff member was rude and not professional. My go to UPS store for my Amazon returns, I've been coming to this branch for years without issues. They have great customer service as the guys who work here are friendly and chill. The only few things to note is that the parking lot sucks and can get congested. The store can also get busy during lunch time and after 5 when people get off work. My recommendation would be to come early to avoid any rushes. read more

I've been going here anytime I have to return an amazon package. All the times that I've been here (and there's been a lot because I'm a regular Amazon customer), they've been extremely friendly and quick. Definitely one of the best experiences that I've had at a delivery/mailing service. I could see their parking lot as a minor issue, but with COVID, there were plenty of spots available. With COVID, they have different hours. I had mentioned that their yelp page said 7 PM, but they told me that they had issues changing it here. Their hours on Google are the most up-to-date. This store refuses to scan the barcode and print out a label. It asks you to email the Label and pay $1 to have it printed out. What a waste of time. Easily 15 mins gone. Don't come if you are in a hurry. Edit 4 hours later: Thanks store owner to the prompt reply. Money was never the issue. The time and delay is. I'm willing to pay $2 , $3, or $4 if you can just scan the barcode and be done in 1 minute. read more

I don't do a lot of shipping packages. I rarely do it and when I do it's because of a return. This time I was doing an Amazon return for a product that was damaged. I came to this UPS location just because it was on the way to work. I came a little before noon. The parking lot is fairly small but there were some spaces. I strolled in, the person at the counter asked what I needed, I said I wanted to drop off, she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said yes, she printed out my receipt, and I was on my way out. Really that quick, no fuss. Thank goodness cause I needed to get in and out fast which is what I did. read more

The worst UPS store. The owner is arrogant, cheap and unhelpful. Never go here for the return. He said he doesn't care about the reviews. He will make you go back home do repackaging or make you buy items from his store. I brought the 2 return items in original packaging and the company gave me only 1 return label for both of them and he refused to accept them and wants me to buy a big box from them to package the items again. Went there to pick up an Amazon package which was not delivered to my home. Old Indian man took my name, checked my ID which matched the name on the pkg, and was rude about my name.. which is not the first time it has happened. I was upset enough and I let him know that.. still upset while I'm writing this. I would not expect this from anyone, much less a store employee dealing with customers from all backgrounds. This UPS store is seriously the best around! The amazing customer service DP provides is top notch. I haven't been to this location in a few years and came back recently. So happy to see DP still there! He remembered me! He works quickly, efficiently, and is very transparent. DP gets things done and gets your items shipped- you're in and out of the store in no time. I had to go back in the next day to ship additional items to the same place; he checked status of my items and created a new label to send my new items out. Came to return a package a few weeks ago on a Thursday early afternoon. I entered bracing myself for some abrasive post-office level of service (sorry, no offense USPS). But WOW I was absolutely taken aback by how friendly the South Asian guy at the counter was. It was my first time using the printing service, and even though I came too early he was super patient and helpful and got my stuff printed. Hands down the best UPS Store I've ever been to. I come here quite often for all of my shipping and returning needs. Im usually pretty meticulous with packages and oftentimes have worried if employees from other UPS locations package my shipments with proper care. At the Warm Springs location, I leave feeling at ease knowing that DP and his staff are more than competent almost as if every package was their own; I've had extremely fragile plane model collectibles packaged by DP, and it's always arrived at the desired address in the same condition prior to packaging. Customer service is phenomenal, and staff is always friendly. This UPS store clearly stands out by more than just a few notches above the others. read more

The staff here are unlike any others, they are so nice and courteous. They advise their customers really well. My small gripe is that their parking lot is awful. Someone gave me a door ding when I went - i wasn't even gone for 10 minutes. It's tiny and often times it appears really busy. Dipinder the store manager is very pleasant and efficient. He also handles 90% of the load. If I was rating Dipinder I'd give 6 stars on 5. Unfortunately there is an employee an older gentleman who is most unpleasant and will not serve you even if he's available. He always waits for Dipinder to take on the customers. He pretends to be busy in the backroom or looking at packages without doing any work. He will never greet his customers. I'm not sure why he's not been let go. I came here to drop off my Amazon FBA shipments. The employee here is so rude and embarrassed me in front of all the people inside by shouting "You shouldn't reuse USPS Priority Mail Box. It doesn't mean you covered the whole box with sticker you can use it! I can't accept your package!". First of all it's not a USPS Box the boxes I reused are Amazon Boxes that were all on the same size like a shoe box. I covered it with watermarked gift stickers because it was beaten up so I fixed to recycle it and protect my package. You're not suppose to shout on a customer and embarrass the person while you're still talking to another customer in front of you. Second ask first before you acuse a person that they comitted a crime. Because you don't have the right acusing someone by guessing. This is the second time I was treated like this on this branch. Your job is to ship my products not to acuse me. If you want that job get an enforcer job. Because of you giving me a bad day I even had a car accident in front of the UPS parking. Rather than having a pleasant day their employee made it bad. read more
