I like that they accept walk-ins for live scan fingerprinting and close at 6:30pm on weekdays, a little later than most other facilities offering this service. It took about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line on a Friday afternoon (the line wasn't long, but each person needed services requiring some attention). For me, the livescan fingerprinting process was quick and essy, and staff was super friendly and helpful in answering my questions. An honest business. My son and I were there for notary services along with two friends who would be our signing witnesses. The young woman behind the counter, Hemu, informed us that since we had two witnesses, we really did not need the documents to be notarized. That was very kind and honest of her. Quick and friendly service. Straight to business. Went in to get a document notarized and was out in 10 minutes. Value is good too since it is $10 per person. I've been here once before to drop off returns. This is my first time actually getting a service done. If you check in on Yelp there is a $2 off for any services over $10 but I forgot to bring it up. I definitely recommend paying with cash because of the credit card fee. I came for a live scan (walk-in) and it went pretty smoothly since I had my forms (all 3 copies) ready. He takes your hand and does the fingerprinting for you and takes each finger and presses it on the scanner. I've never done this before and didn't know what to expect lol They have this flimsy plastic cover hanging between you and the station to sort of add another layer of protection during this process. There is only one worker, as far as I know. There are lots of services with one person doing them all.. so I wouldn't expect to be in and out the store very fast if there's a line. Make sure to plan ahead :) I'm not complaining since it's so close to me. It's also a veryyy small store and can get cramped pretty fast. read more

I do not recommend this place for ink fingerprints. I completed two ink fingerprinting cards ($25 each) with the employee's help, and both cards were rejected by the FBI due to poor quality. My application is now delayed, and I will have to get them redone at a different place. I dropped off my package here on a Tuesday and I received an email from the merchant that it was marked as dropped off on Wednesday(the day after it was actually dropped off). This is a time sensitive return and now I'm afraid it will affect my return/refund. In addition to this, the employee refused to provide me a return receipt when I requested one. I've visited and have used several UPS drop off locations, which have all provided me a receipt upon request. This place is honestly the worst. Don't bother coming here at 10 am when they open. They will roll in around 10:05-10:10 am (if you are lucky) and then they take their sweet time setting up the place and rolling out the racks. And this isn't a one-off...I've experienced this at least 4 times in the past. Owners, if your opening hours are 10 am, then you need to actually open the doors at 10 am. read more

For a small fee they will print your shipping label. This is beneficial if your having printer problems at the office. Just email the label to them and voila! Came here last Friday to do a live-scan so I can be in the record books in order to further my career. Overall, it was a smooth interaction and even though I was missing a bit of info, he was able to find it and make the whole interaction even smoother. I wasn't aware how much a live-scan costs prior, but it turned out to be a bit more than I imagined it would be. Wasn't sure if that's the way it is in general, or if this location charges you a bit more? I don't know. Either way, the worker here was truly helpful and make the whole process of getting every single one of my fingers scanned as painless as possible. There was also a lot of other interesting things that could be done here, but we were hungry so we didn't stay and browse for long. I was there for fingerprint service and the staff there was very nice and quick with the process. The price is also a lot of cheaper compare to the other locations I saw for live fingerprint sites. They don't request appointments so walk ins are always a more convenient choice. It's not a big store either so there is basically no wait. They also do shipping services. I went there for a LiveScan today and boy did I regret. Despite the negative reviews, I decided to give them a chance still, as I remember coming here many years ago and the service wasn't terrible. It wasn't warm either, but they were not rude and I wanted to support a local business. Unfortunately for me, when it was my turn, the wife showed up at the counter. After telling me the price ($63.33), she glanced at my credit card and said "then it's $66.33." Usually, I would be asked if I'm okay with the credit card fees. And she already wrote on my form before even telling me the price. I really wanted to get it done today and I was already aware of the CC fees based on the reviews, so I went with it. After running my card, she tore off 2 receipts and tossed them in front of me. The papers were still curled up. She didn't even hand them to me. During the service, her responses were curt and short. The husband took my fingerprints. I found it weird that he just put my copies on the chair next to me without saying a word about it. And he was making comments in Hindi about what my fingerprinting was for (the agency requesting your fingerprints is listed on the form). I feel disappointed and honestly, I feel that I was treated more like a beggar in the transaction. I went in with the hope to be proven wrong, and a desire to support a family, local business. Worst customer service ever and rude staff. I was there to make some copies. The guy working there assisted me for 2 copies and rest Idid on my own. He charged me assisted price for all and when I said you assisted for only 2 copies then why are charging more? He said "If you want to argue then just go" i couldn't believe how can youtalk to your customer like that n get angry on them for asking explanation. I put the cash on table, he just slide them on side and stared at me. Never going again to this place. That guy need some training on how to behave if you want to run a business. Went to get something notarized.....got what I needed so they get 2 stars. Very dirty and messy inside, the lady definitely needed help, lack of stars because I was first person there, but 3 other clients arrived at the same time....instead of finishing with me she started helping everyone at once and created a big clusterfudge.....I was quoted 10$ over the phone and it ended up being $15 and some change....also lack of stars because I had emailed her the papers prior to my arrival, but she had me re email them to a different address once I arrived after requesting I log in to my personal email on her computer, which I declined, is when she gave me the new email address to send to.....goal was accomplished, but will go elsewhere next time. Updating because of the owner reply....I made one copy but did not fax anything....I guess it's 5$ copies. read more

Post N Parcel.. you are my savior! The California BRN now requires electronic clearances from both the DOJ and FBI. This requirement went into effect in 2009. If your livescan was done before this, it is required you do another fingerprinting in order to renew your license. I was in a time crunch, license expiring googled the nearest live scan approved by the BRN which led me to this place. Some people have reviewed they experience rude service, I found this guy humorous. He was nice and chatty throughout. Right when I walked in all frazzled he kNew exactly what I was there for, had the necessary forms already preprinted (which obviously I didn't come prepared with), and he also had the fax number and was kind enough to fax over my competed apps. And to top it off.. they accept walk ins! A lot of places require appointments, which I don't have time to sit around and wait for. Got everything done here in about 10min! read more

I came here for a notary service. My husband is running late and he had to show up for him to have our document notarized. I arrived around 6:10PM (20minutes before store closing) and my husband ETA would be around 6:40PM. Horrible service. Came here to get photos done for a China visa application, and they paid no attention to photo regulations (no earrings, dark clothing). I had to retake my photos elsewhere, even though they assured me the photo would work. They originally said they would cut the photo and then wouldn't cut it after I paid. Waste of time, youre better off elsewhere! read more
