Great place for passport photos, especially if you need a baby passport photo taken! FYI Walgreens does not do infant passport photos. I got my passport photo done here ten years ago and have come back again for my renewal. Have also gotten finger printing done here for work, and often drop off UPS Packages. Currently here right now. I am experiencing horrible customer service. The only Staff member is currently on the phone with his insurance company trying to fix a personal issue while there are 3 customers (including myself) waiting for him. While I understand he needs to take care of his insurance situation, it shouldn't be at the cost of our time. It is very unprofessional and even more so, frustrating. read more

Terrible customer service. Was re-directed here from another LiveScan provider up the street whose equipment was down. The place was busy and my husband and I waited for our turn. When I approached the counter the man just looked at us. I verified that they do LiveScan fingerprinting, he nodded and put his hand out for the forms he saw us holding. He looked them over for about 2 minutes. They are not long forms - 1 page single sided. Another customer who was there before us and had been filling out some papers comes back to the counter. Without saying anything to us the man quickly and rudely hands the forms back to my husband while he helps the other customer. So we stand there. And stand there. For almost 40 minutes. Again without once being told anything. There was another man behind the counter, but I think he couldn't do the fingerprinting himself (maybe not qualified) but couldn't he help the other customer? Couldn't he have explained why we had to wait or even tell us where to stand in the crowded store? Nothing. Finally, he's done with the other customer, comes out from behind the counter, takes my husband's form and walks to the fingerprinting area in the back corner of the store. After about 1 minute he hands the form back to my husband and say he can't do it because they don't do that particular service. He looked the forms over earlier. He couldn't have figured that out then? No sorry for waiting so long. No sorry because he can't do it. Again terrible customer service. I stared at the guy like "really?" I think my husband just wants to get out of there so he just takes the form back and says fine. On the way out, the other man behind the counter asks how long were we waiting, I'm annoyed so I say "too long". He says laughingly, "well, we need to make sure these things" or something stupid like that. I, too, just want to get out of there. Don't know how you've been in business for so long if you can't treat your customers with at least some basic acknowledgement. read more

For a slightly quicker service than the U.S. Post Office then come here otherwise it is a rip off.. I came in for 2 single stamps and it costs me $1.10. If you have a package going out via UPS or FedEX, already taped and labeled, this place will charge you $1 to take it. read more

I wish I could give them 0 star. If you can't open at 9:30am as promise please take the business hours sign down. I came today 1/22/15 at 9:30AM but it was closed. I was waiting until 9:45AM and a girl with grumpy face came to open the door without saying "a sorry" for being late. This is the closest that I had to a post office in the area that I used to live at. They do notary, which I usually go here for, you can mail letters out and purchase mailing supplies, purchase greeting cards, you can even take your passport photos here. It's always interesting for me to look at their little trinkets that they have on sale at the counter. Some of them are pretty cool. The lady who I've seen each time I go in is pretty helpful. This place is a good place to have around the area for when you just need speedy mailing services or notary when driving all the way to the post office may be out of the way. read more

Fingerprints done here for a $15 rolling fee + $1.50 if you pay by credit card. They don't take personal checks. The lady is very good at doing the fingerprints and allows you to take your time and double check all your information on the screen before continuing. Now if only I didn't just waste $67.50 getting fingerprints I didn't need...but that is my own fault, not the store's. =P read more

Great place to come get your fingerprinting done! i needed a record review for work and I walked in and was able to get it done in about 15 minutes. Of course, if there are people in front of you mailing packages or picking up stuff, expect to wait a little bit, but it's really no biggie. They have a lot of fun little trinkets to look at (pocket cards, artsy fartsy calendars, etc.) so that helps kill time. For my fingerprints (record review only) it came to under $45.00. As mentioned in other reviews, there is a small charge for using credit cards (a little over a dollar) so bring cash if possible! I would use this place again. Oh make sure to fill out your paperwork ahead of time, and bring your ID! read more

Like many others on this yelp page, I had to get some live scan fingerprinting done and I just happened to be by Wok Star. The nice lady working here did a great job getting my fingerprints taken quickly. I'm so used to everyone else having to redo mine about 12 times. It's an extra $1.50 to use your credit card but by the time I also needed a passport picture, I wasn't carrying more than $60 on me. As Dunder Mifflin is to Staples, Post-N-Parcel is...to the Post Office. You get a slightly personal touch and miscellaneous gift shop items that keep you occupied while you wait for your turn. read more

Wow! I'm impressed with the work and services they provided! Live scan went through less than 10 min. They prepared and entered everything then call you in to double check every single line with them! And it's very cheap compared to the last place that I went (that didn't know what to do and messed up on my application). Highly recommended this place for live scan pharmacy student intern application!!! read more

Nice employees but they charged me $20 for inked fingerprints and insisted that the prints were fine even though they were clearly not and he wouldn't do a second set of prints. My fingerprints were rejected by the fbi. Also, he did not clearly explain apostille to me and tried to rip me off. Basically he was going to charge around $100 for it, but I later learned that I could get it done myself for much less. They sell cute cards though. read more

I did a live scan here and was very impressed with the lady's honesty. She accidentally charged me a fee that was unnecessary (which I did not realize) and was kind enough to call me at home later that evening, inviting me to come back in and get my refund. Only drawback to this place is that you must pay with cash or be charged a $1.50 credit/debit fee. Since I did not see this posted anywhere, I was not prepared with cash and had to pay a fee I would have liked to avoid. read more

The worst customer service I have possibly ever received in my life. I needed a finger print scan for my contractor's license. DO NOT GO HERE. I waited 10 minutes while she was on the phone (I needed it done since time was limited). She wanted to get her computer fixed rather then help out customers in front of her. There were 3 of us! I work near Post N Parcel and have used many of their offered services, including shipping items, notary, livescan fingerprinting, and passport photos. The staff is always extremely friendly, prices are competitive, and they really seem to go above and beyond to take care of their customers. One of the times I went in I had forgotten to print a document I needed, and without question they pulled it up and printed it for me. Just today I had to ship some last minute holiday gifts across the country and not only did they make sure I was getting the best value for my expedited shipping, knowing I was on a time crunch and needed something dropped off (as I had missed the last pick up) they offered to make sure it was taken care of for me. I have started a home business recently in my spare time and have to ship things several times a month, and I will continue to come back again and again. read more

I had a very bad experience with this store and cannot recommend it. I dropped off a very important UPS package and was told to place it "over there" on top of another box which was in the middle of the room where all the other customers were milling around. It could have easily been stolen when he was distracted with his customer since he was the only one in the store. I asked for a receipt and he took the package from me and scanned it and then told me to put it back "over there." He did not give me a receipt even though I asked multiple times. I asked when the package would be picked up he said 12 noon. This was an overnight package that I dropped off on Friday and when I checked if it had been delivered on Monday morning it was still sitting in his shop. When confronted he said he never said it would be picked up at noon on Friday. This also means that he is a liar. I think he forgot to call UPS to come and pick it up. He was also very rude and dismissive of my concern. I would not trust my important packages to this business. read more

Poor service and bad attitude. They charge for ups drop off that was prepaid and when I asked for a receipt they looked at me as if I was crazy demanding...and then gave me a register receipt instead of a ups confirmation. Save your self time and money and just go to a ups store. read more

This place is convenient for me to drop off packages as its right next to the dry cleaners I use. Today was the first day I dropped off prepaid labeled packages. I was charged $1 a package to drop them off! I wouldn't come back again as I can drop them off at Postal Annex for free. It's not as if she had to do anything. I had taped them and they already had labels on them. Thought I would give this place a try but now that I have I wouldn't go back. read more
