Each time I went to get my packages, it was a smooth and pleasant transaction! The cost for a PO Box is reasonable, there are small and large size mail boxes. I came to all service center today to take passport photos. The staff were all very welcoming and nice. They let me review the pictures after they took them and helped reposition me and adjust the lighting to make sure they were up to standard. The service was very quick and efficient. I ended up coming back the same day because I was worried about my ears not showing in my passport photos, the staff reassured me that this was OK and not a criteria for passport photos, but kindly allowed me to retake my picture anyway and helped me right away. Great no nonsense place to go and get your documents notarized. While they run as efficiently as they can, I believe they only have one notary. I came in here specifically to take my passport photo. The lady who took my picture used a digital camera. I was able to get a few retakes before deciding on which one I wanted to print out. It didn't take too long and was done with everything in about ten minutes. It was $11.50 for two photos, and better quality than CVS or so. read more

I needed notarization and apostille of a Power of Attorney in Spain. I called the All Service Center number listed at 4:55am and Jay answered! I was expecting to leave a voicemail but Jay walked me through the process, made an appointment for me later that morning and reformatted the document sent by my attorney to be more apostille friendly. I needed same day turnaround and All Service Center was able to provide it, which included a courier pickup and apostille in Sacramento and FedEx to Spain. I started the process on a Friday and my attorney received it on Monday morning in Barcelona. I'm so happy to recommend this woman-owned small business. My service was pricey to get same day service but Jay assured me that if you're not in a rush, it's much more reasonable. read more
