They provided a soft white background for placing my infant on a table top where there was little danger of rolling off (not near table edges) and arranged for a reflector to get the right lighting for the odd angle. Very gentle and also decisive in their instructions to me on how to adjust my baby make sure the photo was met the requirements for my case. Able to do passport photos for different country size standards, print, and email digital copies. THANK YOU for making what could have been a disastrous experience into a smooth process with the desired outcome. I arrived seven minutes before my scheduled 6PM appointment and was asked to wait five minutes while she finished with another customer. I was then told a second time that it would be another five minutes. However, after that second estimate, I waited an additional 20 minutes without any further communication or updates (text conversation attached). I followed up asking for an ETA, explaining that I needed to pick up my daughter by 7PM, but received no response. I also tried calling, with no answer. After a few more mins passed, I texted to let her know I was leaving due to the lack of acknowledgment or updates. She eventually got back to me, but I had already left the neighborhood. I completely understand that appointments can run longer than expected and unexpected situations happen. However, punctuality & communication are key, especially when providing a service that clients have scheduled time out of their day for. A simple heads up or a more realistic wait-time estimate would have made a significant difference, especially when people are managing busy schedules and rush-hour traffic. I do want to acknowledge that she eventually reached out and apologized for the delay, so kudos to her for that. It's unfortunate that I'm leaving this review, especially after seeing so many positive experiences from other customers. Those reviews initially caught my attention, and I was genuinely looking forward to her service. Ultimately, my disappointment wasn't about the delay itself, but rather the lack of communication and consideration for time. Staff is very friendly and helpful, one of the best customer service I have experienced. But 4 years ago, I had a terrible experience here because of a fellow customer who chose to break the line and I refused to stay quiet. There were over ten people in the store at that time and nobody supported me. Overall a good place where you can get all your postal needs fulfilled. Would recommend but make sure choose a less busy time if you can. Value is reasonable, a little bit more than the post office but then you are also paying for the convenience of longer hours and fewer people.
