Very professional and fast service. Was in a rush and Ankita squeeze my appt into her busy schedule. my doc notarized in less than 15 mins. read more

I was disappointed with my experience. I only needed two documents notarized, but unfortunately, I ended up waiting over half an hour without even receiving the service. I arrived seven minutes before my scheduled 6PM appointment and was asked to wait five minutes while she finished with another customer. I was then told a second time that it would be another five minutes. However, after that second estimate, I waited an additional 20 minutes without any further communication or updates (text conversation attached). I followed up asking for an ETA, explaining that I needed to pick up my daughter by 7PM, but received no response. I also tried calling, with no answer. After a few more mins passed, I texted to let her know I was leaving due to the lack of acknowledgment or updates. She eventually got back to me, but I had already left the neighborhood. I completely understand that appointments can run longer than expected and unexpected situations happen. However, punctuality & communication are key, especially when providing a service that clients have scheduled time out of their day for. A simple heads up or a more realistic wait-time estimate would have made a significant difference, especially when people are managing busy schedules and rush-hour traffic. I do want to acknowledge that she eventually reached out and apologized for the delay, so kudos to her for that. It's unfortunate that I'm leaving this review, especially after seeing so many positive experiences from other customers. Those reviews initially caught my attention, and I was genuinely looking forward to her service. Ultimately, my disappointment wasn't about the delay itself, but rather the lack of communication and consideration for time. I hope this feedback is taken constructively and helps improve the experience for future clients. read more

Vest easy fast and most affordable service. Highly recommend. I needed power of attorney notarized and Ankita did is great job.

The service is fast and the notary public is very friendly and helps on during the notary process. The way she setup her office is very insightful and adds every single notarized document into her data book for proof and validation. The price seems a little high but can try as you don't notarized every day. Make a call before going and book an appointment, parking might be hard during busy hours. But should be able to find some place on far street. read more

Ankita provides exceptional notary services. She is easily well versed with the legal documents and ensures no signature or initialing or any other required detail is missed. I had her notarize my living trust which required 6-8 signatures. She made sure to go through the entire trust with me, three times over, so we didn't miss anything. She was already familiar with the protocol of how to sign certain documents like the Advance Health Care directive and POA documents, and when to fill out what kinds of information, all before signing and notarizing. She even had her mother serve as a witness for one of my docs. Very reasonable prices and she's super welcoming and friendly. Highly recommend. I'll be going back to her for future notary services. read more
