I was able to schedule him twice in one day after receiving instruction to get some documents certified. Not only was he quick to respond, he was very professional about it. He is easily reachable via phone, email, even text. At the time of this review, average price for 1 certification plus drive-time is about $112. For me, this is reasonable and worth it to have him meet at specific locations to complete the task. If you're looking to get something certified, Richard is the person to go!

I needed to get a live scan done and literally there was nobody when I went on a weekday around 11 am. Took a total of ten minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful, one of the best customer service I have experienced. But 4 years ago, I had a terrible experience here because of a fellow customer who chose to break the line and I refused to stay quiet. There were over ten people in the store at that time and nobody supported me. Overall a good place where you can get all your postal needs fulfilled. Would recommend but make sure choose a less busy time if you can. Value is reasonable, a little bit more than the post office but then you are also paying for the convenience of longer hours and fewer people.
