Very rude customer service and false advertising. We went here cause we needed passport pictures…read more It said online and at the front of the store we can do it here. We went inside and asked and lady said "we don't do that here" and to go to CVS. I asked why don't you do it here and she said very loudly and rude "CAMERA NOT WORKING". That's when I told her she should remove the sign in front. My recommendation is to not go here ever. Lady was rude. This is a lawsuit waiting to happen. Reply: It's clear that the owner is not reading what I posted, and clearly wasn't there. Because I never asked for an application for a new passport, I went in respectfully and asked for passport pictures, and I got a negative response immediately. She respectfully could have told me that the camera wasn't working at the moment instead of yelling it to me. The owner Trinity is not holding herself accountable. Instead she is lying and put a twist to my story. I hope this business does better soon, because given the reviews that I am seeing, everyone has had a negative experience here.

I only discovered this business because I did a search for mail centers that handled international DHL deliveries. The business is very cute, great parking, chairs so that you dont have to stand if you need to wait, they even have a great complimentary coffee bar. Paul and Sheri were both wonderful. Sheri acknowledged me right away, gave a friendly smile and made sure I was we were helped in the order we arrived. Paul was kind, hard working and very detail oriented, wanting to make sure he got my ship-to address exactly right. Even the customers were friendly! There was not a long line, my shipment just happened to require more time because it was being sent internationally. It really is a great location and had small town mail center vibes. I'm sure customers love that they are dog friendly...which i know is a big plus. I needed to get a live scan done and literally there was nobody when I went on a weekday around 11 am. Took a total of ten minutes. Staff is very friendly and helpful, one of the best customer service I have experienced. But 4 years ago, I had a terrible experience here because of a fellow customer who chose to break the line and I refused to stay quiet. There were over ten people in the store at that time and nobody supported me. Overall a good place where you can get all your postal needs fulfilled. Would recommend but make sure choose a less busy time if you can. Value is reasonable, a little bit more than the post office but then you are also paying for the convenience of longer hours and fewer people.

May 22, 2026: I visited the Mountain View branch to make some changes to my car insurance policy, and it turned into my worst experience with AAA. The agent who assisted me struggled with a fairly straightforward request for over an hour and eventually started insisting that it couldn't be done and that it was impossible to figure out how it had been handled before. Their communication was also unprofessional - they never introduced themselves, used phrases like "I got you covered, brother", and tried to steer me away from the actual issue. A branch manager then got involved and said the change was possible but would require approval from another department. I was told they submitted the request and would follow up within 24-48 hours. No one ever followed up. In the end, I resolved everything through AAA's online chat in a matter of minutes, with no approvals needed - exactly as it had been done previously. Based on this experience, I can't recommend this branch. The staff came across as unprofessional and ineffective.
