Had to get Livescan but for florida! FYI, they only do Livescan for california BUT he knew what cards he needed to do and he suggested I do 2 sets in case whomever didn't like the 1 set so I didn't have to get rejected and delayed and do it again. Fast! nice. only feedback is consider having wet wipes or something to wipe off ink. Though he got me a napkin from nextdoor and I had my water bottle to wet the napkin. GREAT prices. great service. recommend this to anyone who needs fingerprinting. read more

Was holding off on writing a review until my application was processed and I got my KTN. I booked a week long trip next week. I've never had TSA pre check and the person I'm traveling with has it so I thought now's the time. SJ airport didn't have any appointments soon so the next closest was this location in Mountain View. A bit of a drive but I was willing. I made my appointment but I saw they take walk ins so I drove up the day before my appointment to see if I could get in. I came before noon. Both workers were so helpful and nice. It was a quick process. Make sure you bring the proper documentation. You put your fingerprints, fill out the screen, pay the fee and you're done. This was all on Tuesday and this morning I got the email with my KTN! I didn't expect it to be that fast. They said it would be about 5 days, how about 2! This is the place to go. Middle of the week is a good time to go. Thank you guys! read more

Cheap live scan but careless/illegible hand writing caused my application to be rejected and delayed. if the ATI # at the bottom of the form is the only thing linking my live scan to my identity, IT SHOULD BE LEGIBLE. luckily my app review TAT was quick, but thats not the case for many. this could seriously mess up someone's life! read more

I was referred to this location for LiveScan fingerprinting and was pleasantly surprised. Met the owner, Kewal Patel, who was friendly and helpful - fingerprinting was quick and easy! Kewal even offered to come to my local elementary school to offer on-site fingerprinting services at a PTA event. Although the experience was a little chaotic and disorganized initially, everything ended up working out, and parents appreciated the convenience and the quick turnaround in getting the results back from the Department of Justice. Prices were fair and service was friendly. Also feels good supporting a small, locally owned business! Looking forward to seeing what other services they offer besides fingerprinting! read more

Got my fingerprint scanning done here and it was so quick! Came around 1:20pm on a weekday and there was only another customer there. The fingerprint scanning for DOJ/FBI is a bit over $60. I do wish they wiped down the fingerprinting scanner after every customer bc you can see fingerprint residue on the scanner. read more
