It saved me a lot of time and trouble. They were very detailed and clear throughout the process from looking through my first online application, telling me everything that needed to be corrected (I had some errors since the fields weren't that clear to me), checking through my printed application again in person at my appointment (which had some errors due to the system), and making sure I knew what to correct before making the final application they could use. Miss Wu is the best travel agent that I have worked with! I was in urgent need of help to apply a Chinese visa. She has gone above and beyond to work with me, even during outside of office hours, helping review the applications and providing clear guidance. A couple of days after I secured an appointment with the local Chinese Consulate, she called me and informed of a changed rule just announced by the Chinese Consulate, which means that I no longer need to apply for a new visa, thus no need for Miss Wu's visa service. July 10 2018, my return flight got canceled due to typhoon, I try to figure out who to call, how to do deal with this, and surprise! I came here and they were very welcoming and very knowledgeable. I was a bit difficult since I needed to get my Visa fast, and they helped me with everything I was unsure about. I bought a mexico trip for my parents with Jack. Firstly Jack is a very warm person. He explained the trip in detail and answered my parents numerous questions with patient.
