After we pay the tip, he basically just throw us out the van, don't care about us at all. No one tell us where to seat , no help for moving the luggage . We went to the bus, don't know where to sit, but get yell by the people already in the bus , says " go to the back. You can't sit in the front " who knows, the seat was empty.... wth.... Very unprofessional, I don't care they might be cheaper( I never compare) but if you're in business, need to have right conscience to serve your customer . Bad bad choice to go with this agent .
