My review is from my experience back in June/July. They responded to my email very quickly and very thoroughly answered all of my questions. I went in to get my passport photos for a first time application as the one taking my photo guided me on how to do so. The photos did end up getting approved and I now do have a passport! I also needed a notary, which he was able to do. I then needed to get my notarized letter mailed, which this place also helped me to do. Great and friendly service, I liked how I was able to get several things done in one place too. I also liked how the place also had hand sanitizer and tissues for me to clean my hands after doing the fingerprint for notary. They also offered to make me photocopies, which I rejected but thinking about it now I should have accepted lol. read more

First time coming here. I needed a place to drop off my FedEx package. I didn't even realize that this place was here. This is so much closer than going all the way down to the Brokaw location. This has the standard P.O.box station,and notary services,ect. It's small but very organized. There was a person that the clerk was helping, but he took the time to acknowledge me and tell me it would be just a minute. I was able to drop off my package and be on my way. I know a lot of neighbors who have started renting boxes for mail. It's a lot safer with all the stealing of mail and packages. read more
