Would give 0 star review if I could. I arrived at 5:35pm, online says it closes at 6pm. We waited to see if the man inside would open the door or confront us and maybe mention they had closed early due to an issue or something. We waited 10 minutes until he came up to the door and said they were closed. Also the sign says open atleast next time switch it so we understand it's closed instead of waiting there 10 minutes for the man inside to approach us ! read more

I decided to give a local business a shot rather than the local post office (that does a magnificent job, by the way). It was a mistake, a time waster and, for a moment, emotionally upsetting and a bit toxic. The person behind the desk (who chose not to look up as i entered on Saturday midday), let me know pretty quickly that I was causing him an inconvenience. I had a bag of clothes that my daughter left behind on her last visit. He was irritated that I wanted some help choosing a shipping carton but he became even more visibly disgruntled when he found out I didn't have a shipping label. The nerve of me! As he took my bag and put it on the desk, the bag started to fall open and I couldn't tell if he intended to remove the clothes or weigh the bag. Silly me...I asked: "Are you going to remove the clothes from the bag?" This clearly offended him...not sure why...but he did not answer the question. He did say "I'm trying to help you here" in a frustrated and demeaning tone. I said "Great but, again, do you need to remove the clothes from the bag...it's a question, not an attack. Would you like me to work with someone else - you are clearly upset." He backed up 3 feet and said with a red face: "I'm the manager and I can refuse you service. Get out." I immediately left but then turned on my heels and let him know that we both know he would never speak to a man this way. Elder women are such easy pickings. What just happened????? I've never been asked to leave a business...and, further, I've never been spoken to this way. Thank goodness for Post Office on Meridian. Really kind, fast and always find the best rates. This business is a hidden gem! So glad I know about it now, I am a forever customer. I had a package that was to be delivered by DHL and if you know... you know what a headache it is trying to wait for them to deliver. I finally just chose an option to have it delivered to a DHL Service Point or Locker that was closest to me. It only showed me a couple locations to chose from but didn't give me the names of the businesses. I picked this one and, my package was delivered bright and early the next morning which was a complete change from all the status updates waiting for it to come to my house the days before(again a headache) I drove by that afternoon (parking is in the back) and when I walked in, it was nice and clean. The guy was super friendly. I forgot to get his name, I wish I did. But we got caught up in talking about how I found the place and how fast my DHL package was delivered and I didn't worry about missing it at home or my package getting stolen. It was great! He also mentioned they can help with Fed Ex, UPSP, and help with many other services. I am just so happy I came across this place and now I can use it for other things I may need. For the longest time I would go directly to the postal office or FedEx directly to ship packages, but ever since I found this place, it has become my go to spot for shipping services in this neighborhood. I had two ladies who helped me out on a return shipping and since this was my first time shipping with DHL I wasn't too sure exactly if I had found the right place. Express but took 3 weeks. They didn't explain about taxes. DHL Vietnam denied to deliver because of over $100. If I want it return have to pay another $405. I told them not to return.
