Postal Plus is the best! After numerous years at another similar (but dramatically different) business, we are thrilled with the service and convenience of Postal Plus. Our previous years-long experience at a different local postal business, was mostly negative with occasional flashes of being treated in a civilized manner. On the other hand, it is a real breath of fresh air to be treated so cheerfully and kindly by Victoria, the current owner of the business. We signed up for a box in December and the following months have been really great. Victoria offers a number of services and is always helpful and efficient in all our dealings. So I called this AM to see if I needed to book an appointment this afternoon for notary services and she said to come in this afternoon, no problem. I asked if 4 PM would work and she mentioned that the notary would be here at that point. Well, we walk in at 4 PM and the notary isn't there. We asked the kind lady who was totally busy and she called the notary and apparently she was supposed to come in at 3 and well, didn't. Victoria is always so kind. I really enjoy the convenience of the Postal Plus because she can do it all! She sell stamps, mails packages, prints, copies, faxes, and even passport renewals! Whenever I need to buy my stamps and mail my letters, I always go to here because the process is so efficient and I don't have to wait in the long lines like the regular post office. I've used postal plus a few times and I have to say the girl that works there is very rude, defensive as if she's never wrong, and she dresses very unprofessional! She always looks disheveled, sloppy, and some times has BO! The last time I went in there she had on a see through top and no bra!!!! I could se everything!! It was very unprofessional, and offensive that she would work in the public dressed so provocative!! The UPS guy was going in and out and he just kept staring every time he passed her!! I finally said something to her and she tried to blame it on her dialysis!! I told her it had nothing to do with dialysis!! She blames everything on her health issues (granted, I'm saying she doesn't have them and I feel bad for her situation) but it's not an excuse to treat your customers bad or dress like you just rolled out of bed! She got very defensive and put a sweater on! I told her the guy was staring at her and she just played it off! She also thinks it's okay to tell her health story to her customers!! I feel bad for her but I just want to go in do my business and leave. When you work in the public eye, you dress nice, appropriate, and you are nice and you greet your customers no matter how your day is going. I told her she was being mean to me and again, she went down a list of all the bad things in her life and that's why!! Not cool!! I wish I could be mean to my patients when I'm in a bad mood!! I just saw her outside in front of her store and she's wearing baggy sweat pants, a wrinkly sweat shirt and her hair is all messy like she just got out of bed!! I didn't go in because I thought she would be rude and blame it on her morning! When you look bad, and sloppy you come across as lazy snd uncaring! And, she thinks when you walk in and she's on her cell phone it's ok to make you wait until she's done with her personal call. I will say, she does know her mailing stuff. I won't go back though!! Her boss needs to talk to her! I just got finished reading a lot of bad reviews simular to mine and the owners response is always defending the girl!! That's unprofessional! Of course she's going to tell you she wasn't rude, or she didn't yell at the customer!! But when you have multiple reviews telling you the same thing over and over it's time to believe your customers!!! Get a clue people!! When we take the time to post a review then it had to be pretty bad! Why would we waste our time to post false information!!! The owner is lazy too and probably doesn't want to hire someone else. Stopped by for a quick passport photo. Multiple photos, serving other customer, out of printer ink, strange gong sounding in the background while I wait. Hmmmm. I go to my quiet place and realize that everything takes time and I should enjoy a mild out of body experience as the photos gradually materialize. Is life full on continued annoyances or am I just hangry having not eaten lunch. I wonder what's for dinner. Huh, what? Photos? Was I hear for photos. Next time it's FedEx and Kinkos. read more

I will give -10 for this place if I can. This is the second time this is happening to me. I remember going to this shop prior to pandemic for sending a package. I had a bad experience. Today my experience was even terrible. The woman at the front desk seemed to be nice and the system was not letting her to proceed further. She called the women at the back. This new women walked with a noodles cup and was instructing the women at the desk to fill the package in ounces and not in pounds. She then asked her to convert it. I quickly tried to help her. I calculated and showed. The noodle lady grabbed my phone without even asking and tried to put the info in the system. She then asked if I could unlock my phone. Seriously, you grab someone's phone??? For less than 12 ounces package, I had to wait for over 20 mins. I decided to walk out. This place is unprofessional and unwelcoming environment. She calls me back and texts me saying I will give 20% off if you come back. Seriously? I will never go back to this stinky place whatsoever again. I was about to pay around $187 with tax. DO NOT COME HERE close to closing they're either always closed early or will say sorry we are closing right now and won't even help you when it clearly says they close at 6 pm on the door I called the store in the morning, and whoever I spoke to confirmed their hours so why are they closed before 6? If you are looking for a business that goes the extra mile to earn your business, this is it. I had my Passport-I9-verification process done here with Ethyn. If you are familiar with the process, typically you come in with your Passport, they verify your ID, you sign and then get finger printed. That is the end of this process 99% of the time. However for my employer, they want me to ask the Notary Public's for the email so that they can send a link to the Notary Public to finish Section 2 on the I-9 form online. 99% of the Notary Public refuses to do this---I had gone to two Notary Public who did not want the business. Not Ethyn. He went the extra mile to make this process easy and less stress for me. Thank you very much, Ethyn! read more

Nice enough lady took a passport photo of me one Saturday, and the photo seemed fine, but what do I know? -- I don't go through the passport process every day. My renewal was rejected unfortunately, because the photo apparently was too dark. Oops. (And you're not supposed to smile, I found out later; but the lady at Postal Plus had instructed me to do so.) I would kind of expect staff who take such photos to have a better eye for what's acceptable and what's not, but these things happen. So I returned one weekday to see if they would re-take the picture for me and I waited for them to open. And I waited. And waited. They still hadn't opened by about 15 minutes after the time their sign said, so I gave up and went to CVS instead. Kind of a drag. read more

The only problem I Didnt like about the store is there was fruit flies flying around the store, so I'm not sure if they don't maintain the store or is just really filthy. I go to Postal Plus for most of my package mailing. It's very convenient to go to and close to my house. I also had my Passport Photos taken here. I had no problem with the photo's acceptance at the Passport Office, as the photo is now part of Passport. They did tell me not to smile, and present a neutral expression. read more

Outstanding service and what a turn around I must say! A few months ago there was another postal service business in this location with another owner and we had horrible service. I'm very happy we decided to try again because we are now really satisfied! The new owner and his son Akshay were of great help! We are a school so we often times have large packages to ship and Akshay helped get them out of our car. Overall, this business and the employees are all very friendly, attentive, and go above for their customers.
