I have been coming to this store for a long time. Unfortunately today will be my last day. I am usually helped by a very nice gentleman, today that same gentleman helped me and answered my questions about a delivery. When I picked up my package I noticed that it was wet on the bottom. The nice gentleman gave me a pair of scissors to open it. I opened it to find liquid in the bottom from an ice pack. This is where it went bad. An Asian gentleman, the same rude one I dealt with on the phone a few days ago, came up to the counter and demanded that I remove the package from the store. He kept repeating to take it outside as I'm trying to figure out why it is wet. Absolutely terrible customer service! read more

Every time I come to this UPS store they do an amazing job. The previous owner was terrible to work with, but this new owner has the nicest people working with them and they're a pleasure to deal with always very very helpful especially for those of us that are not that tech savvy. read more

Had the best service at this location! Sage was an awesome help and provided the best superior customer service. Visit this location for all your shipping and Amazon returns! read more

This UPS is in a great location and the owner, she keeps it very organized and is very sweet but the staff needs some work. The young lady that is there is so rude and disrespectful and definitely favorites customers. Sometimes she will skip you to help someone else even if you are ready to go and that the other person came in after you. I wish the owner would replace her. She has such a bad working attitude. Another colleague was also really rude, did something similiar and I think now I really just need to go somewhere else. Update 8/12: there seems to be new faces and it was refreshing. Increased my rating and will continue to do so if these changes are permanent. And to the owner, I have reached out via email in the past and no response. read more

Friendly greeting as soon as I stepped inside the store! Was quickly able to confirm they could help me with printing my packing slips and return labels. I was in and out in less than 5 minutes! This has always been my go to store and will continue to be even though I don't live in this neighborhood any longer. read more

I went into UPS to make a return and was greeted with a smile by Phil. I didn't realize I needed a printed label so he was able to help with that. He assisted me right away, and the entire process was quick and seamless. Phil was friendly, professional, and made the experience easy. Great customer service! read more

Stopped by this morning, for the first time, right when they opened. This was probably the nicest UPS store I've been in, super clean and everything was stocked so neat. A wonderful experience! The staff was very efficient, super helpful and friendly :) Thanks!

This is the BEST UPS location - even though I live closer to another location the staff here are always friendly, helpful and so kind. Don't go anywhere else - take the extra 5 min and drive over here. You won't be disappointed! read more

The service at this location is incredible. Each time I've come here the staff has gone above and beyond to help with my packages. Just today, I needed to return my RentTheRunway bag and the zipper had broke. Andrea diligently taped the entire bag-- essentially laminating it to ensure it returns sealed and without issue. The staff here is the best. read more

I had to ship a very small package from San Jose to Placerville area, approx 2.5 hours away. I was told by the employee that it should be there in 3 days. Eight days later the package has still not been delivered because for some reason UPS rerouted it to Illinois. I went back to the store to ask for a refund and was told since it not shipped express they could not guarantee when it would be delivered and had I shipped it Express they would then guarantee delivery. My package was their smallest padded envelope folded in half and it still cost me $43 to ship. The store manager told me the rules are "from corporate" and not his store. I will not use that store again, period. He didn't even bother to offer a partial refund but said he cares about his customers. I think not! read more

Friendly staff and owner! I always deliver my packages with them and have never had an issue!

I just wanted to take a minute to write about the staff and the store I drive across town to use them as a staff is always smiling and warm and extremely professional. They are definitely a 10 out of 10. read more

I always go here. They're always really helpful, and knowledgeable. If there is a line, it goes really quickly.

Service is excellent, fast, & the staff are sweet & professional. I've come in a few times needing additional tape to close my boxes & they're happy to provide. Some UPS locations are weirdly stingy about that. This is my go-to spot! read more

Stopped in this afternoon to return something I bought online. There was a line, which I expected on a Saturday afternoon. They only had one young woman working behind the counter, and she was working hard and fast to keep the line moving. My transaction, which included scanning a QR code and printing a label, took less than 30 seconds. I was impressed. read more

Staff was really friendly. Jean went above and beyond. My phone died as I was pulling return code for Amazon. She was kind enough to offer to plug it in to get enough charge to save me another trip. Really happy with service. Will definitely frequent this location anytime I have a need. read more

I shipped two packages a few weeks apart that were going to Oroville California and twice the packages were sent to Illinois so instead of taking a day or two the packages took over a week to be delivered. When I called UPS customer service they said the packages we sent to Illinois as the sorting area was busy. I have to say that I was very disappointed and did not feel that UPS really cared about getting packages delivered in a timely manner. It would seem that shipping packages half way across the country twice prior to delivery due to not being able to sort them in California is costing more them than it is saving by not having the staff in California. read more

Very helpful, friendly, quick. They have all the supplies you would need. They have lots of services including a geeat notary.

I've been going to this UPS store on meridian ave for many years and have had great service but today was different. It was Saturday Feb 28 in the mid morning. There was no one in line so they weren't busy. I asked the employee to cross off this bar code on my return package since I forgot and to put the return label on the other side so it covers my name. Instead, he just put the label on the side where I asked for him to cross off. He completely ignored what I said. I said I didn't want my name showing and wanted the label to cover it. He said it wasn't showing but It clearly was. I didn't want to argue with him so I said never mind and just left. i don't know the name of the employee but it was a male employee with dark hair and worked on the day I mentioned above. read more

We have had consistently great experiences at this UPS Store. The staff is friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful every time I come in. They take the time to explain options, make sure packages are packed securely, and keep things moving efficiently even when it is busy. The store is clean, well organized, and professionally run. It is such a relief to have a local UPS Store I can rely on. Excellent customer service all around. Highly recommend. read more
