Went here again and recently and have to say these are the nicest and most polite people you'll ever meet. Very friendly and helpful when shipping packages! Love this place! read more

Friendly , fast , cozy Old school Smiles In and out I even found a quick parking space Though the area is crowded read more

Made a trip to Santa Clara and decided to get my livescan done here with a buddy. Killing two birds with one stone. The man who was working is very accommodating to do our livescan and was pretty fast. We were done in no time. It cost about $65 to do it and they also do passport photos. He said it's best to do those photos within 6 months of applying for your passport so I will wait. read more

Great service from Tulisha today. She packed my item safely to be shipped. Her upbeat delightful attitude on a Monday morning was amazing. She is very competent and makes sure all the shipping details are checked and verified. Give that girl a raise!' read more

Satish the owner is very kind. Have been coming here for years my go to place for stamps, packages and notaries. Super convenient. And printing - who even has a printer at home these days that isn't out of ink the minute you need to print! Satish makes everything easy. Friendly neighborhood place. read more

I was here to get some notaries and it was a very pleasant experience. Satish was great, very professional, and clearly a man of principle. I had gone in asking for 3 notaries and he explained that I had an option to do just 1 based on my docs. He saved me $30 and cost himself an extra $30 in revenue. That's a man who is focused on doing right by the customer. Thank you! read more

The store is super friendly and helpful. They even provide a station with packaging tools for you to wrap up your delivery. One time I needed to buy a bag for an amazon return but forgot the cash. The owner told me just bring the money in my next visit. Such a nice person. read more

This place is AWFUL. Do yourself a favor and just go somewhere else! The owner at this PostalAnnex is rude to customers and lost 3 packages so far. I have a mailbox here and the employees they have at this location are completely incompetent! How can you lose 3 different packages? One lady behind the counter said she hates working there because the owner loses all the packages. Also, the mailboxes here are expensive and DEFINETELY NOT WORTH IT. I've never had anyone lose so much mail. Total incompetence across the board. I will never return here ever again. Just go anywhere but here...This place should be closed down. read more

Update: hours are back to normal. I love the owner and his wife here. Such sweet great people. Place is strict on keeping it clean daily, following strict COVID protocol for the safety of the staff and customers which is wonderful. Masks required - over the nose - not chin diapers people!! Sheesh! Any who, I sell a lot of things online so I'm constantly shipping my customer items out. I come in to drop off my packages here and they always get picked up by the mail carriers either mid or end of day. I feel as though my packages have been shipped out easier dropping them off here VS when I've dropped stuff off at the post office directly - it goes MIA Unscanned or shipped for days on end then magically appears delivered to my customer. Sucks and can get stressful. I do understand we are undergoing a pandemic which is totally understandable - but overall from my experiences testing the waters with dropping off mail at the post office directly VS dropping it off here - I've seen a quicker tracking turn around and ship out by just dropping it off here. Unsure why, but it's what I'm sticking to now since it's consistent. Unfortunately I've seen too many rude "Karen's" come in Being rude from the start - but the owner is very experienced patient and sweet. I never understand how anyone can be so rude to someone that is so helpful and dedicated to taking care of people the best way he can. Overall - can't say enough positive things about this place. Great customer service, mail turn around, etc. thank you! read more

Tulisia helped me pack my gifts and figured the best way to send them least expensively. She saved my day and was really very helpful. The manager/owner was there and was also very helpful. Both were cheerful, helpful and very respectful.A+++ for customer service. read more

Prices are double than the US Post Office for a mail box. Ridiculous! I had used their services down south and it was 9.99 a month here they charge 26.00 a month. Smh, I rather use the US post ofc and their lobby is open 24hrs. read more

I'll be a mailbox customer for a long time. You always need an old lady tending your mail, it's the classic look. They have about four different employees, always pick up their phones and they remember me! They are so helpful, professional, and eager to greet. I definitely feel wanted here compared to other places. Affordable to when compared. read more

My absolute favorite neighborhood spot for anything mailing related and more. I feel like I'm walking into a close friends spot whenever I come here. I'm always remembered by the owner and treated like family. They always go out of their way to make sure that their customers leave happy and satisfied. Thank you all for everything you provide your customers with! read more

Awesome service. These folks went above and beyond and I am so happy with the job they did. I had a tricky job for them, printing a game card expansion deck, and the team here accepted the challenge and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend the PostalAnnex for all your printing needs, even the tricky board game ones! I did not receive a free product, and I have no affiliation with this business. This is a relatively unbiased (who can ever be truly unbiased?) review from a selective customer. read more

PostalAnnex - Shipping Centers Near Me - Los Gatos, California

I needed a few things notarized, and they were ready for me at the scheduled time. Very nice people, and a nice store. Clearly they know the folks who came in, calling to them by name. I will have many items from my Mom's estate that will need to be notarized and shipped, and I will now only use this neighborhood gem. Thank you! read more

By far this postal annex exceeds customer service satisfaction. They always give 110%. Every time I walk through the doors my experience has been nothing but the best. They always go over and above to make your experience a pleasant one. While visiting last week, a customer called just as he was closing up for the day, and I overheard him telling the customer that he would keep his doors open until they arrived. I jumped in to say how nice it was of him, and then proceeded to ask how far out they were. He mentioned another 15 minutes or so. I was so impressed with his kindness and thoughtfulness that I wanted to share! It's not just a place to send packages, they also have one of a kind gifts and amazing cards for all occasions. read more

I came in here to get a PO mail box but Paul and his associate explained to me that this is a private mailbox so I can get packages delivered :) Which is a big help because I move every so often and my land lord doesn't wan me to get mail at my address. I have been with Paul and this postal annex for like 2 weeks and I already feel great about my decision to get the private box. The box was pricey ($200 a year)when i first thought but its worth it with the customer service and text/mail alerts when I get mail. The staff is very pleasant and very customer service friendly! read more

I have been doing my postal and notary business here for almost 10 years. David is always patient and helpful. He is a great addition to the community. read more

Do you need to pack something and have it delivered quickly? This is the place to go. They are very efficient and do a nice job with wrapping peanuts and boxing. You may pay a little extra, but I'm confident that everything is taking care of - safe delivery and right on time. This is a dying breed of small businesses where you have the chance to work with owner directly - who by the way is very pleasant. I'm happy to be a customer and have Postal Annex in the neighborhood. read more

The staff at this postal annex are very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend this business for all of your shipping needs, as well as notary and passport photos. I've used them for all of these services and they get the job done right. read more

I've enjoyed the service at all my local Postal Annex+ stores in the past and this location was no different. I stopped by to get passport photos. Service was friendly and efficient by John. After receiving my photos, they were good but after thinking about how it's a 10 year commitment to this photo, I realized I wanted a re-do. John was happy to help me again with friendly professionalism. Thank you for the excellent service and keeping my faith in the Postal Annex+ brand! read more

This place is the best, so convenient for all shipping/ notary needs! I used to have to make stops at UPS, then FedEx, then USPS... now I can go to one place and they take care of everything. Even can pack the shipment for me if it's not already done and their pricing is the same or within the dollar as you would get if you went direct to ups/ FedEx. One stop shop! read more

Friendly service practically in my backyard. I get colored copies made here when needed and they always come through.

Don't go there if you are in a hurry. The old lady doesn't know how to run the computers.

I went here before new owner took over. The regular blk/wht printing was reasonably priced (.15 cents per print), but now, they just increased 5x the previous cost (.55 cents per print). It's an outrageous increase. Costco charge .13 cents and Target charge .30 cents for printing color and on color photo paper! I used to love going here because it's conveniently close to home, but now I absolutely hate it. read more

Above and beyond! I have used this store several times in the last 1 1/2 years to send packages out. They always make sure the package is secure and have added extra tape as a precaution when they thought I had not used enough. Recently used them for business cards. The cards color is perfect. Quick turn around, professional and a good price. Exactly as expected. Showed me the different types of stock to make sure I received exactly what I wanted. Excellent service! read more

I can't speak highly enough about the staff here. I needed to ship a large wooden sign, and the staff modified the size of the box... which reduced my shipping fees by $40!! They also helped to bubble wrap my sign and taped the box up so my package was very secure. I will DEFINITELY be returning here for all my shipping needs! read more

I appreciate David's professionalism, patience and personal touch. I know when I walk in his store I'll be treated with respect and I can also find just about anything I need in the way of shipping supplies, cards etc. The few extra bucks it might cost to get passport pics was SO worth it to me knowing I would receive great service. I picked up the cutest passport book cover with little pockets that worked out great on my recent trip to Bora Bora. read more

In the end the packaging that Postal Annex provided ended up being totally inadequate. The item arrived damaged. The box showed little to no damage externally, so I doubt it was grossly mishandled. read more

Great post box place. Helpful shipper. Local boutique gifts. (I even did my Valentines day shopping here) Dave and staff are always friendly and helpful. read more

Fast, friendly, and accurate notary service. We went here after the notary we got from the ups store was rejected by the passport agent for not being placed correctly. No problems with this one at all. read more

This is where I drop off my prepaid packages. I'm usually in and out in 15 seconds, unless I trip and fall.

David's Postal Annex in Los Gatos is simply the very best!!! He and Jim are soooooooooooooo good to all their customers!!!

David is the best and hate to see him leave but know he certainly deserves the break! We'll miss you and hope the new owner carries on in your same manner. read more

The owner is very helpful regarding questions about how to get your passport in the fastest and most hassle free way possible. I also drop off prepaid amazon returns for free from time to time. This may be more expensive than the post office, but much more fast and easy! read more

I have been a patron of this PostalAnnex+ shop for a long, long time. Lately, their service is not up to expectations. I delivered a Fedex envelope (Standard Overnight) to them in the morning and was expecting that it be delivered the next day. They "missed" picking it up that day (he did not even apologize for it... how can you miss something like that?) and it was picked up from their shop the next "evening". It should have been "delivered" that morning. This is the last time I am visiting this shop!! read more

I have used Dave and his Postal Annex for at least 2 yeara now for various requirements and I have always found his him to be very friendly, very efficient and accommodating of my requests! He is always very helpful and this store is very well equipped and properly staffed, either by himself or other very helpful staff members. I would highly recommend Dave's Postal Annex in Los Gatos for any postal or business need that his store offers! read more

I can't imagine paying approx $14 for 2 passport size photos- thats what I paid. That is atrociously expensive . all he did was to take a pathetic photos using Polaroid camera. read more

I am so pleased with the service I received at this Postal Annex. I had numerous fragile items that needed packaging and shipped to Portland, OR. from Los Gatos. John searched the most economic way to send these, and he and the owner painstakingly wrapped each item perfectly. The large box arrived today, and a separate box used for a painting. All arrived in perfect condition, and easy to unwrap. We couldn't be more pleased. read more
