Realtors need documents notorized. I found my gem. My mom and I went to the UPS for a personal document notorization which was much less $$ than my go to notaries . The employee was also very helpful especially towards my mother . Thank you UPS Saratoga . You will be seeing me more often with my transactions and for personal notary reasons. read more

The UPS Store on Big Basin Way in Saratoga is our absolute favorite! The entire staff is consistently professional, fast, courteous, and always ready to lend a hand. They make every visit easy and pleasant--and our two Chihuahuas especially appreciate the yummy dog treats! Exceptional service every time. Highly recommend! read more

The UPS Store in Saratoga is a gem. Even though it's tucked into the downtown strip, parking is a breeze with lots of available spots nearby. I came in with three large bags of unpacked items just 15 minutes before closing, and Samual could not have been more helpful or kind. He took the time to help me find the perfect-sized box for my oversized shipment, let me use the tape roll without hesitation (which some stores can be stingy about), and made sure everything was secured properly. His professionalism and positive attitude made the whole process stress-free. One especially charming touch: a wall filled with Polaroids of dogs who've visited the store--including his own! It really adds a warm, personal feel to the place. Excellent customer service, efficient help, and a genuinely nice experience all around. Highly recommend! read more

I am so pleased to recommend this UPS location. I have used their service many times. I especially appreciate their help in packaging. You will find the clerks to be friendly, efficient and intelligent! Parking is on the street or across the street in a large parking lot or in the lot behind the store. I've never had a problem in that regard. read more

The staff is friendly and they usually have dog treats ! They are clean and I have no complaints .

Excellent service. They answer the phone promptly and good customer support. I went very close to the closing time and he helped me get it done fast. Thank you for your kind service. Asha. read more

I needed to pick my package up from Yuba City. I checked multiple UPS store to see if they have service that can arrange door pick up but did not get a good response. I called this location, and they guided me all the way and arranged return label and door pick up for me. All this happened on the phone. I will surely use services from this place in the future. I HIGHLY recommend this place to all. read more

Not sure why this place gets such bad reviews. I've never had a bad experience here. Staff is always friendly and they handle my shipping and notarization needs quickly. No complaints from me and I love to complain. read more

It is my go-to UPS Store. Can always be relied on to do the job and be helpful. Great place to drop off Amazon returns.

This UPS store has changed management and done an amazing turnaround in the past year. The new team is very helpful and friendly. Highly recommended! read more

Quick, friendly, and never more than 1-2 other customers. You can drop off your Amazon packages ;) and buy stamps! Parking can be tricky right on Big Basin Way, so I recommend parking in the back lot. There is an entrance from the back so you can bring your packages that way. read more

Great service since the new ownership! Place is cleaner, staff is super friendly and always helpful!

UPS has made it easy to do two day shipping especially with a bank holiday and USPS is closed. The team at the store was great to work with and made it simple. read more

We desperately need another UPS store in downtown Saratoga. This one is getting on a lot of people's nerve. The owner provided notary service but is not very careful with copying your names etc. on to the document. For simple stuff they handle it well. God forbid if you have an issue that needs their help to resolve. "I cannot do that." is the standard answer. Won't even try. We desperately need another UPS store in downtown Saratoga. read more

Maria and Jas were just what the doctor ordered--along with two IPAs down the street at the Burger Bar--to kick off my Saturday night in Saratoga. Maria was so patient and helpful; I forgot my reading glasses, so I even asked her to read part of my paperwork. Both ladies are notaries--not easy to find at the last minute on a weekend before closing. Jas was so polite and positive...on the phone and in person. This is an "essential" store for the City of Saratoga to mix with the trendy shops and restaurants in the Village. Locals and tourists alike need a notary and a fax from time to time, right? Thanks again...Maria & Jas. read more

Unfortunately, this UPS location is terrible. They are often busy, they will ignore you and could care less whether you're even in the door. I waited 20 minutes and the gentleman behind the counter did not say one word to me, estimate when he may or may not be able to help me Etc. Take your business elsewhere as these guys don't care about you or your packages. read more

Awesome location, really professional and courteous staff. Definitely beats the post office experience every time.

Friendly and efficient staff who are willing to provide you with good customer service. Highly recommend. Thank you again, see you soon.

I live in Campbell, but I drive to this location instead because the staff are so friendly and helpful that they make my day every time I go in. I just can't say good enough things about the employees! read more

Extra credit for staying open longer than the location in LG. It was super convenient to drop off my Xfinity (yup, done with it again) receivers. Did not need any paperwork or box it. Service was quick but quite curt. read more

Really great service here! Been using this store for 12 years. Always very kind and efficient service.

This place is redicilous, I came in to ship a bunch of stuff and getting docs notarized, like we do on a weekly basis. One of the boxes just need one strip of tape. The lady refused to do help me, saying I needed to buy a roll as she is holding a tape gun in her hand. Unbelievable customer service! read more

Where do I start? I have been a customer for many years now. My day isn't complete until I go and cost Rinkoo and Maria. I love them both. I deal with a lot of shipping of heavy high value instruments every week and they couldn't possibly make it easier. I am a difficult customer with my chaotic lifestyle and perpetual state of confusion. They always make me feel well taken care of. This is a challenging business and they treat everyone with respect and kindness. Even people who are ?@@#%/es. I am most certainly a customer for life!! read more

This is a great UPS store. Their management, organization, and customer service is better than just about any other UPS store around. I've been to plenty IPS locations throughout the Bay Area and this is by far the best of them all. Would absolutely recommend! read more

I had my wine shipment sent to this location for pickup. I picked up the next day and was charged $20 for them to "hold" my shipment for 1 day. Even if I had picked up my shipment the same day it arrived it would have been $10. I found out this is the policy of THIS store not a UPS policy. This is my neighborhood UPS store. Ripping people off with erroneous charges. I will no longer give them my business. I hope others will not as well. read more

1We have been going to this UPS store for about 4 years now and the service had been great. Yes, there are times when there are other people in there and it may take some time, but they are professional in giving each customer adequate attention. We receive our mail and packages here and this has been flawless. Sometimes there are issues with the shipper, but I'm clear on the difference between this store and UPS corporate. The store owner and her staff are friendly and will stop to chat if no one else is in the store. I highly recommend this location for anyone in search of a UPS store location as well as anyone who wants a great mail and package location to avoid the inevitable personal mailbox thefts that have been plaguing us. Cheers. read more

These guys are the best. I don't send mail from anywhere else! Last time I went in they helped distract my 2 year old daughter while I sent a package. I appreciate you! read more

Went to mail a box today after checking cost online and was surprised when it was considerably more than what the online estimator said. They explained that they were trained to add 1" to every dimension of the box - so of course, it was charging me for a larger box than I was shipping. I took it to a second UPS store where they measured the box and charged me by the actual measurements. Avoid this downtown Saratoga store if you want correct shipping rates. read more

Went into this UPS to drop off a an item that came with a prepaid UPS label. I asked for a single strip of shipping tape to seal the box together and the employee stated, "we do not provide that service to customers for free." She offered to sell me a roll for $8. I feel that's absolutely ridiculous that a shipping and packaging store would not supply a single strip of tape. This is a common place item the post office supplies to customers. read more

I use this store all the time and I've always been impressed by their excellent service. The owner is amazing and definitely takes the time to make sure you get what you want. I know UPS deliveries can sometimes get frustrating but those deliveries have nothing to do with the store. They have been able to solve all of the problems I've had with UPS and provide me with all of the other services I need to run my home office. I am so glad they are part of the Saratoga community. read more

Honestly they run this place like a well-oiled machine. We have been in last minute shipping needs or passport photos and they're always right on top of it. The hours they're open too are nice. Glad to have a solid resource in town we can go to at a moment's notice. read more

Found out this location is under new ownership and had a chance to say hi to the new management. Kind staff who do their best to get the job done in a professional and courteous manner. Love the spacious parking out back. Downtown Saratoga is known for being notoriously boring, narrow, and dead. BUT I felt like I stepped into a whole new world when I discovered the ample amounts of parking behind Big Basin Way! This place gets so much crap for "bad service" and what not, but hey...treat folks as you would like to be treated, and see how that turns out for ya! I came a little after lunch time when it was pretty dead and with only one other person in front of me, I had no problem waiting. I was shipping my Amazon Textbook Rental via UPS, so it was going to be an easy transaction. The efficient lady at the register was very patient with her slower customer and reassured me that she'd help me very soon. Thanks girl! She multi-tasked like a pro and got me in and out of there within a few minutes! Cool fact: UPS ships wine too! I'm going to look into that... read more

I have been going to this UPS Store for years and this review is long over due. This is a very efficient store that quickly processes all your packaging needs especially Amazon drop offs. I have also had exemplary service for Notary services. During this COVID times, the safety protocols are in place with separate entry and exit doors. There is plenty of parking at the back to avoid the traffic in the downtown. I must add that Rinkoo has always been a friendly face and always goes out of her way to help! I wouldn't go to any other store here! read more

Regular customer, have needed help with so many things, notary, holding packages, and one time for a special project they needed to receive the packages, and then forward them to a different location. They went above and beyond with communication and coordination. Grateful to have a community store, feels that way each time I need help from there. read more
