Wendy & Jasmine are simply awesome ladies in every regard. From the very moment I first walked in, they treated me like a valued customer & talked to me like family. Yesterday I had 3 large packages to drop off (each weighing 45-55 lbs), through a 3rd party company called Pirate Ship. Which extends UPS ground freight rates to normal people like myself, that don't own large business. From start to finish, these 2 lovely ladies made sure I had everything I needed & was taken care of every step of the way. Clearly explaining how to properly get everything taken care of. I'm extremely grateful for these women. They took the time to treat me like a valued customer & showed that they actually cared about me. In todays world, finding people like this is extremely rare. Terrible customer service. Employee hung up on me while asking her very basic questions. Then proceeded to do the same when I called back. In store, another employee lied about being the supervisor saying "I can be the supervisor". Clearly covering for the other lady. This place is a joke. The staff visibly appear miserable there. I've overheard them talking together about personal matters while helping customers. I'm sure they have other problems they are dealing with but most of us do and we keep it together at work. I will never set foot in this UPS Store again. This location is a complete rip-off. I understand that UPS Stores are privately owned and that you are allowed to charge customers to print a shipping label. However, charging $6 for a single-page shipping label is outrageous and unacceptable. This is not just overcharging -- it feels like taking advantage of customers. If you are looking to get your finger prints done, this is definitely not the place to go. I came here to get my finger printing done in December of 2023. I was charged $94.00 for this service. 4 months later, I found out that the gentlemen who had helped me in December had inputted the incorrect ORI number. This caused me to had to come back a second time to get a resubmission done. During this second time around, they inputted the correct ORI number however, the same gentlemen who helped me with the resubmission had written my ATI number incorrectly, it was missing the last number. Three days after that, the CA DOJ reached out and explained to me that the submission was completely incorrect, and that I had to do a whole new submission all together. This resulted in me having to return to this location a 3rd time for a brand new submission, which I was charged another $94.00. Wait... there's more! On their third try, I asked the same gentlemen yet again, working on the finger printing station, to please let me review his inputs prior to him sending out the new submission. Upon my review, my name was spelled incorrectly, missing a whole letter from my name! I am not sure why it's necessary for them to charge me a second time, even though it wasn't my fault that the code was inputted incorrectly the first time around. Mind you, the person inputting the information into their system is reading everything off an already pre-filled out form. Very incompetent staff, and I was penalized for somebody else's incompetence??? I would advise the DOJ to reconsider this location as part of their Live Scan Participation. Not only did they waste my time, but they also wasted my money. I would give this place zero stars if Yelp allowed! read more

This is one of the best UPS store I have visited. Everyone is super nice and professional. Especially Leila, she was very efficient while having great customer service with any customer that comes through the door. WARNING - I do not recommend this store This is typically my store for packages etc ...well, not anymore Almost all of the reviews in the last year are 2 stars or less - I can understand why . When you run a customer service business , the customer should be in the middle . Not here Came in on Saturday 1p needing an urgent shipment of two keys a , next day to NY - the service person said :"no problem it will be there next day by noon , that will be 108$!". Long story short , the shipment arrived only Monday I spoke with the store owner (I think ) who immediately said "everyone knows it's the next biz day " - well, I didn't know , and no one told me that as well. Then she said : " you're signing on a contract '- no one. Reads the small prints ,I just wanted to send a small overnight package She refuses to further discuss a refund , and therefore lost me as a customer . The store closes at 6:30pm, and I walked in about 5:15PM to get a single simple (yet urgent) document notarized. The worker at the store told me that she couldn't do a notarization because it's after 4:30pm. She claimed that the ~2 minutes to sign and stamp a document would result in a huge queue at the store. THERE.WAS.NOBODY.ELSE.THERE. Honestly if they put their actual service hours on their website (I did check) or just learn to accommodate customers on a very quick transaction, this whole issue could be avoided. read more

Not sure if it's the Owner or Manager but stunned how rude she was and terrible attitude, if you think it's OK to treat your customers that way then you should re-think your vocation. Stop by today and got there before it opened. As it neared 9 am another woman showed up and we waited and waited. By 9:17 am more people showed up waiting outside the store and still no one showed up. A man from the alteration store next-door came out and said there's still not open and asked what time they open. I said the store opens at 9 am and he responded, Oh I thought it opened at 8:30 am. I said, wait are they always late to open? He didn't hear or didn't want to respond and went back into his store. He came out a second time and looked confused as it was nearing 9:30 am. More customer showed up and while some stayed, others drove off. I got frustrated and went to the UPS store near Smart & Final after a man who was also standing there mentioned they are open now. So me and a couple other customers headed to the other location. I just want to say, that leaving your customers out in the cold waiting to do business with you is very unprofessional. Now I have my go to UPS store at the other location in between Smart and final and Trader Joe's. It's quick, the employee was very friendly, courteous and helpful and it's in a convenient location. read more

Had a $2000 MacBook Pro shipped here from Best Buy. Figured the safest way to take delivery of my new computing goodness was delivery to a physical location where I could pick it up, rather than risk it being left on my doorstep. My laptop made it all the way across the country, being scanned in at various stops along it's journey, and was scanned in and signed for at this store. When I went to pick it up, it had mysteriously vanished. The UPS driver must have made a mistake, I was told. Even in the middle of covid, I can receive a dozen, two dozen, packages at my house from UPS without fail. The one time I trusted a third party to keep an item safe for me, it went missing. Hmmm. I spent HOURS on the phone with Best Buy, UPS and made multiple trips to this store. In the end, the only thing that makes sense to me is my laptop was stolen by an employee here and UPS is too busy to worry about it. I made a claim with my credit card company, who refunded the purchase. If you must use this location, use for outgoing only and get a receipt. read more

This review is way overdue because April deserves recognition for her excellent customer service. I have been coming to this location for years because it is close to my kids' elementary school. I appreciate that the employees are always friendly and take their time, regardless of how busy the store is. Whenever I have dropped off packages, April always reminds me to take the receipt showing proof of mailing for UPS. I make sure to take a photo of the receipt "just in case." Sure enough, Xfinity asked me about 10 months after sending back my cable box if I had proof it was sent. I used the Xfinity label, and when I tracked it, it showed it was delivered to their warehouse within a week of me dropping it off to the UPS store. I also had the proof of mailing from April and I was incredibly grateful because Xfinity was trying to charge me for the cable box! Thank you, April! I would give 10 stars if I could! read more

The worst service ever The owner is so rude, after 4 years being a customer and paying my MailBox rent on time yearly , in the 5th year I was 1 week late on my rent cause I lost my job because of COVID-19 , the owner hold my Mails and didn't give it to me and he wanted to charge me late fees $30 What a customer service after being 5 years customer?????! Was able to quickly get documents notarized on multiple occasions. Normally parking out front, but the lot can be tight.

I've done many times live scan, but it's my first time to gain this disappointing service. You'll spend more money, waste your time and effort, but still can't get your things done! The staff there seemed unfamiliar with the process like it was their first time ever to do this. The government rejected the request multiple times since low quality of images which I got charged more than usual. They also said they can't control the quality. If that's occasional case, that makes sense, but failed twice out of 3 times operations? Objectively, shipping is fine there, BUT! Find a more professional spot to do ya fingerprints! Not gonna go back ever based on the very unsatisfied experience. read more

Don't come to this location for livescan fingerprint. The one who did mine seemed not trained in doing it properly. Mine was rejected too and I was advised by the requesting agency to go back so they can redo it and they should have my record. It's just been a month and they cannot find my record. Went to another authorized location and they did it professionally, did livescan on each finger, which was not done at this location, gave me a copy of fax transmittal and a copy of the livescan request form properly filled up by the roller and paid $10 cheaper. read more

I really like the customer service the employees provide at this store. Every single time I've been here to ship out my rental books, the employees taped up my box without hesitation. One employee even replaced my too large of a box with a smaller packaging so the book would not fly everywhere during transportation. I really appreciate the small act. I've been to other UPS stores where the employees would yell at me for asking them to help me tape my box but I'm really grateful this store does it without any hesitation. read more

Staff and manager are super friendly and helpful, but Livescan services are sub par. All fingers were done at once resulting in rejected fingerprints from the FBI. They would not redo or refund. We ended up redoing at the sheriffs department for only $69 TOTAL cost and they did each finger separately resulting in quickly approved status from the FBI. read more
