    If you are looking to get your finger prints done, this is definitely not the place to go. I came here to get my finger printing done in December of 2023. I was charged $94.00 for this service. 4 months later, I found out that the gentlemen who had helped me in December had inputted the incorrect ORI number. This caused me to had to come back a second time to get a resubmission done. During this second time around, they inputted the correct ORI number however, the same gentlemen who helped me with the resubmission had written my ATI number incorrectly, it was missing the last number. Three days after that, the CA DOJ reached out and explained to me that the submission was completely incorrect, and that I had to do a whole new submission all together. This resulted in me having to return to this location a 3rd time for a brand new submission, which I was charged another $94.00. Wait... there's more! On their third try, I asked the same gentlemen yet again, working on the finger printing station, to please let me review his inputs prior to him sending out the new submission. Upon my review, my name was spelled incorrectly, missing a whole letter from my name! I am not sure why it's necessary for them to charge me a second time, even though it wasn't my fault that the code was inputted incorrectly the first time around. Mind you, the person inputting the information into their system is reading everything off an already pre-filled out form. Very incompetent staff, and I was penalized for somebody else's incompetence??? I would advise the DOJ to reconsider this location as part of their Live Scan Participation. Not only did they waste my time, but they also wasted my money. I would give this place zero stars if Yelp allowed!

    Six dollars to print out a label and $.30 for the page no thanks. Revising that would make it a lot more palatable.

    It says on the Internet that the door opens at 9:00 am. Now it is not open at 9:30, and there are 7 or 8 people waiting outside.

I needed to ship something for my employer, and he did not understand the difference between recipient and sender. He had to redo it three times. At one point, he said it would be easier if I gave him my ID. I told him I didn't want to because the sender is my employer, not me. He said not to worry, he could delete it. Again, he still didn't know what he was doing and had to redo the sender and recipient. As adding my ID put down my address. By the third time, I asked if he needed me to write it down, and he said yes. The whole thing took 22 minutes. It ended up getting sent back to my work. In all honesty, it's my fault. I should have quadruple checked. (Or maybe they can hire/train competent employees going forward) This was a complete waste of time, terrible experience, and waste of money.

    I came to Staples to return several Amazon packages and was told there was a limit on how many…read morereturns they could process at one time. While I was frustrated, I understood and completed the returns they were able to accept. I then had to go to Kohl's to finish the remaining Amazon returns, which meant canceling and redoing some of the return requests. The whole process was inconvenient and time-consuming. Because I was dealing with multiple Amazon returns and trying to sort everything out, I accidentally left some of my return items on the counter. When I came back about 15 minutes later, the items were gone. Since they were Amazon returns, they still had value, and it appears someone took them. What was most disappointing was the lack of assistance afterward. No one seemed interested in helping investigate what happened or offering to check security cameras. I understand that businesses cannot control the actions of customers, but I expected more concern and effort to help after items disappeared from the counter. I'm sharing this so others can be extra careful with their belongings and return items when visiting this location. My experience was frustrating and left me very disappointed with the customer service
