Big Ink has been incredible to work with. I've come to them multiple times with tight deadlines, and they consistently deliver high-quality results every time. Their team is exceptionally talented, reliable, and easy to work with. I've trusted them for over four years now, and they've never let me down. They're also very cost-effective, which makes them an even better partner. Highly recommend Big Ink for any printing needs--thank you for always delivering! read more

Wow! These guys are the best!! I came to them extremely last minute, needing to print a funeral program. They responded right away to my yelp questions and were so helpful and friendly in the store. They explained all of the different papers and even printed two proofs on different papers, since they could see I was struggling with the decision. At such a stressful time of my life, to have their team go out of their way to assist, meant the world to me and my family. We are so appreciative. The program looks amazing and is even better than I had envisioned it. I highly recommend them for any printing needs. read more

The team was quick to respond, and when I sent the wrong formatted image to print out, they were great with their guidance on the proper format and instructions. The print quality came out great although the QR code wasn't able to scan, an easy fix to just print out the QR code and put on top. They gave me a free poster because they punched holes when I didn't ask for it. Great quality, flexible and responsive a day before my popup. I would work with again. read more

Fantastic company. The team real cares that they create high quality products. I have printed digital paintings with them as a present. They charge only $5 for 13x19, which is an amazing price. I can put the print in a frame and it's a wonderful gift to family and friends. They are very communicative and friendly. read more

We needed 5x7 Valentine's day "post-"cards printed for 100 of our friends on short notice. They provided incredible quality and turn around. Staff was knowledgable and friendly. Cards were shrink wrapped and came out amazing from our CYMK PDF with 1/8th" overbleed. I will use this shop every time I need anything like this. Looking forward to Christmas as they'll make those cards a breeze too I'm sure! read more

I came to Big Ink to do small (50-200) batches of zines in 2023, and became a loyal customer. They provided personal service, a competitive price (even with the big services) and good turnaround. Worth coming to when you need a pro-quality job for projects personal or business. First, you get personal service. Each time I have personal contact with the person doing the job, and over the years I get to know the staff. I also got great advice on formatting that made my work better. The staff knows graphic arts. Secondly, the quality is good. I've had people comment on the quality of the prints I've sent them. They have LOTS of options for your work and can work with you to find what works for you. Squared backs? Metallic Inks? Third, you get to support a local business that gets to know you - and they have a reputation among their customers that brings them big jobs. You want to get your booklets made by people who've done jobs for big names and your neighbors? That's these folks. I've found the turnaround time pretty good. If you're on a tight schedule be sure to check in on your needs and schedule. My stuff isn't on a tight timeline, so I'm just "do it whenever" and I usually get it in 2-4 days. But I've also seen them work on critical orders with speed. Worth supporting. For extra fun, ask them about the equipment they have, they've got some pretty hardcore printing setups. You'll learn a few things. Oh and if you're hungry the area has restaurants, so if you're waiting or just got an order, go get something to eat. read more

It's nice to have a local print shop to visit and get direct feedback from. I go here for my bigger prints to make sure that the print resolution is good. Big poster prints are also more affordable and reliable here than at CVS since you have someone to talk to. read more

I have been using Big Ink for 3 years now to print my daughter's birthday welcome signs. I couldn't be happier with the quality of the signs and their pricing. But most important to me is their responsiveness. I can count on them to provide a quote within hours if not the next day. As someone with usually a million things going on, I truly appreciate them treating my requests as though I'm a priority. I look forward to working with them again next year or for as long as my daughter allows me to throw her birthday parties! Lol read more

Go where Yelp leads, I tell you!! We found this place on yelp, and we had a quick turn around for our wedding. The signs were affordable, and they were absolutely gorgeous. The person who helped us was also very helpful and easy to deal with as well They said that they would have it by Monday when I ordered on Friday, but they called me an hour later and said they finished early. It looked gorgeous and the people at our wedding loved the signs. read more

I emailed Big Ink Printing to get a quote for some print signs for my upcoming work retreat. From start to finish, they went above and beyond expectations. All communications were done via email. They were very helpful and worked with our design department to get everything in order and correct for the printing portion. They completed everything within the expected time frames and had our items shipped to the resort for our event. Payment was done electronically also. Very professional and thorough. I have used big ink printing a few times and they have done absolutely excellent work! Everything that was printed was exactly what I expected 100%. The owner of the company runs a very professional business. And the artist on staff has come up with wonderful ideas that I could've never thought of. I had some things printed, and I couldn't think of how to have them printed and fitted on a card and the artist just took it over and said he would take care of it and what he did was phenomenal, this is an excellent excellent print shop for small personal jobs and big corporate jobs! read more

Big Ink Printing is THE BEST. They printed my wedding invitations in 2019, and most recently, my father's funeral programs. The funeral home hadn't told us that they weren't going to print any materials, so I was left with a few hours to design the programs and get 200 copies printed! I am a professional designer and was able to put together a lovely program and card in record time, but my stress levels were through the roof. Although it was literally the last minute, Big Ink responded right away and assured me that the job would be done with time to spare before the funeral, which was just a few hours away. And they more than delivered. Everything I needed was printed - beautifully, at that. I will never forget how courteous, kind and dependable they were during one of the most painful and stressful days of my life. Big Ink has been consistently excellent in every way. They are more than fair in their pricing, and their work is always top notch. They are professional and efficient, but most of all, human. They treated me with respect and dignity and print the artifacts that have illustrated both some of my very best and very worst times. They will always be my go-to for printing in the Bay Area. read more

I am a professional print buyer. I use Big Ink Printing all the time and they are awesome. They get my jobs done on time and keep me in the loop so I know what to tell my client when they ask. Loved them! I had a very small "Save the Date" 5x7 order, two sided/color. Not only was it printed, trimmed and packaged in 2 hours, but the service, communication and expectation setting was exactly what is missing in many of today's businesses. This team understands customer service and value. I priced the same at Costco and Walgreens and it would have been as much as 4X more. Will use again and let anyone and everyone about my experience with an exceptional local business who actually "get it"! read more

I found this business on yelp after a catastrophic encounter with another bay area printer, whose bad quality printing left my company's new business cards half-finished. I'm so lucky I found Dion ! He completely went ABOVE and BEYOND in all aspects, helping us fix the original business cards, dropping off paper samples to our office, all while providing quick turn around, high quality, and extremely reasonable prices!! My boss was very particular at how he wanted the cards done, and Dion made every revision necessary with no complaint at all. My only regret is that I didn't find Big Ink Printing before our encounter with our first printer. If you are a small business in the Bay Area- you do not need to look any further. Dion is very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Big Ink Printing provides first class service for bargain prices. read more

These guys deserve their 5 stars. Here's my story: found myself in a last minute pinch needing biz cards for an upcoming meeting in less than 72hours. By default I thought to go online but found that all these "overnight" services aren't overnight at all. I spent a few hours designing the layout but none of these online businesses could get me the cards in time. So...of course I found myself referencing Yelp and found Big Ink Printing. Their solid 5 stars gave me confidence to call where I spoke with Dion who said it wouldn't be a problem and to email them the creatives. Fifteen minutes later I'm at their shop where Shea the printing wizard quickly reviewed my requirements and before I even left had already started mocking up the design replicating what I had created earlier. While they couldn't get me the full run until next week (which is NOT a problem and totally understandable), these printing rockstars are doing a limited run that will handle my biz card requirement for me and my business partner's mtg. I love supporting local business and they deserve all the business they can get. Give these guys a shot and thank me later ;) read more

Now I come to Big Ink for all my printing needs!! As a teacher, I need A LOT of things printed. I sent Shea 27 documents with all different sort of requirements (binding, lamination, cardstock, cut) and he sorted through every document to get the job done!
