I have used their services for a couple projects at work and they have been responsive, courteous, and mindful of our timing needs each time. The quality is also there, which is obviously very important. They helped me with printing copies of an annual report and also with signage for an event - both projects went over very well and received positive responses on the quality, design, and cost. What's also nice about PrintPapa is you can entirely customize and order your project through their website but you can also call and speak to them if you need further assistance. I've worked with print shop vendors who solely operate via email and it can be hard to speak with them over the phone, leading to a lot of tedious and unnecessary back and forth. Ordered samples.. never arrived. I requested a quote and went through a long process to get the information to Kanak; the quote was 24k. Also needed an additional 1k in product. I was supposed to receive samples of their magazine printing,which never showed then I was met with crickets. I was very ready to spend 25-30k in the next couple of months, and they can't be bothered to send paper/coverstock samples or respond to emails. Very disappointed and a waste of my time. They printed 2017 calendar with 2022 header. I ordered magnet full size calendars back in November 2022 hoping to have plenty of time to address and send out 100 magnet calendars early and completed them first week of December 2021. Two weeks ago, my colleagues and I had a meeting to plan a January 2022 event and we all noticed what PrintPapa had sent me, the days of the weeks we're absolutely wrong. When I called customer service, they did an investigation, and noticed although I selected year 2022, the software defaulted to 2017. This was very frustrating and I had asked for compensation. While I received a new batch of the full size magnet calendars, I stressed about the special cardboard envelopes, addressing (handwriting) 100 recipients and quantity 100 postage stamps at $1.78 each and not to mention the time it took to address 100 envelopes. Customer service said, "well we did send it to you for proof!" Proof of my design! It didn't occur to me to proof that they had the right calendar year and to match up the months and dates for year 2022 and NOT 2017. This absolutely angered me. When I asked for compensation again the person explained that management would turn it back on me that I should have checked the months to the weeks to the dates for 2022. He explained his software was incorrect but it was upon me as the client to double check their work. Where was the quality check on their end to ensure when someone selects to purchase calendars that their software is updated? And to put it back on the customer to say, "you should've checked the months to the dates to the correct year" was absolutely terrible! He didn't even want to bring it up to management because he said that's what they would have said to him to say to me. Hi Shawn, your comment back was absolutely unacceptable. To say that it was upon me to catch the calendar mistake yet it's your product that you posted for 2022 and what's done is done is not acceptable. Also it is upon your company to do the quality check of what you post and you provide on your website. This went out to 100 people, 100 envelopes with 100 postages is at $1.79 each. Which I had to do it twice. I will not use your service, 100 people knows that it was your company that had the mistake yet you did not make up for my inconvenience. He sent me a link to charge directly to the merchant processor, and this time the CC went through smoothly! So, now that the money part had been dealt with we could get down to the business of actually creating the product. Their website interface is terrific and easy. If you have your own PDF you just upload it directly and within a few hours one of their technicians sends you a proof to confirm, or deny, before any actual printing occurs. Once you've approved the proof they send it off to the shop to print and give you an expected date of delivery. They can either ship it to you (for a fee), or you can pick it up directly from their print shop. Seeing as how they're local, it didn't seem worthwhile to have it shipped. Plus, isn't that what interns are for?! The website promised a week (you can pay for faster processing if time is of the essence) and true to their word one week later I received an email stating it was ready to pick-up. I arrived back at the office yesterday evening and there sat a big brown box ready for me to unwrap. I felt like a kid at Christmas! The product was terrific and met my expectations in every way. Way more durable and solid than the ones we had made a few years back and at a much lower cost. Now that we've put the initial snafus and kerfuffles behind us I can see a long partnership with PrintPapa in our future. This will be a product we will be ordering for many years to come and it's fantastic that we've found a vendor that delivers a terrific product, on-time and at a very reasonable price. My advice to you is GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. HORRIBLE PRINT JOB AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was referred to Print Papa by my good friend who has raved about this place. I decided to give this place a shot as they are a local business. Well, everything went well until I picked up my order. I ordered over 500 stickers, both 3x3 and 2x2. The print was simple. Black ink on white vinyl, circle cut. Here are my issues: The black ink wasn't black. It was a grayish dark brown. The print on a 2x2 appeared to be pixelated, you can see small dots on the sticker. The circle cut was only cut on some areas, so if I don't rip the sticker carefully, I would I would rip the vinyl. Spoke with Nick about my issues and being a first time customer and my disappointment in their printing service. Nick's response was "well, if you look at anything that detailed, you can find any reason to be picky." IM SORRY WHAT?? I'll stop here because this place is not even with my time in continuing this review. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK OR REFERRING ANYONE TO THIS PLACE. Red light! Use another print service! Mansplaining ahead! I made a large print order in May for my business, and everything great except for the 2 boxes of crack-and-peel stickers I received. They are absolutely terribly quality. The edge of the crack at the back of the sticker is not cut all the way down to the sticker. So when you try to remove the backing it just tears a layer of paper instead. We fought with these stickers in every way we could think of. I actually tried tweezers at one point. If you did manage to remove the backing, the sticker ends up bent and mangled. On top of that, the print side flakes off the ink. I contacted Nick in customer service, told him the problem, and offered to immediately return the stickers for a refund. Apparently the word "refund" is a bad word at this company. 100% satisfaction guarantee doesn't cover admitting the product is faulty. I've now spent hours on the phone, chat, and emailing them over this issue. I'll let the interactions speak for themselves. read more

Their website is very user friendly and appealing and as a freelance graphic designer, I appreciate that. Well, I am pretty upset right now. I have always had a good experience with printpapa except for now. I wanted a transfer label to change the pricing of my menu board. I called, explained what it was, they told me they could help and that wouldn't be a problem. The font is not one found on MS word so I had to download a new font, figure out the size, make sure it was exact and matched and I was ready to upload for a custom quote. I get on the chat to get instructions on how to upload and they tell me they can't do it because the job is too small. They basically contradicted themselves and I went through ALLLLLLLL the hassle of putting it in a file just so they can sho me away....liars. read more
