I walked in to get some wedding "table number cards". I was planning to get the cards with a photo on one side and wording on the back. After spending 2min explaining Jay told me "I got you, I know what you want, this is the paper you'll need. Is tomorrow ok for pick up?" In my mind I though "wow, why didn't I come here sooner instead of stressing at home?!" It was $37 for 12 quality cards. Unlike paying $80-$90 on Etsy. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Arrived at 9 when they are supposed to open. No one arrived till 9:40. I was patient because of the good ratings. Wasted almost an hour total because some lady jumped in front of me in line. The guy told me "we don't do copies here but you can go to Fed Ex". Really? Wow. I already knew about Fed Ex. He didn't bother to apologize or even offer to make a couple copies. His prices were very reasonable, the work was fast but quality, and Jay even threw in a bunch of extra copies that we didn't ask for. He gave this little personal project of ours the kind of attention I might have hoped for on a big business deal. I needed an 8x10 photo printed out asap for a friend's birthday gift I was going to give that day. Oakridge is near my house so I emailed them in the morning, got a response right away, and went to pick it up within a few hours. Jay had not only printed it in multiple finishes, but had thrown in a couple extra copies of it so that everyone in the pic could have a copy if they wanted. very nice people! but not professional. They almost outsource everything except digital printings (low quality and borders!) so expect longer times. Also, only the owner knows the prices! They are lifesavers!! My printer wouldn't print a certain size paper and my project was due in a couple hours! I went to FedEx and they turned me down and suggested I go here. Unfortunately, I had 13 separate files that I had to print and the would've been very difficult for them so they suggested that I go back home and consolidate the files and come back. When I came back, (this is 3 hours till due date) I had them ready for Bryan to print. (He's great and awesome by the way). He said it'll be ready in an hour but that's just a stressful hour for me to sit and wait when I can finalize things. Jay at oakridge printing in the end did a great job on designing my companys logo and buisness cards. There was some miscommunication on pricing and card quality at first, and the printed cards were much harder to read than the emailed proof that was sent me as well as the color being a little off. I told Jay about my concerns, he did the right thing and remade them for me for a small fee which I was very pleased with. Also my logo design fee was much more than I was quoted at first. The price more than trippled after a few revisions I wanted to make and I was not aware of this untill I got the bill. Overall yes I would recomend them and use them again. Just realize how much the price may increase on designes. read more
