AMAZING! Life savers! Jay was super accommodating for our last minute request for an addition to wedding invites. He was able to create exactly what we requested and had it printed and ready to go within a few hours. Great service, and wish I had found them sooner! Will definitely be a returning customer!!! read more

This was my first time using Oakridge Printing. Jay was very quick in response time to giving me price quotes on my print job. After submitting my order at the end of the day my invitations were ready by 2 p.m. the next day. The invitations looked beautiful. His prices are reasonable. I will definitely go back the next time I need any printing done. Thank you Jay!! read more

I walked in to get some wedding "table number cards". I was planning to get the cards with a photo on one side and wording on the back. After spending 2min explaining Jay told me "I got you, I know what you want, this is the paper you'll need. Is tomorrow ok for pick up?" In my mind I though "wow, why didn't I come here sooner instead of stressing at home?!" It was $37 for 12 quality cards. Unlike paying $80-$90 on Etsy. I'd go back in a heartbeat. Picked up next day and my fiancé and I were VERY pleased with the quality of the cards. read more

I'm going to have to differ from the previous reviewer. We recently had Jay print some of my son's artwork to share with family. His prices were very reasonable, the work was fast but quality, and Jay even threw in a bunch of extra copies that we didn't ask for. He gave this little personal project of ours the kind of attention I might have hoped for on a big business deal. I wish I was responsible for our print work at the office so that I could send 'em Jay's way. PS: In case you read the previous review and decide to go to the FexEx Kinkos down the street, please read my review of that joint, first: http://www.yelp.com/biz/fedex-office-print-and-ship-center-san-jose-5#hrid:y0MwqMMYGt9lvQQsFVB-ug --While the review gives high points to "Ben", who kinda saved the day, the overall approach of Jay's big corporate competitor was sloppy, careless and part of the reason Jay will get all my printing biz. read more

I love that Oakridge printing is just down the street from where I work. I love that they strive to keep customers happy. Their staff is incredibly helpful, attentive, and friendly to work with. When I email them, a response is quickly sent back. When I call, they never leave me on hold. Their turn around time is fantastic, and their services are expansive. I love seeing a small, local printer giving the internet a run for its money in an ultra-competitive market. read more

Jay has done several designs and much printing for me. From business cards to an actual book he printed for a friend, always top quality, on-time, and fairly priced. Highly recommended. read more

Arrived at 9 when they are supposed to open. No one arrived till 9:40. I was patient because of the good ratings. Wasted almost an hour total because some lady jumped in front of me in line. The guy told me "we don't do copies here but you can go to Fed Ex". Really? Wow. I already knew about Fed Ex. He didn't bother to apologize or even offer to make a couple copies. He was late to work and passive aggressively rude. What a great office store... read more

What a wonderful team ! Oakridge came through with great ideas and advice on assisting me in the design of my business cards. I have been doing online cards for years and was recently so disappointed with the quality that was sent. The company that I had been using online is now gone . But Oakridge printing has been around for years! I'm sticking with local business's from now on! Nothing like the personal interaction! Thanks again Oakridge team! read more

I needed an 8x10 photo printed out asap for a friend's birthday gift I was going to give that day. Oakridge is near my house so I emailed them in the morning, got a response right away, and went to pick it up within a few hours. Jay had not only printed it in multiple finishes, but had thrown in a couple extra copies of it so that everyone in the pic could have a copy if they wanted. The staff was friendly and attentive and the whole experience was extremely smooth and pleasant. I will be going back with all of my printing needs and I will definitely be recommending to all of my friends! read more

Exceptional service from Joseph and Bryan! Came in today to try make a booklet for my senior final project class. They were able to give me a quick quote and responded to my email promptly. The price option and deliver time was better than the other print places I've been to. I'm stoked to see how the book turns out. For a student that's on a budget and needs quality work this is the place to go. read more

Highly recommend! Was printing out my Wedding seating chart the day before my wedding and needed it ASAP for obvious reasons. I called this place, emailed them the pdf, and picked it up all within an hour. They charged me about $36 for the printing when other places (who all said the earliest they could do was the afternoon) were going to charge $50-$60. read more

very nice people! but not professional. They almost outsource everything except digital printings (low quality and borders!) so expect longer times. Also, only the owner knows the prices! I've been there twice to get a quote and there was a nice lady who told me to call the owner or come back another day! to get the price from the owner. read more

I had started my contact with Jay on a Monday. Met with him on Tuesday, had a sample by Wednesday, he said do to the volume I needed and over orders he had in front of me, it could take until Monday to receive my final copies (wedding invited BTW). He called on THURSDAY, yes the very next day, and said they were done! I was so thrilled. He definitely knows what he is doing, and does it professionally! read more

They are lifesavers!! My printer wouldn't print a certain size paper and my project was due in a couple hours! I went to FedEx and they turned me down and suggested I go here. Unfortunately, I had 13 separate files that I had to print and the would've been very difficult for them so they suggested that I go back home and consolidate the files and come back. When I came back, (this is 3 hours till due date) I had them ready for Bryan to print. (He's great and awesome by the way). He said it'll be ready in an hour but that's just a stressful hour for me to sit and wait when I can finalize things. So he asked me again how soon I needed them and surely enough, he was so kind to get them asap. Love it! read more

I love this print shop! Everyone is always so friendly! Jay was a great help with a project I had! It doesn't get any better than this! Thanks for autographing your work with excellence! read more

Emailed them some artwork on Wednesday for business cards. I'm lame with Photoshop so they talked me through creating the proper CMYK PDF file over the phone. I picked up the cards on Friday, 48 hours later. They look fantastic. Kudos to everyone on the team, this is a great local print shop. read more

Jay at oakridge printing in the end did a great job on designing my companys logo and buisness cards. There was some miscommunication on pricing and card quality at first, and the printed cards were much harder to read than the emailed proof that was sent me as well as the color being a little off. I told Jay about my concerns, he did the right thing and remade them for me for a small fee which I was very pleased with. Also my logo design fee was much more than I was quoted at first. The price more than trippled after a few revisions I wanted to make and I was not aware of this untill I got the bill. Overall yes I would recomend them and use them again. Just realize how much the price may increase on designes. read more

This is where we order our letterheads. We used to order it some other place but we switched to this printing place because of their lower rate and found out that their service was great as well. Oakridge printing has done a great job with all of my projects! Our office has been a customer for 20 years. It is just so much easier working with Jay and his team than an on-line company. They are easily accessible and accommodating. They have turned my mediocre ideas into designs that I am really happy with. My other colleagues in the area say the same! read more

This place is terrible...poor quality of work on my business cards and brochures I had done ..it took over 2 months to finally get my order correct and in the end the quality was far from promised. I will never do business with jay ever again..he makes promises he can't keep..consumers be warned this is not the place to get what you want from..highly not recommended. read more

I needed to get some photo's printed from a Word document file and found out none of the common printing services (like Walgreens) could print them. Oakridge Printing took care of it, and I have to thank Kathleen & Mai for their exemplary service. Better yet, their prices were actually even slightly cheaper than Walgreen's! For printing services, please consider Oakridge Printing. Highly recommended. read more
