I am so happy I discovered them randomly through a Vietnamese Facebook group. Sherry designed our wedding invitations, seating chart, dinner menu, vows, bridesmaid gift boxes and basically anything print related that we needed for our big day. She was super prompt and was quick to respond. To this day, I still love the simple yet modern design of our wedding invitations--we did 2 versions, one in English and the second in Vietnamese for my parents. I love working with father daughter duo Henry and Sherry. And the dynamic duo is Aidee by Norma. This shop is reliable and fast. The printing worlds little Caesar's, hot and ready. They always give me a time frame for my printing jobs and are often early. I have also had to make last minute changes to jobs and they have always been accommodating. I also recently started using Adobe illustrator and Sherry has been so helpful whenever I have needed help when I run into an issue with my software. Sometimes I don't know how to remove masks or don't know an image is locked. She's a whiz! Sometimes can figure out things my works IT department can't figure out. Shop provides great bulk prices that I try to take advantage of whenever I can but still great prices for smaller print jobs too. Due to a series of unfortunate problems here and there, I needed a bunch of stickers printed ASAP for an event. Luckily, Henry was willing to take my order, despite me barely arriving at his business before closing hours. So here's the story- I initially placed an order at UPS Brokaw but they messed up on my printing order that I placed 3 days ago. What I mean by "messed up" is that they havent even started my order, had no clue I had a print job when they told me itll be complete in 1-2 days and had the audacity to charge me extra because my file wasnt the size flyer I wanted it to be. Customer service here is 1,000 stars, for real. Not only is the turnaround quick, it's quality and done with the friendliest of faces. I needed a handful of prints in a pinch for an event and called Henry, who said no worries and to email him the files. The order was ready to go before I even got there, BUT it was CASH ONLY (minimum $15 order to use a card) and the owner was like 'it's all good pay me next time!' And this was my first time visiting. The fact that he didn't even know me and still trusted and was super friendly about it blew my mind. So of course the next day I ordered more files to be printed for another event (shout out to The Local Way to Downtown San Jose!) and he did all those within an hour, added the previous day's amount so we could be even, and again did an excellent job. I was a bit hesitant at first, since I started inquiring about an order via emailing the place first, but upon going to the place in person, I was set a lot more at ease. The place is filled with giant printers, and a wide variety of printed products from past customers. Being in need of some prints of my art prepared for a convention, Henry was happy to help me out, getting my files ready and on really high quality card stock (plus cropped to size!) for around 50 cents per print. Order was ready in 3 hours, which is more than I can say for previous printing companies I worked with. Main thing I'd keep in mind, though, is that you're ultimately the person responsible for the quality of your prints, so keep in mind basic printing procedures (make sure your stuff is in CMYK and not RGB, around 300 dpi for your stuff, etc.) Browsing the more negative reviews here, it seems the negativity seems to come from the customer themselves not being the most reliable in terms of that kind of stuff. We decided to make our own therefore we had a friend design our wedding invitations and Vietnam Printing gave us the dimensions needed and helped us print our invitations for a very cheap price. Pros: Service was fast and efficient and quality of prints were great Cons: they don't offer much card stock so you will have to choose and buy your cardstock from Kelly Paper and they will use their paper for printing. I came here to print 110 programs and it was complete within 30 minutes! It was very easy and quick - I just had to email him the design. He even fixed the size for me (the original was 50 inches...oops) as well as the graphic (it was a bit pixelated when it printed so he fixed it so it would be clear). Also, much cheaper than printing at FedEx / Kinkos. It was 55 cents a sheet, and I could fit 2 programs to a sheet, so $30 total for all of it.
