I have used Vietnam Printing for quite a few years. They have always come through for me. They have printed several booklets for me with great professionalism. When I need something very soon, they do not begin to hassle me. They just go ahead and do the job as soon as possible. The personnel there are friendly, efficient, cheerful, and it is no wonder that they are still in business when others have failed, they get the job done! Frank S. read more

I give Vietnam Printing an A+. I'm in town for a client event and needed to print out 100 flyers. My go-to in this situation is FedEx, but every time I spoke with a representative, the price kept going up and the timeline was changing. I called Vietnam Printing, and they offered a fair price and lightning-fast turnaround. No BS; they gave me one price and an exact time for pickup. It was ready on time and the quality was excellent. I will be back. Thank you so much! read more

Good pricing, you come in and out. Totally recommend. He was very patient while I was uploading to his email.

I am so happy I discovered them randomly through a Vietnamese Facebook group. Sherry designed our wedding invitations, seating chart, dinner menu, vows, bridesmaid gift boxes and basically anything print related that we needed for our big day. She was super prompt and was quick to respond. To this day, I still love the simple yet modern design of our wedding invitations--we did 2 versions, one in English and the second in Vietnamese for my parents. My tip is to take really nice engagement pics and use those for your wedding invites. I recently asked Sherry to design invitations for my parents' 50th wedding anniversary and they turned out really nice as well. There is a parking lot in the back. Pricing is fair and affordable. Highly recommend them and especially Sherry! read more

Came to Vietnam Printing to DIY some wedding materials: posters, placecards, etc. While several other print shops quoted us absurd amounts of even refused to take our request, Henry was able to not only get it done quickly but for a very fair and reasonable price and with amazing customer service. Would recommend this place to anyone for their printing needs! read more

I freaking LOVE this place! Henry is the owner and he takes great care of his customers. Product is always how I ask and very reasonable pricing! been so patient, friendly, and helpful! The prices are fantastic.. seriously! When I went to pick up my order I walked into the office and even though it was a little tight , it was super fun and welcoming. You totally get the vibe of the office and the people that work there . I loved it! Henry helped me out and not only is he super cool, he is super kind and patient! I went to get my wedding envelopes printed with the address to be sent! Henry is very detailed on what needs to be done and printed me around 180 envelopes in just a day. Very reasonable prices and has a quick turnaround. read more

I love working with father daughter duo Henry and Sherry. And the dynamic duo is Aidee by Norma. This shop is reliable and fast. The printing worlds little Caesar's, hot and ready. They always give me a time frame for my printing jobs and are often early. I have also had to make last minute changes to jobs and they have always been accommodating. I also recently started using Adobe illustrator and Sherry has been so helpful whenever I have needed help when I run into an issue with my software. Sometimes I don't know how to remove masks or don't know an image is locked. She's a whiz! Sometimes can figure out things my works IT department can't figure out. Shop provides great bulk prices that I try to take advantage of whenever I can but still great prices for smaller print jobs too. Peaking along Santa Clara is rough but they do have a few parking spots available behind 711 around the corner read more

Due to a series of unfortunate problems here and there, I needed a bunch of stickers printed ASAP for an event. Luckily, Henry was willing to take my order, despite me barely arriving at his business before closing hours. He was able to print all of the stickers I needed just in time, and even threw in some extras! Even though the event was just the day after, he was able to quickly fulfill my order with top notch quality :) The die-cut was very precise, the print quality was impeccable, and some of the stickers had little cuts that made it easier to peel the paper backing! I highly recommend this business for your printing needs; not for the print quality, but also for the great and fast service, and fair prices. read more

So here's the story- I initially placed an order at UPS Brokaw but they messed up on my printing order that I placed 3 days ago. What I mean by "messed up" is that they havent even started my order, had no clue I had a print job when they told me itll be complete in 1-2 days and had the audacity to charge me extra because my file wasnt the size flyer I wanted it to be. That's when I reached out to Vietnam Printing. I placed an order to Henry via email around 9am. He responded and confirmed quickly. I told him I'd stop by around 12pm. To my astonishment he completed my entire order when I was only expecting to provide a payment. If you need to get s**t done, take it to Vietnam Printing. They place urgency, provide excellent customer service and the pricing is reasonable for the fast turn around and graphic design services. [They dont charge you extra to resize your file.] I'll be going here for all my business marketting from now on. Thanks Henry!! read more

Customer service here is 1,000 stars, for real. Not only is the turnaround quick, it's quality and done with the friendliest of faces. I needed a handful of prints in a pinch for an event and called Henry, who said no worries and to email him the files. The order was ready to go before I even got there, BUT it was CASH ONLY (minimum $15 order to use a card) and the owner was like 'it's all good pay me next time!' And this was my first time visiting. The fact that he didn't even know me and still trusted and was super friendly about it blew my mind. So of course the next day I ordered more files to be printed for another event (shout out to The Local Way to Downtown San Jose!) and he did all those within an hour, added the previous day's amount so we could be even, and again did an excellent job. So in summary: Pricing is excellent. They work fast and do great work. They offer a variety of services. Henry is the coolest, friendliest man in the business. Support local, peeps! read more

Vietnam Printing is the BEST place to print ANYTHING! Books, posters, calendars, t shirts, invitations, banners, simple copies, or even little trinkets like pens or giveaway items! The owner, Henry, is extremely (reiterate EXTREMELY) kind and compassionate to his customers. He remembers them and their orders by name! Henry also has a very hardworking assistant who is always incredibly helpful. We enjoy talking to them and they love our dogs (which is a plus). We have personally printed books and calendars here for two years, and he NEVER disappoints. The quality of the items are outstanding, and the turn around time is even more so! Henry even custom tailored our calendars and charged incredibly fair prices for everything. This is my second time printing with VN Printing and I have to say Henry's team never fails to impress me. Sherry is very prompt with her email replies and Norma was very kind and provided excellent services when I came to pick up my sample prints. They provided sample prints in one business day (would have been faster if I didn't have such large files) and once they were approved, printed our work in another. I will definitely print with them for a third time and many more afterwards. Thank you to Sherry, Norma, and Henry! read more

I called them Saturday morning to print my grandpa's memorial cards after the ones I had ordered online from a different company never got processed. Henry was amazing. He made vynil stickers for our family event. Super quick and very helpful!

I was a bit hesitant at first, since I started inquiring about an order via emailing the place first, but upon going to the place in person, I was set a lot more at ease. The place is filled with giant printers, and a wide variety of printed products from past customers. Being in need of some prints of my art prepared for a convention, Henry was happy to help me out, getting my files ready and on really high quality card stock (plus cropped to size!) for around 50 cents per print. Order was ready in 3 hours, which is more than I can say for previous printing companies I worked with. Main thing I'd keep in mind, though, is that you're ultimately the person responsible for the quality of your prints, so keep in mind basic printing procedures (make sure your stuff is in CMYK and not RGB, around 300 dpi for your stuff, etc.) Browsing the more negative reviews here, it seems the negativity seems to come from the customer themselves not being the most reliable in terms of that kind of stuff. I'll definitely be coming back for future print orders. read more

This place did a wonderful job for our wedding invitations. The staff was great at working with us on personalizing our wedding invitations. We decided to make our own therefore we had a friend design our wedding invitations and Vietnam Printing gave us the dimensions needed and helped us print our invitations for a very cheap price. Pros: Service was fast and efficient and quality of prints were great Cons: they don't offer much card stock so you will have to choose and buy your cardstock from Kelly Paper and they will use their paper for printing. They provided great service and high quality printing. Very happy with their service and pricing for our wedding. Great for saving money on invitations. read more

Four words: Fastest. Turnaround Time. Ever. Henry was every helpful when I needed 1000 mini-flyers printed AND CUT on the same day. They were done an hour after I placed the order. Vietnam Printing has been fabulous to deal with- timely (usually same day or right as I'm waiting!), good print quality, and affordable for my art poster prints. They even give me an "industry discount" for being a graphic designer! Due to their excellent customer service and high print quality I have let them quote a few jobs for the corporation I work for. While large jobs have been sometimes double the price quote, they are very affordable and prompt on small runs. I would DEFINITELY recommend them for all your local, small run needs! read more

From its outside appearance you would have no idea that this is an excellent printing place. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. Henry and his staff are EXTREMELY helpful and professional. They have been my go-to print shop for business cards, promo prints, and more. PROS: * Friendly staff members! * Quick + amazing turn around times (business cards within 24 hours). * Fair and competitive prices. CONS: * Nothing that I can really think of. Their print shop can get a little hot on summer days, but honestly that shouldn't be stopping anyone from going into their shop. I highly recommend checking them out! read more

I came here to print 110 programs and it was complete within 30 minutes! It was very easy and quick - I just had to email him the design. He even fixed the size for me (the original was 50 inches...oops) as well as the graphic (it was a bit pixelated when it printed so he fixed it so it would be clear). Also, much cheaper than printing at FedEx / Kinkos. It was 55 cents a sheet, and I could fit 2 programs to a sheet, so $30 total for all of it. Definitely would use their services again for all my printing needs! Thank you very much for your quick and excellent service. read more
