I needed several 18"x24" signs printed for a wedding. I got several quotes from other places, and Fast Signs was on par with all of them. It was an easy process. They were very responsive to my multiple emails and questions and checked the designs to make sure they'd look fine when printed on the foam boards. I was nervous because the designs looked fine on an 8.5"x11" piece of paper, but I worried they wouldn't look so great when enlarged. Abe reassured me that the designs would print exactly the same. All the signs were printed quickly and perfectly. One of the signs needed to be redone because of a mistake I made. They were kind enough to reprint it without charging me again. I can't say they'd do this for all customers because that could amount to a lot of lost revenue, but I am grateful that they saved me a little money. read more

Not only did they quote me over $130for a simple, 8x24 sign rider, but when I inquired about a rush order, not only would it not be ready, fast, which defeats the purpose of calling it a rush order, but they wanted to charge me an extra $130 !! Lol no way, I went to Excel signs in Fremont instead and saved A LOT more money, and they were quick and provided great customer service. I am so glad I found this place! I have used them several times already, and each time I have been very impressed with the service AND the quality of the items purchased. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I have purchased a huge vinyl banner, huge plastic logo signs, a huge logo wall piece that sits in our entrance (and we always get compliments on it), and smaller things like personalized name tags. All pieces are great quality, the colors on our logo came out as an exact match, and they usually turn around the items within a couple of days. I have only been dealing with Ralph, and he is awesome! He is extremely helpful and really goes above and beyond to get things exactly the way we want them. There has even been times when I really can't make it during business hours, and he has offered to stay after hours to meet me just to meet our deadline! The woman that answered the phone was very friendly and explained the different materials and printing options. I will simply lay out the facts for you and you can draw your own conclusions: -They quoted me a three day turnaround on my project (which was two 9X28" aluminum signs), it actually took 2 1/2 weeks -When I called (which I did frequently as 3 days stretched out into 2 1/2 weeks) and asked for status updates on my signs, I got passed off from employee to employee, was not given any useful explanation as to why my project had not been completed, and did not have my calls returned when I left messages -After extensive hounding, I was told I could pick up my signs. One sign was printed on aluminum, as promised, the other was simply a printed sticker on a piece of aluminum. When I pointed this out, the woman I had been working with was very evasive saying they had to be printed this way. I stated my confusion given that if they were capable of making one sign correctly it seems they ought to be capable of making both signs that way. Now painted into a corner, she was forced to admit that she had neglected to get two pieces of the correct aluminum and in order to create both signs correctly she would have to go get more materials. I explained that I would expect her to do this and recreate the second sign correctly. -To their credit, they did recreate the sign and have it for me the next day. -Unfortunately, when I got the sign home I realized that it was not actually the same dimensions as the first sign. It is actually about a half an inch smaller in each direction. At that point I was so over it that I just kept the sign. Overall I felt dismissed and deceived by the company. A few days after this posting I was able to work with Fast signs to get my signage issue resolved.

I came to this company for magnetic car signs for my business fleet. My first interaction with the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant. She immediately quoted me a great price which she offered to produce within 14 days of submitting my information. I sent the information with logo to her via e-mail the same day via their website for which I received an immediate e-mail confirmation. I called several times to follow up, hoping to confirm they received my information. I left multiple voicemail messages which were never returned. It was 12 days after submitting the order when I finally reached a live person. He confirmed instead that they did not receive the order. Instead of offering to rush the order for me, the man I spoke with said I could re-submit the order over again. Naturally, I declined his invitation. Poor customer service and unreliable product delivery. This is not the company I want handling my business. read more

I've been to this fastsigns several times over the past three years and the first time the services was great. But each time I submit a new project, they've gotten more and more careless. I guess they are understaffed, so I constantly find myself going out of my way to follow-up on and get the status of my projects. I emailed them two weeks ago for a quote and no response, and so I email them a reminder. Then the staff sends me a quote and forgets to email a picture of a sample sign. Then staff says they only have samples on their facebook account without even sending a link. Then the staff sends me a link to facebook@fastsignscampbell, which Helloooo is an email address!!!! =0 I mean come one, how careless can you be??? It was a long time coming, but I guess it's time to get my signs printed elsewhere. read more

Just be aware that when you order a sign w the UGA logo on it you specify that you want UGA colors. If you don't they will assign BAMA colors instead. Their response, "well you approved the proof". We at Sousa's garage doors just had FastSigns build & install 2 11'x4' signs on our building & all in approx. a weeks time. We did get 3 bids & even though FastSigns were a bit more expensive then the other 2, we decided to go with them.
