Once again, the team at Fast Signs San Jose on Bascom Ave did an amazing job. You took my ideas and made them even better than expected. We have completed several projects with you now and love the results. From our overhead business signs and truck decals to our showroom signage, advertising flags, and QR codes, Fast Signs 160 has been instrumental in helping us brand and grow our company. Thank you to the entire team! read more

I needed several 18"x24" signs printed for a wedding. I got several quotes from other places, and Fast Signs was on par with all of them. It was an easy process. They were very responsive to my multiple emails and questions and checked the designs to make sure they'd look fine when printed on the foam boards. I was nervous because the designs looked fine on an 8.5"x11" piece of paper, but I worried they wouldn't look so great when enlarged. Abe reassured me that the designs would print exactly the same. All the signs were printed quickly and perfectly. One of the signs needed to be redone because of a mistake I made. They were kind enough to reprint it without charging me again. I can't say they'd do this for all customers because that could amount to a lot of lost revenue, but I am grateful that they saved me a little money. read more

Can I please give a HUGE shout out to Jessica, Josh and the guy who spent the WHOLE DAY putting logos on our van? OMG thank you! These guys went above and beyond, and do, every single time we've ordered from them. My logo's weren't sticking (probably because they sat in my van for like a mo. and a half) They resized, reprinted, redesigned and put them on for me - just because they have amazing customer service. I'm talking service that sparkles. I really appreciate people in the service industry and appreciate even more, the folks that care about the integrity of their product and their co. Many thanks you guys. I'll be using you forever and for everything! And I'll be referring you to everyone in need of signs, prints and design work. I can't thank you enough! xoxo Molly, Wylder Space read more

They certainly live up to their name! I needed a banner for a work event and Joshua and the team were nothing but professional and speedy. They were able to provide me a quote, take the artwork and turn it into something great in plenty of time for our meeting -- a full 3 days early! Thank you Josh and the FastSigns team for your help. read more

This place is by far the best place to get anything made. The turn over time is amazing but the customer service is 5 stars! Jessica has helped out my business so much and has made it perfect!! I run a car wash and it started with making the price board and Jessica was able to tell us the best material to use and even delivered it to our business! After we asked Jessica to make us a entrance sign for the car wash and with new art work , she made it exactly how we wanted it maybe even better!! Love this place and will get all my signs done here!! read more

Fast Signs - Graphic Design Near Me - San Jose, California

Ten stars!!! I love these folks! I walked in exhausted, and needing some price help to print large banners for an event for the fire survivors in Brynn County/ Paradise. Jessica met me at the door and gave me a greeting so warm, I actually felt better from the stressful day. When she saw my idea, she loved it, and added extra grommets etc to make things possible. Manager Abe was also a sweetheart, and he ok'd The rush and price!! ( I did a happy dance!!) They got done early, and the colors, alignment and Grommets were all perfect. They'll be my only printer from here on. You can't meet nicer people to work with. Three cheers!!!! read more

What a great team! Abe and his crew went above and beyond to help me out in a crunch. The customer service is as always amazing and my end product turned out perfect. I am a client for life and will only use them as my go to print and design company. Thank you for saving the day! read more

This place is a joke. Not only did they quote me over $130for a simple, 8x24 sign rider, but when I inquired about a rush order, not only would it not be ready, fast, which defeats the purpose of calling it a rush order, but they wanted to charge me an extra $130 !! Lol no way, I went to Excel signs in Fremont instead and saved A LOT more money, and they were quick and provided great customer service. It's worth the gas, do yourself a favor and head over there instead. read more

I enjoy coming to this particular location the service great, no long waiting periods. The quality is awesome for the price. Jessica does a good job in keeping me coming back to her location. 5 Star Cleaners love Fast Signs read more

I have been coming to this Fastsigns for the last decade. Their customer service and quality of their products are absolutely amazing. I used them for my personal, sports, and company signs. All the items seem to look original and I always had the best looking sports team banners on the field. I couldn't be more happy with place and plan to use them for years to come. read more

Jess and the team at FastSigns are amazing! Jess helped us to pick out a flag style that met our needs, was incredibly patient with our many questions in the development of a design for our flag, and helped us to find the best value for our need. The feather flags that FastSigns created for us are high quality and absolutely beautiful! I give my highest appreciation and recommendations for FastSigns! read more

Abe and his staff are awesome, they can get thing done quickly. I highly recommend everyone to go see fast sign on bascom ave.

Jessica and her team are the best! I work with a handful of tech companies and my clients have a habit of ordering last minute or have the immediate need for signage, overlays, and prints. Jessica is always quick to respond, prompt with timelines, and exceeds my customer service expectations. I'm sure Jessica has a million things on her to do list, but she always takes the time to ensure that the process to the finished product is to the exact specs. I have worked with other sign vendors in the past, but this FastSigns has consistently delivered for me, my team and clients for over 2 years. They are a huge part of my success! read more

I had my businesses lit up street sign created by FastSigns - they were quick, sent proofs back fast, affordable and had great customer service. read more

I am so glad I found this place! I have used them several times already, and each time I have been very impressed with the service AND the quality of the items purchased. The prices are also extremely reasonable. I have purchased a huge vinyl banner, huge plastic logo signs, a huge logo wall piece that sits in our entrance (and we always get compliments on it), and smaller things like personalized name tags. All pieces are great quality, the colors on our logo came out as an exact match, and they usually turn around the items within a couple of days. I have only been dealing with Ralph, and he is awesome! He is extremely helpful and really goes above and beyond to get things exactly the way we want them. There has even been times when I really can't make it during business hours, and he has offered to stay after hours to meet me just to meet our deadline! If you need signs of any kind, give them a try. Ask for Ralph and let him know I sent you. I am going back next week to get more stuff! read more

After calling 2 different sign companies and getting completely different estimates, I decided to try this FastSigns. The woman that answered the phone was very friendly and explained the different materials and printing options. She also made the suggestion to round the corners on the aluminum sign and offered to pre-drill the holes. Will definitely be coming back read more

I will simply lay out the facts for you and you can draw your own conclusions: -They quoted me a three day turnaround on my project (which was two 9X28" aluminum signs), it actually took 2 1/2 weeks -When I called (which I did frequently as 3 days stretched out into 2 1/2 weeks) and asked for status updates on my signs, I got passed off from employee to employee, was not given any useful explanation as to why my project had not been completed, and did not have my calls returned when I left messages -After extensive hounding, I was told I could pick up my signs. One sign was printed on aluminum, as promised, the other was simply a printed sticker on a piece of aluminum. When I pointed this out, the woman I had been working with was very evasive saying they had to be printed this way. I stated my confusion given that if they were capable of making one sign correctly it seems they ought to be capable of making both signs that way. Now painted into a corner, she was forced to admit that she had neglected to get two pieces of the correct aluminum and in order to create both signs correctly she would have to go get more materials. I explained that I would expect her to do this and recreate the second sign correctly. -To their credit, they did recreate the sign and have it for me the next day. -Unfortunately, when I got the sign home I realized that it was not actually the same dimensions as the first sign. It is actually about a half an inch smaller in each direction. At that point I was so over it that I just kept the sign. Overall I felt dismissed and deceived by the company. A truly unpleasant experience in customer service and quality. read more

Listen UP!! If you value saving money, superb customer service with a smile, on time delivery, a selection of materials galore to blow your mind! This is the Spot for you!. I'm a business owner, and like everyone else I value my time and money. A month ago I came in to order four corrugated 24" x 18" signs and two banners to promote my business. Walked in got a quote within minutes, explained to the knowledgeable sales staff what I was looking for, how I wanted it and walked out. Sure enough four days later as promised I get a friendly call from Maria letting me know that my order was ready to be picked up. This is what I loved, it simple, no hassle and to the point. Great Job guys! A+ In my book. Thank you, Mel read more

I find out this place on yelp We found them on yelp.Jesika was very patient and helped us choose the sign. I recommend them for work

I had to order some signs for work and the process from start to finish was pleasant and easy. I have a lot on my plate, so any company that is going to help me and not give me extra stress is a keeper. Service was great and friendly, and signs I ordered were even better than I had in mind. I'd recommend Fast Signs in a heartbeat. Thank you! read more

I want to take a moment to thank Fast Signs on Bascom Avenue for their good work over the years. They've consistently provided the signs I need for my office in a timely manner. I imagine the past two years have been very challenging in the mist of the pandemic. I've always appreciated their cheerful customer service, even though I know its been difficult to operate their shop of late. Hope you have a great year. read more

A few days after this posting I was able to work with Fast signs to get my signage issue resolved.

I came to this company for magnetic car signs for my business fleet. My first interaction with the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant. She immediately quoted me a great price which she offered to produce within 14 days of submitting my information. I sent the information with logo to her via e-mail the same day via their website for which I received an immediate e-mail confirmation. I called several times to follow up, hoping to confirm they received my information. I left multiple voicemail messages which were never returned. It was 12 days after submitting the order when I finally reached a live person. He confirmed instead that they did not receive the order. Instead of offering to rush the order for me, the man I spoke with said I could re-submit the order over again. Naturally, I declined his invitation. Poor customer service and unreliable product delivery. This is not the company I want handling my business. read more

I've been to this fastsigns several times over the past three years and the first time the services was great. But each time I submit a new project, they've gotten more and more careless. I guess they are understaffed, so I constantly find myself going out of my way to follow-up on and get the status of my projects. I emailed them two weeks ago for a quote and no response, and so I email them a reminder. Then the staff sends me a quote and forgets to email a picture of a sample sign. Then staff says they only have samples on their facebook account without even sending a link. Then the staff sends me a link to facebook@fastsignscampbell, which Helloooo is an email address!!!! =0 I mean come one, how careless can you be??? It was a long time coming, but I guess it's time to get my signs printed elsewhere. read more

Just be aware that when you order a sign w the UGA logo on it you specify that you want UGA colors. If you don't they will assign BAMA colors instead. Their response, "well you approved the proof". The proof looked red & black. They even acknowledged that he colors were wrong. Second response, I will need to charge you for our mistake... read more

This review has been long over due and I profusely apologize for just writing it now. Hi, My Name is robert. I have a pickup and delivery service and have used Fastsigns located on Bascom Ave. in S.J. for the past few years. every time I've had to use them, has resulted in a great experience. There are 2 individuals I would like to single out for all the effort in making our business a success. The 2 people are Jessica (MGR.) and Jacqui Garza in Sales. Their commitment to excellence is illustrated by their work and customer service. The work is impeccable with high quality and also reasonable priced. We at Sousa's garage doors just had FastSigns build & install 2 11'x4' signs on our building & all in approx. a weeks time. We did get 3 bids & even though FastSigns were a bit more expensive then the other 2, we decided to go with them. We primarily went with FastSigns because communication & response times were amazing vs the other 2 companies. We based our decision on the time it took to get quotes from all 3, we figured if they took a long time to provide a quote, then how long would it take to actually finish the job. Also, I want to give a "pat on the back" for the FastSigns office on Bascom in SJ & especially Jacqui & her manager who's name I can't remember at the moment (sorry). Great Job... read more
