We had done one project with them in 2024. We found them to be a bit disorganized, but okay to deal with. This year I contacted them for a few projects. We scheduled a site visit. The gentleman who came seemed great, but he didn't send me a quote. One week later, I hadn't heard anything from them. After calling to ask if I could get my quote, the Owner (I believe) told me that they may "take a pass," on our projects. When I asked why, she said they "do this all of the time." She sent a follow-up email blaming it on their schedule and workload, but I had not even given them a delivery schedule. It was a super disappopinting experience. My advice - if you plan on getting a quote from them for a commercial project, get quotes from competitors as well. Be aware that this company evidently chooses to "take a pass" on projects often. read more

Recently my vintage Neon sign stopped working. The on/off pull switch chain broke. I searched for a local repair place, and came across Sam's Signs. I emailed them with some questions, and they replied very quickly. I brought the sign into them for a look. They said it would be a couple of days to hear back with an estimate. About a week later I was provided an estimate. It was higher than I anticipated, however the transformer and some support brackets needed replacement. I would say I'm a little torn. The customer service is good. The people I've known for a long time but like everything prices get outrageous. I had requested a particular sticker to be made. I was quoted $350. And I was like that's crazy so then they're like OK. Well we can come down $100 if that helps and I'm like that's still crazy for what I'm asking for but the fact that they're willing to come down $100 also worries me like I feel like I've been overcharged maybe a few other times that I've made custom purchases at this location so my only concerning would be is if they're overcharging people too often the other issue that I had is that I was told that things would be ready in a certain timely fashion, and they were not done at that time I had to call and follow up two days later after the schedule date that it was supposed to be ready just to find out whether or not they are ready for pick up or not which of course they were. They just didn't contact me. So I would say maybe in the future I would certainly be cautious. read more

The average was around $450. The I asked Sam's Signs and the guy told me, after receiving pictures of my new car, that they couldn't match the price that he recently finished the same car for $1250 but added a discount of $200 making the final total $1050! To be honest if I had not asked for quotes I would have thought that practical but the quote was so far off what everyone else offered that it absurd.
