The windshield was cracked for about one foot long without any sign of hitting. So I reached out to the technician and he said it wasn't under any warranty unless it was due to workmanship or water leaking. At first, it sounded like they were not behind their product. So I said the windshield was faulty and cracked inside the car. However, he still didn't understand my point but keeping telling me that it wasn't covered if it was impacted by something like a rock. So I felt like I needed to talk to the manager and address my concerns. In addition, I requested a different brand in case they needed to replace it. After the appointment was set, the windshield had a couple more cracks just like the one before. So without a doubt, the shop had no problem to replace it at no cost. They also apologized that was the first time they had this faulty windshield. At the end, I am still thankful to find them. I'd definitely have given them 5 stars if they would have listened to me before making all sorts of assessment.

Friendly, professional, and truly focused on quality. They told me to leave my windows up for 3-5 days and not to park it in the garage so the bubbles will flatten out. I didn't see any bubbles....I'm very happy with the results and would recommend them. Leaving 4 stars for now. I'll check back in one month to let you know if it was worth it. Update as of 5/15/26: Bumping this up to 5 stars. We're just about at the 30‑day mark (5/17), and I said I'd report back on whether Jet Black was worth it--so here I am. Today was a bit warm, so I decided to really test the heat‑resistant tint. I left the windows up while the car was parked, and I have to say, it works. Also, if you drive a stick shift, congratulations-you're now part of the service. They can't move your car, so you'll be sticking around longer than expected. And just when you think you're done, you're not. I had to come back because they couldn't figure out how to remove the rear third brake light. It wasn't exactly hidden treasure-in fact, it was pretty straightforward-but still something that should probably be in their skill set. To top it off, the job left a mess behind. Yes, my headliner is sagging, but a quick vacuum of the debris created during the work would've been the bare minimum. And look, I get it-slow days happen. But sleeping when a customer walks in? They wanted double that amount. I've brought two vehicles to this shop and each time they didn't disappoint. What's more is that I returned a week later concerned that I saw a few tiny bubbles in the tint. And although I was reassured that they would go away in a few weeks they went ahead and replaced the tint for free - no fuss, no hassle! The shop is easy to miss off of International Blvd. Make sure you drive your car to the rear of the building. I think they keep their front door locked during business hours for safety reasons. They have a photo album of previous work and a pallet that displays tint options. Bring something to read while you're waiting or go to the cafe across the street. The cafe is apart of a community food court. There's also a delicious Filipino eatery inside (Thank-Que Grill). The lumpia is bomb and the owner is super friendly!

I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation. Before he even gave me a quote, he carefully inspected the car for any paint flaws and actually pointed out some imperfections I didn't even realize were there. A couple days later and my beater/go kart i3 has a beautiful roof again that should last years to come while getting beat down by UV outside. Folks with BMWs that have carbon fiber roofs (i3, m3, m4) may see this happen in 7-8 years if the car sees a lot of sun. It's a common problem where the epoxy coating layer starts to delaminate from the CF. It's further expedited with moisture (rain and sun cycles). Getting the roof prepped then PPF'ed with the right material restores the aesthetic of the car and protects it from recurring. I'm happy with the work and will keep AV in mind for any future wrap needs I may have.
