I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation. Before he even gave me a quote, he carefully inspected the car for any paint flaws and actually pointed out some imperfections I didn't even realize were there. Instead of just wrapping over them, he took the time to correct as much as he could before starting the PPF install. The quality of the work is top-tier. The PPF looks clean and precise, the ceramic coating has made cleaning the car ridiculously easy (water just slides right off), and the ceramic tint was done perfectly. Armando is real, transparent, and super easy to talk to. No pressure, no sales gimmicks, just honest advice and quality work. If you're thinking about getting PPF or tint, do yourself a favor and talk to Armando first. Can't recommend him and ProTek enough.

I asked for a full refund since I had to replace the back windshield because of the damage from him only taking ONE layer of the tint off. I also found more bubbles, lint and the edges are not correct on the windows he did do. Added the window to show replacement. Tried to call but voicemail was full. Requested a quote through yelp and no response. Called later that day and it went to VM but he called back in 10 minutes. I archived the yelp quote request. Set up an appointment for Monday, he said to drop the car off at 9:30 but we had to wait for him to show up. We then left and came back at 10:45 and he still wasn't there. I looked on his hours and it said he's closed on Mondays. I tried to call twice and no answer/VM or call back. Tuesday morning he texts and ask if I'm the person with the car make. He said he had issues with his phone. Tried to set up another appointment but he was "busy" with three other appointments. He then sent me a link to schedule the appointment and pay a non refundable deposit. We went down there to talk to him because I wasn't going to pay him a deposit at this point. He then told us to come back at 11:30 and he could have it done by the evening at 7:30. Went back at 11:30 and he wasn't there again but showed up 5 minutes later. We were having him remove tint from the side and back windows and reinstall a ceramic tint on all. He calls in the afternoon and states for the back window he only pulled off the 1st layer of tint as there are two layers. He said the "glue" was too thick which made it come off that way. A quick google search shows this is a lie and he rushed the removal and left the inner layer on the window. He then told us he could use a razor blade to remove this layer but this would damage the defrosters lines making them unusable. Another search showed if you damage defroster lines the only way to fix this is to replace the whole back window. We told him no, just leave it as that is a safety hazard. At 7:30 he texted he needed more time and finally at 8pm the drive and passenger windows were tinted and the back window had the colored tint layer removed. When we picked up the car, he said he could try to remove that layer the next day on Wednesday with ammonia and a bag. He told us to come at 12:00pm. Again he wasn't there and didn't answer his phone again. Waited until 12:30 and left and went to another shop. Abraham then calls me at 1:40 when my appointment was at 12 with the same excuse of his phone being broken. He had two different phone numbers for us and used both to contact us but couldn't call or pick up. At the other shop we found out that the back window is ruined. It's basically not worth the time or cost to remove the layer he left. He should have stopped when the 1st layer started to come off and use more steam or liquid to get both layers off at the same time. Also, found out the ceramic tint I asked for was not installed as he told me he installed. Instead of ceramic tint being installed he used regular tint. Now I have to replace my back window because of his mistake. We gave him more than one chance as he is a new business and we should have ran when the first red flag popped up. DO NOT GO TO THIS BUSINESS. Do not pay the deposit He may have cheap prices but you get what you pay for in product and customer service. A couple days later and my beater/go kart i3 has a beautiful roof again that should last years to come while getting beat down by UV outside. Folks with BMWs that have carbon fiber roofs (i3, m3, m4) may see this happen in 7-8 years if the car sees a lot of sun. It's a common problem where the epoxy coating layer starts to delaminate from the CF. It's further expedited with moisture (rain and sun cycles). Getting the roof prepped then PPF'ed with the right material restores the aesthetic of the car and protects it from recurring. I'm happy with the work and will keep AV in mind for any future wrap needs I may have.
