The windshield was cracked for about one foot long without any sign of hitting. So I reached out to the technician and he said it wasn't under any warranty unless it was due to workmanship or water leaking. At first, it sounded like they were not behind their product. So I said the windshield was faulty and cracked inside the car. However, he still didn't understand my point but keeping telling me that it wasn't covered if it was impacted by something like a rock. So I felt like I needed to talk to the manager and address my concerns. In addition, I requested a different brand in case they needed to replace it. After the appointment was set, the windshield had a couple more cracks just like the one before. So without a doubt, the shop had no problem to replace it at no cost. They also apologized that was the first time they had this faulty windshield. At the end, I am still thankful to find them. I'd definitely have given them 5 stars if they would have listened to me before making all sorts of assessment.

Instead of honoring what I was told, another employee immediately started making excuses. She claimed the tint on my door was peeling because of my seat belt or my keys, and the tint on the back window was peeling because of the heat. Last time I checked, tint is supposed to withstand normal use and hot weather. If it can't handle a seat belt or summer temperatures, that's a workmanship issue--not a customer issue. She called the installer while I was standing there, and after being told he would fix it, they suddenly changed their story and decided they weren't going to honor their work because they somehow claimed it was my fault. The worst part wasn't even the peeling tint--it was the complete lack of accountability. They were quick to make excuses, refused to stand behind their work, and wasted my time by having me come in for an appointment they had no intention of honoring. If a business can't stand behind its own workmanship and treats customers this way, I can't recommend them to anyone.

I brought my car in for PPF, ceramic coating, and ceramic window tint. What stood out right away was how thorough Armando was during the initial consultation.
