These guys do a great job! This is the third vehicle I have had windows tinted here. A GTI (see pic on Yelp!), an F250 and this F150 Lightning. Set up a late appointment within a day of calling. Had the two windows up front matched to the tinting (50% Ford) in the rear. All of 30 minutes or so was the wait. And the price? Can't beat them. Friendly quality service from these guys. Found this gem on Yelp. Got my car windows tinted a couple of weeks ago and its been awesome. The owner is very nice and talks you through the process. You schedule an appointment to come. Park in the front and they will take it up stairs to put the tint on. Its can take anywhere from 2-3 hours but there are stores and shops you can go too while you wait. I stopped by Window Tinting A Plus around a month ago to get a side window tinted, the old brow removed from my windshield, a 70% windshield tint, and a new brow to be placed on top of the windshield tint. The estimate for the job was around two hours, and it was very accurate. I sat in the lobby to get some work done and right at the two hour mark, my car was ready. It's been some time now so I've been able to let the windows cure and they generally look pretty good -- there are no air bubbles or dust particles anywhere. The only issue I had with my tint was with the front visor strip. The piece was hand cut and there are obviously imperfections in the tinting (i.e. jagged edges and the curve is slightly off). It's not noticeable if you're 10 feet away, but if you're looking at it closely and you are a perfectionist, this will definitely bother you. They offer 3M IR ceramic tint at this shop but expect to pay a premium for it as opposed to normal non-ceramic tint. Overall, I was pretty satisfied with the tint job. Pricing is on par with other "high-end" tint shops in the Bay. read more

I found Hector by messaging various places on yelp to tint my car. Hector was quick to reply and sent me a link with their proposal which included 3 types of 3m film and also Johnson film along with a short description of what each film is good at. I chose to go in on a Saturday and they had my car done in an hour. I did 3m Ceramic IR on the side windows and 3m Crystalline on the back because they didn't care large rolls of Ceramic. Overall I think they did a good job. All the side windows look perfect. The back window has one crease and a couple parts where they cut incorrectly so there is a tiny bit not tinted. Not the biggest deal but my last car I had tinted at another shop and they did it perfectly so I know it is possible, albeit hard. They purposely left the 3m logo on the side windows (they said they did on the back too but I still can't find it) so I know the different films they used. My reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: - back window not has a crease - they bent the ribbon for defrost on back window -- hopefully it still works but they agreed to take responsibility if it is broken - they left some of the film backing in the car -- again, not a big deal but worth noting. I will be back with my next car because they were friendly and their prices are great. They aren't perfect, but I think it is worth it for their price. read more

This is the fourth car that Hector and the crew have tinted. Only this time, I also had Paint Protection installed. I wish that my other 3 cars had Paint Protection installed by this team. And after the job is done, Hector gives you detailed instructions on how long to wait before using windows (reminder tape on switches) and making sure you park the car in the sunlight to expedite the curing process for the paint protection film. And I told myself I'll let it go now a few years gone by and the back window looks terrible like I went to a cheap company! When I payed over $300 . I use to brag about this company I also referred a friend with a AMG coupe togo there and got charged a cheaper price for all 6 windows so I'm very much confused on how you guys are charging your customers. When I called back a few months ago about the issue the lady that answered the phone said I needed to bring the original receipt back in from 2019! So I brought the original copy in for her just to go upstairs and talk to management to come down and say well " we can take it off for free but it's going to cost you $180 for the back tint "!!! Just an awesome experience! This is my 2nd car tinted and 1st time with Window Tinting A Plus and won't be my last. I knew tinting the Model 3 was going to be bit more challenging than my Model Y because of the large rear window that extends up to the middle of the roofline and thus, more expensive because I wanted it single piece to the roofline. I got several quotes for 3M Ceramic IR and they were the most competitive. Competitive quotes don't mean much if the shop does a shitty job but after speaking with Hector and Sarah, they put my mind at ease with their professionalism and knowledge of this craft. They got me in within a week and the whole job took only 2.5 hours! When I picked it up, I just gawked, they did an awesome job. I didn't find any bubbles or specks of dust and....they shaved down the edges of the tint to blend in seamless with the frameless windows! With the competitive quote I got, I didn't think they were going to do that and it makes a difference with the frameless windows. I did my Y somewhere else last year and, while they also did a fine job, they used laser cut tint and you can see about 2-3 mm of no tint from the edge of the window. The job Window Tinting A+ did on my 3 looks factory. Super professional, nice and just overall, great vibes from this place.
