As a former automotive business owner and Master Technician, I feel like I know a good one when I experience it. Jim is an expert at his craft, gives honest pricing, and is a good communicator. He also uses quality products as the tint on my Golf R has held up very well. My Audi RS3 looks amazing now, the tint has upgraded the look, cools the cabin, and offers privacy. Jim has done my cars tint for over 10 years. He wrapped my BMW then recently a new Acura. His attention to detail is evident in the final product. For my last job he de-badged the car and his process was impeccable. He is timely, professional and reasonably priced. A rare thing to have all three. He will also help you find the right shade by putting samples up to dial in the right percentage for your project. Flawless work. Highly recommend. read more

Such a great experience. Love my window tint at a great price. Had me in and out in no time.

Jim has been in business for over 3 decades. I have gotten tint from him 3x and referred him countless times. He's the best in the business and the value and product speak for themselves. My passenger side window was bipods and the tint kept it from breaking. The mechanic had to smash the busted window into smaller pieces to fit the trash can and he said it took forever because the tint film Jim uses is THAT strong. read more

Great work on the tints for our VW Taos! Jim took the time to walk me through the different tint levels to help me choose the best all-around match. I was on a tight schedule, and he was able to accommodate without any hassle. No BS--he knows exactly what he's doing. read more

I've had multiple cars tinted by Jim over at Professional Film Installations over the years and have nothing to say but positive things. Jim is very experienced with his craft and does a great job showing you all your options when it comes to tinting. Before you leave your car with him, Jim will put some samples on your car window just so you can confirm the level of tinting you want on your vehicle. Jim provides accurate estimates in terms of pricing, as well as how long it will take to get your vehicle tinted. Jim is a true professional and an expert craftsman. Jim installed tinting in my Audi A4 sedan this week and I am super happy with his work. My car looks more freaking awesome now; it's more sporty, has more privacy, UV protection and looks just as amazing as I had imagined it. I say craftsman because every aspect of my experience with Jim felt more like I was working with an artist, and not an "installer", if you know what I mean. I felt like he really cared about his work and delivering what I wanted. As an example I met Jim at his Garage and he started out by asking me why I wanted tinting and what I was looking for. This was amazing because it made me have to put into words what I envisioned. Then based on what I described, he put three tint samples on each window so I could see what different percentages of light transmission looked like. Understand that he put the samples on the drivers side and the passengers side so that I could see through both windows, against the white backdrop of his garage door, and really get a good sense of what each would look like. Got my car back same day. Couldn't be more pleased with the outcome. If you're looking for top quality window tinting, Jim is your guy. read more

This is the second time that I have my new car's windows tinted with Jim. The quality of his work is second-to-none. He is very thorough when he explains your options. He sets samples on your car's windows so you can get a solid idea of what it will look like. I had my previous car for 11 years after I had my windows tinted here. They still looked perfect when I sold it. The quality of the materials is great! Also, his prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend getting your car's windows tinted with Jim. Jim does great work at a great price. He might come off a little grumpy at first, but from what I saw, he cares about his clients and what he does. He put samples on my windows, advised me on what to look for, had me look at the options from different places, and told me the pros & cons of each. I had to ask for a written estimate, but he wrote one without hesitation. The install took a little longer than I was told verbally, but I appreciate that he didn't rush the job. I drove off happy with the service and product he provided, and so will you. read more

Jim is a pro. I left a message on his voicemail before business hours and he called me back immediately, scheduled an appointment the same week, and gave me an estimate over the phone. He gave me a consultation when I arrived, using different samples of different levels of darkness stuck to the window to find the right fit. He delivered the job on time and it looks absolutely stellar. See the included pictures. I've had 4 cars tinted in the past, and Jim's work is among the best. Factory grade outcome. First time getting windows on my car tinted--had a great experience and film is holding up well, would come back again

Jim offered outstanding service at a terrific price for my car. I met several other window tint specialists, but only Jim took the time to listen to my needs, teach me about different windows tint options and products and to try out different styles and tint levels to ensure that I got the exact look I wanted for my car. Six months later there are no bubbles, streaks or issues of any kind with the install. It's absolutely perfect. read more

I read all the positive ratings here on Yelp when I was searching for a place to have my 2020 Toyota Camry car done. I called Jim and we set up an appointment. Jim greeted me and then we discussed what I wanted. He put samples of the different choices, one at a time, on the interior glass. This gave you a good idea of what the final result would look like. Then Jim told me the price. I accepted this quote and I left my car there. It took him all day and into the evening. When I picked up my car after 8pm (summer so still daylight) I was thrilled out the result. I took a two hour drive the next day in a very hot Sun and my car was cooler than normal! I don't know why I didn't do this sooner! Jim is the Best! I highly recommend this business. read more

Quality service from a professional. Jim is experienced and knows his work. If I had to get another car tinted it would be here.

I've done 3 cars here 2016/2021 tacoma and 2018 camaro ss all came out perfectly. I'm unsure of the brand tint he uses but it held up and the work is spot on ZERO complaints. As for the price its more than fair not outrageous. Had a car tinted by Jim recently and the work he did was remarkable. Setting up an appointment was seamless as I just called the listed number, told him the work I needed done, and what day would work best for me to take the car in. Jim also provided a rough estimate of the job I had requested through the phone and when I picked up the car I dropped off, it was the same price he gave me through the phone so big props to him for not doing any unsolicited work and charging more for it later. I dropped off the car at 8:30am and got it back the same day which was great. With that in mind, I will be taking any car in need of tinting straight to Jim because of his diligence and integrity to perform an excellent job. read more
