Professional Window Tinting did an amazing job on two of our company vehicles. We needed the tinting done on short notice, and Jose went above and beyond to fit us into the schedule and get everything completed quickly. The quality of the work was excellent--clean installation, great attention to detail, and both vehicles look fantastic. Jose was professional, friendly, and made the entire process easy. Highly recommend Professional Window Tinting for anyone looking for quality work and outstanding customer service! read more

Called on a Friday just as they were about to close and spoke with Jose who I believe is the owner. Got an appointment scheduled for some tinting easily and came in the following Saturday at 11am. Super friendly, communicative, and great pricing on some ceramic tint. Highly recommend! read more

I've been looking for a solid tint shop for a while and the Yelp reviews definitely pointed me in the right direction. This place is right across from In-N-Out, which made it easy to spot. I called earlier this morning and Ulises gave me a quote on the spot. Our 2025 Honda Pilot already has the factory tint in the rear, and he walked me through what options would help match the driver and passenger windows. Super clear and honest explanation. When I arrived, Ulises greeted me right away and his team seemed friendly and focused on their work. The waiting area was comfortable and I just relaxed and watched the movie Friday while everything was getting done. Really impressed with the quality. What stood out the most was he actually recommended the more affordable option since I didn't want to do the entire vehicle. No pressure to get the most expensive option, just laid out all the choices and let me pick what made sense for our Honda Pilot. Easy recommendation if you're looking to tint your vehicle. read more

My previous wrap was done by someone else and had may problems. I wish I had found PWT a long time ago. They fixed all of my issues and even removed my badly sun-damaged hood wrap without chipping any paint. Other shops quoted me twice as much!! Rewrapped, blacked out all the chrome, and tinted my windows. Couldnt be happier with the results. Thank you Ulises and Jose!! read more

I am super pleased with the service I received. I ended up going with ceramic tint, which blocks out most UV rays. I have eye problems and this tint has allowed me to skip wearing sunglasses so that I can continue wearing my actual specialized eyeglasses. Def worth the investment. It was easy to get an appointment & the job was done in a day. Thanks PWT!! read more

I got a new car and wasn't comfortable with how light the tint on it was so I got a quotation via yelp for service options. Getting an appointment was easy and they were able to accommodate me early on the day I needed it done. I arrived to my appointment on time and they gave me a reasonable time frame of 2-3 hours and texted me 20 minutes before they were near completion so I could head back to the shop. This was very helpful since I was running errands and running around via uber/lyft during the timeframe. I got a lot done and then came back to my car looking amazing! Thanks! read more

I requested a quote for 3M Ceramic IR on all windows except the windshield, per California law, through Yelp one afternoon and just 5 minutes later, I received a response from Ulises M. noting that it would be $580 and take around 2-3 hours. They were not the absolute lowest quote in the area, but they had an opening for later that week and a lot of really great reviews. Ulises asked for my name and phone number to confirm, and I received text alerts with more appointment information that I really appreciated. The day of, I drove over and spoke with Jose Mendoza who was actually handling the appointment. He walked me through the various tint levels and had me fill out a lifetime warranty form with 3M. I was on my way in a few minutes and just two hours later, received a call telling me my car was done. When I came to pick it up, it looked great. Jose made sure to tell me to avoid moisture for the next 3-5 days and to also know that I could come back if I encountered any bubbling, etc. It's about a week after that appointment and it still looks amazing. I'm really pleased with the work they did and would come back in the future. One thing to note is that there is a charge for using credit card. read more

I requested a windshield strip tint, and they forgot to perform it. They wanted me to come back another time, which I didn't have time for. However, they also didn't want to process a return because it was a part of the package. The rest of the tints was good, but were just unwilling to correct the mistake they made, even though we had agreed to the services requested. read more

I have requested a quote for my 2020 Honda Accord and they are quick with replying on Yelp. I decided to make an appointment. The representative explained the types of tint they provided and quickly scheduled an appointment that fit my schedule. The day of the appointment, the representative (I think Jose Mendoza?) checked me in quickly and went over the percentages for tint. Gave me excellent recommendations depending what I was looking for. It took 2 hours to completely. Once finished, I was 100% satisfied with the service and how friendly they are! Plus, it was very affordable for my 2 passenger windows and windshield. Even if you are unsure of what to get, they will help you decide what's the best fit for you. read more

I came here to get a car alarm installed. Jose, who was handling this for me, was great!!! Good work and good prices. Ulises stands by his work and did a great job on my windows. Once you make an appointment you receive text msg confirming your appointment and reminding you of the time I dropped off my car at 930 am, he told me the car would be ready around noon and sure enough it was. There are several different payment methods available, you can pay with Venmo, debit/credit card ect Private parking lot, clean and seems safe We were lucky enough to be there when the Churro food truck was there. read more

Dear Ulises, Thanks for getting back to me about my previous feedback. I wanted to clarify a few things based on the information you provided. First off, I want to make it clear that I'm not mistaken about the window tinting service I got from your shop. I have solid evidence, like a receipt and photos, that show I had my brand-new 2023 Honda tinted at your place. I stand by my review and still believe there were damages caused during the tinting process. You mentioned the Film Design Pattern software, but I have to say it wasn't available for my car at the time of the service. Even though you might have started using it later on, the use of blades during the tinting was noticeable during my visit. I would like to also add that the person that performed the window tint on my vehicle was you, Ulises. So, I'm not surprised that you might not remember any damages caused during the work. I understand that you want to maintain a commitment to great service, and I hope that using blades was just an oversight. But it's essential to address any issues, even accidental ones, to keep your customers happy and maintain a good reputation. You invited me to provide more details like my invoice number and appointment date to verify my claim. I get that, but I've attached the receipt and pictures below to support my case. I want you to know that I shared my feedback not to harm your reputation, but to let you know about a problem I experienced. I believe in honest communication, and I hope we can talk openly to resolve this fairly and promptly. I'm looking forward to discussing this further with you and finding a solution that works for both of us. And just to be clear, my review is not fake, and I stand by it because it's based on my actual experience with the tinting service for my car at your shop. Thanks, Geeky read more

Not an honest company, if no issue, they may be 5 star, but when come down to issue, they find every execute to reject ( even their mistake). my family brought over Tesla Y , because 4.8 stars review, even their price is high compare to other 3 quote, but we are assuming skill is good, so he drove 40min to deliver vehicle and uber back home. it took longer then their promised time (2 day more). finally they call him is ready, and he took uber to store and drove it back home, found out sun visor not attached , call store, they want him to bring back , but due to 40 min drive, beside no time to do so, so we ask for refund, they claimed, this is freebee , after negotiate they agreed to $40 refund, but until this post, it never happen. They may be good on skill or when no issue at all, but definitely not the price , nor the honesty, when their mistake happen. I had different store tint my last 10 vehicle, but when issue, they always willing to help, specially their mistake. I would not recommend to this company to anyone. read more

The initial work I got done with them was just three window tint on my Durango a couple years ago. I was working with a specific budget and they didn't try to upsell me on anything crazy and made sure to educate me on the pros and cons of certain products. They did an amazing job and knocked it out in a couple of hours for me even though it was a last minute job. Fast forward a couple years my wife gets a Model Y and unfortunately our availability didn't match up and I end up going to a cheaper place that can get it done. Instant regret, they cheaper place leaves me with dirt embedded in the tint and wavy film. That Model Y gets totaled and we were able to pick another one up just last month. I contacted them via instagram/ text message and they take care of us! Again they inform me of differences between products but aren't pushy towards the more premium film. They are easy to deal with and price their work competitively for their quality of work. As far as vehicle tint goes I won't go anywhere else and will continue to recommend them. read more

This guy really trying to spin it around and try to defend his $hitty work. You did a crap install and ceramic coat! Do not trust this shop. They will mess your car up. Time to expose these frauds. I did not give consent for them to post my car. It's clearly showing my back paper plates with "ceramic pro coating" tag. When they gave me the warranty card it says r1 coating. I want to start by giving a big shoutout to Ulises at PWT (Professional Window Tinting and Car Alarm). In my opinion, they are genuine, honest, and offer fair pricing. Recently, I had some work done and I'm beyond satisfied with the results. From the start the experience was exceptional Last year, during a heatwave, my back window tint bubbled up, and my driver's side door weather stripping expanded, causing me some serious frustration with my driver-side door . On top of that, my alarm remote start took a dive into a cup of coffee years ago leaving me to rely on a backup clicker that was on its last legs. After weeks of searching, I finally reached out to PWT and spoke with Ulises. He was super friendly and knowledgeable, giving me some insight into re-tinting my windows and assessing the issues with my alarm system and door. His optimism about fixing everything had me hopeful so I swung by during my lunch for a quick consultation. Ulises took the time to understand my needs and preferences during our consultation. He recommended the best tinting options and explained the different materials available. He even laid out two scenarios for the alarm system and promised to do his best for the door. So making an appointment for Saturday morning felt like the best thing to do. By the way, Ulises seemed very trustworthy. When I dropped off my vehicle that Saturday, I also provided some door clips from Amazon and asked if the team could give them a try. I told Ulises to keep the car for as long as they needed. Around 3:30 pm, I got the call to pick up my car, and let me tell you, I was soo happy with the results. Ulises and his team managed to fix all the issues at once, including the alarm, so now I've got my remote start back--yay! I can't praise the professionalism and efficiency of the entire PWT team enough. They got the job done quickly and their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction should be recognized. In conclusion, I highly recommend PWT with their quality work , excellent customer service, and competitive pricing. I will definitely be doing more business in the future . read more
