The customer service was just as impressive; I was supposed to pick up my car at 4 PM. Although it took a bit longer than expected (I was supposed to pick up my car at 4 PM, but it was 5 PM). Friendly, professional, and truly focused on quality. They told me to leave my windows up for 3-5 days and not to park it in the garage so the bubbles will flatten out. I didn't see any bubbles....I'm very happy with the results and would recommend them. Leaving 4 stars for now. I'll check back in one month to let you know if it was worth it. Update as of 5/15/26: Bumping this up to 5 stars. We're just about at the 30‑day mark (5/17), and I said I'd report back on whether Jet Black was worth it--so here I am. Today was a bit warm, so I decided to really test the heat‑resistant tint. I left the windows up while the car was parked, and I have to say, it works. Normally, I'd need the air‑conditioner, but the inside of the car wasn't hot at all. And I stay hot. So, was Jet Black worth it? Absolutely. Thank you, Jet Black - The job was well worth it!!

I was told there would be no problem and was even told that I could go ahead and schedule an appointment. However, when I called today to book the appointment, they told me my car doesn't qualify. Is it because my car's windows are too small? Or is it because my car is too expensive, and they don't think it's suitable for such a low-cost window tint? I honestly don't understand. They couldn't give me a proper explanation--they just kept saying that my car doesn't qualify for the $99 promotion.

Now it's a fun orange and looks like a brand new car! Jesus was awesome from start to finish. He guided me in picking out a wrap. He also helped figure out other details, like blacking-out the vents and rear logo, and applying decals, to create a cohesive overall look. This was my first time getting a car wrapped, so I was nervous about the process. But Jesus gave me confidence, and I'm really happy with the outcome. Wrapping is not as flawless or flexible as a full paint job - you can see wrap seams when looking closely at the corners, and you can't always get exactly the color you want. But it was certainly much cheaper and faster than painting, and still looks awesome.
