I called for a quote on a ceramic coating. Though all other businesses have given me a quote, Armando said I had to bring it in for a quote. That's a time investment that I didn't want to make without a ballpark figure. Armando said he has to first to assess for the paint quality and wear. I told him it's a brand new car and I could tell him the make, model, and paint color. He said that the dealer may have repainted one of the doors or something. I tell him that it hasn't been repainted and he replies, "oh, so you've tested your paint then?" I ask him for a quote assuming it hasn't been repainted. He replies "are you on a budget?" I say yes and he replies "then our shop probably isn't for you." All of this was said in a tone that sounded pretty dismissive to me. I recently sold a car that i had bought used and found it had been PPFed. What a great deal that is. Now on my new car, I had to get it PPfed too. My search for the best quickly took me to Armando. He had me bring it in where he spent some time checking the paint and explaining the different processes he used, and how they do it all by hand and don't use templates. Even though he gave me a "new customer" discount, it still was very expensive. I compared prices and reviews and decided Armando was worth the money, and had him do my new car. They do a complete deal there. removing badges and accessories so the wrap can go under the items... He removed and replaced a big badge on the back and the ppf is seamless. One thing i told Armando i needed, was the ability to wash my car as much as I wanted and still have it look new and unblemished, no swirls or scratches from washing. The car is deep black and I have washed it about 6 times so far and it looks NEW. It doesn't get as dirty as most dust doesn't stick to the ceramic coating (which he applied OVER the PPF!). I use a air dryer and the water just sheets off. My previous car had been done with templates where the wrap goes almost to the edge and stops. Armando takes it off a big roll and hand cuts it to fit and wrap around all edges so you can't even see it is wrapped. Very happy with Armando and his work, recommended! read more

I was introduced to Armando from an installer who works for a buddy of mine at a P&S cars and coffee event last year. My buddy's detail shop is too far from me so i was looking for someone local where i can take my car to since there are not many trustworthy detail shops who do a great job in the area. At the time, Armando was very welcoming, knowledgeable and offered for me to go to his shop at his off hour to check out his work. Though i did not have a chance to check out their work after the event, i decided to follow their social media account on Instagram which they educate their viewers updated projects and also some of the flaws that come to play when coating a car. Fast forward a year later i decided to call Armando after acquiring my 4Runner TRD Pro from my trip in Texas. One of the things i wanted to get done to the car as soon as i got to California was ceramic coating so i gave Armando a call. Armando was very easy to talk to just like the first time i met him and suggested a few types of coating for my vehicle. I ended up going with the Gtechnique 5 year coating. When i got to the shop, Edwin was very welcoming and best of all was excited to work on my car. It's hard to see many people being exited to work on my car however after seeing that, i knew my car was in good hands. He also explained the process on what goes on with ceramic coating the car as well. Although the car was new, there was some micro marring on the paint which may have been caused from the dealership washing my car which Armando had called me to keep me informed. I also opted to have my wheels ceramic coated while the car was there. For the wheels, a marine ceramic coat was applied for longetivity of the coating due to brake dust. Looking at my invoice Armando and Edwin performed a paint prep which included numerous processes such as an exterior detail, clay bar, decontamination, paint polish etc. prior to applying the coating. The end result from the prep and coating was flawless. I couldn't be more happier with the outcome.
