Wow! This was my first time getting my car detailed since I purchased in 2017. It was long over due so I took time to compare and research companies. They were very communicative and detailed, showed up on time; and excellent customer service. The price was a bit higher comparatively but I've had friends get quoted from other places and once they show up they state they need to pay more. This is why i appreciated Elyon asking for photos ahead of time so they could accurately quote me and not surcharge day of service. What they quote is what you pay! I paid for an interior only service and will definitely book them again in the future and recommend to my friends and family in the area! 10/10 and so worth it!! Called and texted on a Friday. Didn't get a response until Saturday. Asked for the Prince Elite package. I have a smaller 2-door coupe and the sedan price is $300 on their website. Martha immediately tried to rip me off and quoted $330 without any reasonable justification. They said it is because I have a "dark interior" and the "condition" of the car, it is an extra $65 but willing to "discount $35". Pics attached. Sorry, won't be doing business with greedy people who lack integrity. Edit: I will not be removing this review. Everything I said in here is 100% factual and future customers should be warned. I was quoted a price higher than what is listed in your website. Is it because I drive a BMW? Is it because my car is excessively dirty? The pictures say otherwise. Everything was an absolute BREEZE, from requesting services, sending a couple pictures, getting an estimate, and then getting service the very next day. I haven't cleaned my car since 2018, 2 babies from newborn to 5 and 2 now. There were unidentifiable spills under all the seats and crumbs from a thousand snacks and meals wedged in every nook and cranny. Ervin did a phenomenal job on my vehicle and made it look brand new. We have kids and a dog and you wouldn't be able to tell by the way he cleaned the interior. Highly recommended!! This was my first-ever auto detailing experience and I am IMPRESSED. We've used this car for 6 years of messy outdoors/camping/roadtrip/festival experiences and after a chocolate milkshake spill and a break-in, I decided it was finally time to explore this mysterious world of auto detailing. Martha was very fast and easy to communicate with via text, and Marco arrived close to the start of the arrival time window. He was kind, professional, and made the interior of our car look like new again!! I didn't even know that was possible! Martha quoted me $280 for a complete interior detail of our Subaru Forester, and that is what it ended up costing, which was a little bit more than what others had quoted me, but I decided to go with Elton because of the overwhelming positive reviews and Martha's stellar and clear communication. I was in need of sanitizing a car that was quite disgusting. I looked and messaged around and found this place reasonable and the cleaning options that I thought would suit my needs. Reached out the via Yelp messaging and had a quick response by Martha(owner) who was helpful. I only needed interior cleaning and she asked for pictures(won't help, it'll be worse in person) and gave me 2 options: Marquess and the Emperor packages. At first it seemed like she recommended the Marquess package but then later the emperor package(of course! Never fails!) Daniel came in the time slot scheduled and was friendly and professional. And of course, with my luck, Martha messages me that there is mold and will cost $100 more to take care of that. I personally didn't think it was but he wouldn't do anything unless I agreed to it. He did a great job and he actually took about 6 hours. With the amount of time and hard work he did you can't expect it to be brand new and get everything. So overall I am ok with the cleaning but there is still a odor that lingers. Even after the amount of febreeze and odor eliminators and air fresheners. So why the 3 stars? Well, after paying $380 there was the question about the mold and not completely satisfied AND right after the cleaning, I noticed that the signal lights acting up. When I signal right, the left blinkers would blink. I waited a day or 2 and it started working normally but now the high beams are not working and stays on when the engine is off but turns off after 5 min. AND then the air bag fault light comes on! Damn! I spoke to 2 mechanics and they both said when the cleaned the may have wet a module or something under the drivers side. I reached out to Martha and of course she would say that with all the years she had never experienced anything like this and there is no way it was from the cleaning. It's extremely hard for me to believe this, especially when working with steam and chemicals. I have yet to get it repaired. Had a great experience with Elyon! I chose the Marquess Package (interior deep cleaning) for my car. Martha, who is the main contact and coordinator for appointments, was super communicative and responsive. We worked out a day and 2 hour window during which my detailer would drive to and meet me at my location. The detailer has all of their equipment in their van, so do note that you'll need to have space for them next to or in front/back of where your vehicle is parked. Other than that though nothing needs to be provided, they bring everything they need with them! Marco was my assigned detailer, and he left everything spotless! Overall, everyone was super professional and kind, and I'm very pleased with the results. Would definitely recommend Elyon! read more

If I knew how good Marco and Frank were going to be, I would have taken a "before" picture so that you could see the difference between before and after. Mine was not a particularly dirty sedan, just hadn't been detailed in a while even though it got washed often. Marco and Frank took time upfront to ask us about the car, what we would like taken care of, any area of concerns we had. They stuck with the pricing, any additional work we asked them to do , the pricing was discussed upfront ... but all that aside....they did EXCELLENT work. They brought all their own supplies, we left them alone to do their best work and a couple of hours later, voila... lovely beautiful sedan in and out .. very thorough work. I needed my new car waxed. I didn't want the ceramic treatment. I requested a quote from different detailers . The majority of them seemed to be bent on selling me the ceramic treatment. Others were prices somewhat expensive . Elyon provided me with the most reasonable price. I agreed to have them provide me service. They are mobile and come to your house. The workman Ervin did the work. He was professional and thorough and he did an excellent job. I was somewhat surprised because of the price I thought that their work might be shoddy, but that's not the case. The finished product exceeded my expectations. Upon arrival, Marco had absolutely everything he needed in his van to completely and comprehensively detail my car. He wore protective gear the whole time, and was extremely thorough. Man, they knocked it put of the park! This may not be the case all of the time but I lucked out and got a same day appointment! Communication was excellent from the beginning to the end. Requested a quote this morning and Marco was able to come out a little later in the afternoon. I was impressed already. I have a Toyota 4Runner that I do take out in the mountains so it is dirty, extremely dirty. Inside and out. They made her look show floor ready in no time. Their unit is self contained so this was all done in my office parking lot. Convenient? Extremely I am very impressed with the work, quality, and price. I tried to get an an appointment for a month. I went back-and-forth with Martha, trying to share the proper information that was needed. I also requested to book via phone or text message, since emails can be missed, and that request was ignored. So many emails back and forth with so many questions. Eventually, I thought we had a date set, but I had missed one of her previous emails asking for our address. Instead of following up with me, she canceled the appointment and did not give me any notification that she did. I had cleared my schedule as well to make sure I was home with both cars. Eventually, after a couple more emails asking for a new appointment, she ghosted me. I even reached out to asked her if I offended her in anyway, and I received no response. I am not one to leave such a bad review for a company, especially a family-owned business, but this attempted booking process was pretty frustrating and the customer service was lacking. I highly recommend that this company finds a different way to book appointments, possibly through a booking application, so that the booking process for potential customers is not a negative one. read more

I can tell that Marco and Martha really care about their business and their attention to detail. This is the second time we used Elyon to clean our company vehicle. We used the Princess Package since we needed an inside-out clean and a new wax afterwards. The truck really needed a good wash after we took it to the mountains for over 100 miles of off road camping. There was lots of mud and dust building up from the weekend, so it needed some love. From the before/after pictures, you can see that Marco paid attention to the detail of our black vehicle and even gave it a second layer of wax on the hood. He did a thorough job through and through. After he left and I brought it into the sun, I noticed there was sections where he missed (windows, edges, and such), so I messaged Martha about it. She was super understanding about it and had Marco come back immediately to rectify the job.
