Could not have been happier with the job Walter did on my truck. Also was thrilled to see that he brought a mask and wore it along with gloves when detailing the inside of my vehicle. I was so impressed by Walter, his professionalism, his communication, and his thoroughness!! I messaged Walter through YELP late Friday night because I needed both my car and my husband's car cleaned. He messaged me back within 5-10 minutes (super-quick), provided me with details of what he offers (several different options), along with the pricing of each option. We chatted about what I was looking for and I decided to book him for our detailing needs. I provided my number and address in order to confirm his services, two days later!!! I was able to get both of our family cars detailed two days after reaching out to Walter. Walter did an excellent job! We chose an express interior and exterior for the sedan we own and full interior detail for the SUV we own. Both of the cars he was working with have not been washed for several months...and really never detailed. In addition, we have dogs-one of which sheds a tonnnn, meaning lots of dog hair, stains, etc. I wish I had before and after pictures to show how wonderful of a job Walter did. The stains were gone, dog hair was gone, the car was shiny, and it looked like a new car!! He worked diligently all day, took his time, and brought everything he needed to complete the job. He worked from 9am to about 3:45 pm. I made an appointment with Walter a week in advance and proceeded to send him my information per his request and didn't get confirmation from him. Mid week I reached out to him to confirm and he indicated that it was confirmed. At this point I should have known better. The day of my appointment he didn't show up at the time the I had scheduled, so I decided to call him. No answer.... I eventually got a text from him asking that I text him. I called This business this morning and got a spot due to a cancellation he had. He sent his brother Hamlet and a guy named Santos. They were punctual and stayed till they got the car in as perfect a condition that was humanly possible. The last detail job could not get a slime that my kid left in the door that melted into the handle. They even did that and extra touches like cleaning my dog barrier and netting. They were self sufficient, pleasant, trustworthy and did a better job than a brick and mortar business. Their pricing was also very good. All my neighbors came around to ask for their contact info as they could see the exceptional job. They got every stain out of my seats and boy I had a lot!
