Great communication and when Oscar arrived, he was like an old friend- Took time to explain a few things and helped answer a question that has been bugging my wife and I for a while. I recently discovered that a large hot-mulled-cider spill I thought was fully cleaned up had blossomed into extensive mold across the passenger floor carpet (hidden by the mats). Research brought up CGM (top reviews and eco-friendly). Oscar did an absolutely epic cleaning of my car, top to bottom, front to back, inside and out. A thousand stars! Clean Green did an exceptional job detailing my filthy midsize SUV filled with dog hair. Although I told them they didn't have to worry about removing every single hair because it's practically a dog mobile and would promptly get filled with dog detritus within a day, they truly removed every single dog hair and speck of dirt from my car. It's immaculate. They're also incredibly professional, were on time, and came equipped with their own generator and water (and of course all the equipment they needed). I wanted to try this place after seeing so many good Yelp reviews. However, I don't know how all these people were able to even get their car cleaned. I called 3 different days/times and he never picks up. I used the request an appointment form on the website and it's been two weeks never received a response. I texted his number and he just never replied to me when I told him what services I wanted to get done. He is apparently very booked so he doesn't have any appointments for another month. I've never experienced a mobile car wash place this unresponsive. It's also weirdly overbooked that every time I call to his number it's like another week is added to when you can book with him when how are people even booking if he's so unresponsive. I've used very popular mobile car washes before and they're usually very responsive and overbooked too. It should not be this difficult to just make an appointment. Excellent, polite and prompt service! We had recently purchased a used 2009 Toyota Camry, and while the interior was in very good condition, we don't believe the previous owner had EVER cleaned it. Our initial scouring uncovered at least a half dozen toys under the back bench as well as multiple crayon stains and melted wax! WTH! We vacuumed and wiped as well as we could, but some of the work was simply beyond our powers. We had researched several companies for detailing, but many did not have pricing options that worked for us. We did not want to pay for services that we didn't need, and straight answers were in short supply. We were very pleased to find Clean Green as we always like to be eco-friendly whenever we can. The communications were excellent and the pricing very straightforward. The team arrived early to get set up, and both employees were very friendly and informative. We had requested an interior detail only, and the process took about two hours because Oscar and his father believe in a job well done! We also appreciated that their steam cleaning machines weren't super noisy, so even though we had this done during the week when most of our neighbors were at work, we were pleased to know that the work would be minimally disturbing to anyone at home trying to relax or nap. You will definitely want to park your vehicle on the street, in the sun and with the windows cracked for at least half a day and a full night to ensure that the cloth upholstery dries completely. I have two dogs. We go on a lot of car rides. I'm also a busy lady and don't have time to bring my car in for cleaning and maintenance as often as I should. Knowing that it had been *cough* a few years since I last brought the car in for a cleaning, I signed up for a mini green cleaning + additional fee for thorough pet hair removal. Over the years, I'd tried to do a little cleanup on my own, to no avail, so I figured it was time to put the job to professionals. Brought my sedan to their service point in the Claremont area. Was greeted and inspected promptly. To my embarrassment, the amount of fur generated by my 20- and 30-pound dogs caused Oscar to drop a few four-letter exclamations of dismay. We quickly discussed the situation -- he just wanted to make sure I had reasonable expectations for what they were able to do within the 90 minute appointment. Having been to other car cleaners in the past who either doubled their cost upon inspection, took nearly three hours to complete the job, and who left my car reeking of cleaning solution for weeks, I think I kept my expectations conservative. I was not expecting miracles and I knew they wouldn't get 100% of the fur out. I know that's an impossible ask, as I myself live with a constant coat of dog fur everywhere. I'd say they got well over 90% of it though -- definitely did the job to my satisfaction, and WAY better than I could have done! Best of all, the cost was exactly what I was expecting, the car did not reek of noxious chemicals, and I really do appreciate the water-conserving techniques they advertise. I shared a bunch of before-and-after pix with my dog friends, who recognize the great feat that Oscar and Freddy were able to pull off. Thank you so much!! We needed a deep clean of spill (half gallon orange juice) on carpet of new Tesla. CleanGreenMobile was recommended by our mechanic. Oscar texted a text reply with his availability which was later than what we wanted. But within a few hours he connected again saying he had an opening at the end of the day. He thoroughly washed and removed excess moisture with an extractor, removing remaining o.j. but especially he got rid of the really bad lingering odor. Oscar is amazing! I'll admit my car had not been cleaned in a year. I have three dogs, interior was covered in German Shepard hair, dirt, sand, dust. I had emailed on Sunday and he promptly emailed back saying unfortunately they were booked out. Oscar then called to let me know he had a cancellation and was able to squeeze me in. They were very flexible as I had to work, but they accommodated me and were able to detail my jeep at my job. I got the interior detail with the exterior wash service and I was extremely impressed. I added on the pet hair removal service and Oscar did an amazing job - I'd say at least 98% of all dog hair was removed!! Oscar was fast and great! He came to my office in Oakland today to clean up our white 2008 Jetta that had been parked under a few too many trees. I couldn't be happier with the service I received! Oscar was very communicative, personable, & thoughtful. Everything was easy & transparent. I requested an appointment online & was able to reschedule via email. I live outside of their mobile service area, so I brought my car into their Claremont location. Oscar looked over the car to confirm the cost estimate given on-line was accurate according to the condition of the car and it was. No hidden fees. Very reasonably priced. He then let me know that it'd take about 2 to 2.5 hrs, but told me that he'd give me a call 20 mins before they finished & would give me extra time to come pick up the car as well. Sure enough, they had my car car detailed (inside & outside) in about 2 hours. Just enough time to go around the corner to have breakfast & window shop. It was totally stress-free. And when I saw the results, I was totally blown away. I've never seen my car look so good! I regret not taking "before" pictures to show off the dramatic difference, but WOW. It not only looks good, it feels good to be in the car. And no chemically scents. I'm currently pregnant & VERY sensitive to smells. Yet, I picked up NO scents in the car, to my surprise! I did a lot of research into other car detailing services and the pricing was comparable for the service, but customers of other companies complained of difficulty in booking appointments, poor customer service, long wait times, unpleasant neighborhoods, surprise additional charges, and lack of transparency & communication.
