I was happy to see a young man show up on time, ready to work. He spent several hours detailing our two SUVs and he did a sold job. We all have little things and details we pay attention to when it comes to our cars, and I was happy to see that Jalil went into all the little nooks and crevices I'd usually need to prompt someone else to do. Gavin took the time to research and get products that would deal with the variety of pet smells we've encountered. It was a major improvement from what we had before, and more than what I could do on my own with pet store products, baking soda, etc. It might cost more than the run through car wash inside and outside package, but Gavin definitely puts in the work. I'd recommend people who want that extra attention on their car interiors to seek him out.

What impressed me most wasn't that things went perfectly the first day--they didn't. It was how they handled the situation. I recently took my Tesla Model Y to get an inside and outside cleaning. I'll admit we hadn't cleaned it for a while, have taken the car on road trips including to Los Angeles, Tahoe and Mammoth Lakes. We've taken it in offroad situations too. After they worked, our car is White again. They worked hard at vacuuming and cleaning the inside of the car, including the trunk. Their crew took out and cleaned floor mats and they seemed to wipe down everything as best they could. We also have dogs so there probably was a little bit of dog hair in the back too. The woman who runs the business said they needed to charge extra to shampoo one of the carpets because there was some sort of stain in the back. I thought that was reasonable. Considering that it has been years since we seriously cleaned the car, I think they did a good job and put a lot of attention, I think the price I paid was reasonable.
