It's been difficult to find a car wash that does some interior cleaning too. Finally found one by South Shore Center! $39.99 for the Ultimate wash, plus $3 each for vacuuming the floor mats. They did a fine job for the price. This is not your high end detailing, it's affordable and fast. First vacuuming, then through the touch-less car wash. Then a couple guys start spraying and cleaning the inside and wheels. I requested vanilla fragrance, it was very nice. I would definitely recommend for a quick cleaning. read more

When I arrived on this sunny Saturday there were no cars ahead of me. This used to be my go to spot - Im talking for years. The last few times I haven't been happy. The console pictured didn't get cleaned during the $34 works inside cleaning. They were well staffed and not in a rush. There is no excuse. Worst experience. Called ahead to make sure they could clean my car. I got there asap and the staff were arguing about not being able to get their breaks if they did my car and then yelled at me for not coming earlier (I arrived within 20 min of being told to come, like I told them I would). They were going to charge $250 to only do the front half of my vehicles detailing and not the back part. This is without exteriors washing. Not worth it by any means and utterly unacceptable service. You see, less than 24 hours after entrusting your team with both my vehicle and my key fob, my car was mysteriously stolen straight out of thin air. Given how modern electronic ignition systems work, the timing of this miraculous event is nothing short of incredible. Honestly this place is all about getting your car in and out and they don't care about quality. It's definitely quantity over quality when it comes to this car wash. It honestly shouldn't even be considered a hand car wash for the simple fact that they smear your windows up worse than when you came, don't dry your car off well so when you drive off weather droplets fly everywhere and they barely use smell good in your car when you ask for it. For true value it's not worth it and I will not be wasting my money here in the future. It's not even worth it for the convenience. Used to bring multiple of our cars here for years and would always have great outcomes, however the last 3-4 times the work has not been even remotely up to par. Each time we've been left with greasy/streaky windshields, mirrors and windows that weren't rolled down to clean the area covered by the seal. Crumbs left on the sides of the seats and in the cup holders with smudges along the inside of the doors, it almost looked like all they did was vacuum the floor. They are not a hand wash and I did cringe seeing brooms being used to prescrub my SUV before going through the wash. But I am pleased with the results. Inside vacuumed and wiped down. Windows clean. I'm not sure why this place gets bad reviews. I've been taking my ( Audi) here for years. These guys do great work and I don't think I paid a lot. So it's awful to see people give them bad reviews for such hard work. I think people want miracles and they want them cheap. It also bothers me when I go there and you don't see people tipping. I purchased the Ultimate Car Wash for $42.00 with the specific need for a thorough, hands free wash, for me, due to an injury. Unfortunately, the service was not completed properly, leaving me with significant work to do at home. Key issues I noted upon delivery: · The rear window was still visibly dirty. · The entire driver's side of the vehicle had not been properly washed. · The trunk was not vacuumed as included in the service. For a premium "Ultimate" package, this lack of basic attention to detail is unacceptable. The value proposition was entirely lost; I essentially paid a premium only to have to finish the job myself. Given the cost, I cannot recommend this service in its current state. For the quality received, a basic $15.00 wash would have been a more reasonable expectation. A glorified self service automatic car wash. I got the 'works wash'. Should be renamed to the 'worst wash' The insides were left largely untouched. They didn't wash down the weather tech mats and barely even vacuumed them. Wheels left dirty. Poop stains remain. Windshield stains remain. Half-assed job overall. I have been their customers for the past 32 years since I moved to California. The quality of service has kept going downhill. The price has never been cheap too. There were dirts and the streaks left after wash inside and out. When I pointed them to the manager and told him I have been their customer for over 30 years, he told me it is under new management. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I paid for the Ultimate Wash ($39.99) plus $15 for a hand wash, and the results were extremely disappointing. The interior did not meet even basic expectations--it was still dusty throughout. I wasn't expecting full detailing quality, but at the very least, it should have looked clean. What made the experience worse was discovering black marks all over my right passenger rim after I got home. Whatever product was sprayed on the tires leaked onto the rim and dried up. It was not easy to remove--I spent about 30 minutes scrubbing just to get it off. I contacted them about the issue. The manager asked me to bring the car back so they could check it, but by then I had already removed residue. He claimed they didn't clean rims and only apply grease to the tires, and that it should "easily wipe off," which clearly was not the case. Between the poor quality of the wash and the lack of accountability in customer service, this was a very frustrating experience. I will not be bringing any of my cars back and would not recommend this business to others. First time customer and it's also the last - never again. read more

Going to this car wash is kind of like being attacked by animals. They order you around and barely give you time to get out of your car before pushing you along. He claimed they wipe down the dashboard, but there was dust all over. Also there were HUGE water streaks in the passenger window where they failed to dry the window. This is the LAST time visiting this car wash - requested an exterior car wash and left with HUGE/NUMEROUS scratches on my trunk. Called to report the scratches and was told to bring the car back for inspection. Desi Calzada is the most ill profession, lack of respect, and rude individual I've ever met.
