The owner reached out to me to reschedule the appointment. Apparently he had made an error and accidentally cancelled my appointment. The service itself was overall pretty good. My car looks much cleaner than it had in a long while. There were a few areas where he was unable to get completely clean, but those cupholders are a pain. The carpets were nicely shampooed and the headlights are beautiful now. There were some nooks and crannies that I have never seen clean before, but are now their original shiny white. There was some sticky residue left over that I had to wipe off but other than that, I'm satisfied with the service. read more

I reached to earl to get my black 2011 Cadillac CTS-V detailed for the very first time for our wedding. I was able to schedule with earl immediately. Earl gave me a really good quote given that I had a black car. Earl arrived at my house early and he started his work immediately. My wife's Chevy Equinox's metallic blue paint had water spots we could not get off. I looked on Yelp to find a mobile detailer and picked 3 to contact. Mr. Detail had the answers when I asked him about how he would go about dealing with the water spots. He asked the right questions and I liked his response so I made an appointment. He was on time about 3 weeks later with a fully outfitted van he said would let him wash a car in the desert. Ok, pretty impressive. He spent over 4 hours working on the paint, from power washing to actually wet sanding the hood with 2000 grit to waxing, polishing and treating the plastic bits. The end result was impressive. Showroom new comes to mind. All the water spots were gone and the depth of the paint brought back to life. He gave us a recommendation for maintaining the job he did and showed us what to purchase and how easy it was to apply after every wash. Highly recommended. read more
