Second time, ran over some paint and splattered all over on the left side of the car, wheel barring (front and rear) and driver and rear driver door. The owner reached out to me to reschedule the appointment. Apparently he had made an error and accidentally cancelled my appointment. The service itself was overall pretty good. My car looks much cleaner than it had in a long while. There were a few areas where he was unable to get completely clean, but those cupholders are a pain. The carpets were nicely shampooed and the headlights are beautiful now. There were some nooks and crannies that I have never seen clean before, but are now their original shiny white. My wife's Chevy Equinox's metallic blue paint had water spots we could not get off. I looked on Yelp to find a mobile detailer and picked 3 to contact. Mr. Detail had the answers when I asked him about how he would go about dealing with the water spots. He asked the right questions and I liked his response so I made an appointment. He was on time about 3 weeks later with a fully outfitted van he said would let him wash a car in the desert. Ok, pretty impressive. He spent over 4 hours working on the paint, from power washing to actually wet sanding the hood with 2000 grit to waxing, polishing and treating the plastic bits. The end result was impressive. Showroom new comes to mind. All the water spots were gone and the depth of the paint brought back to life. He gave us a recommendation for maintaining the job he did and showed us what to purchase and how easy it was to apply after every wash. Highly recommended. read more
