I think I have my #1 spot for my car wash. Its where I get my gas at the 76 gas station on the corner of Jackson as soon as you exit 880. Shine Time cleaners the Gold package is $24.99 and is totally worth it! At least I don't wash my car very often but they do A LOT for what you pay. They do also offer simpler basic packages and a monthly unlimited wash package. The fancy car wash down the street is like 70.00 but they probably do detailing. I just need a quick maintenance clean up since my car isn't that dirty. With the gold package they pre-hand wash with soap and water, drive through the actual wash and then vacuum and wipe down the inside and outside of your car. The actual drive through wash is pretty thorough too! They don't stinge on the water. Life's little luxuries. I feel really happy after a clean car and a full tank of gas. Good value if you don't have the energy to clean your car yourself. read more

There was an issue with the car wash that didn't wash off the soap when it was finished. My girlfriend and I waited in our car and nothing happened. So we reversed and it reactivated the car wash. Once again it didn't wash off the soap. We called the owner instead of reversing so it wont reactivate. He came out and told us to move forward. He said it was our fault since we reversed. He offered to pay for another car wash after having to negotiate with him. We waited in line again and entered the code he offered us. We drove in and the car wash didn't even activate. We called the owner again for help. He came out and just insulted us for not knowing how to use a car wash. He gave us refund but told us not to come again. Keep in mind we waited an hour for each attempt for the car wash. After 2 hours, the car was still full of soap and the manager blamed us for it. Summary Car wash didnt work. The machine they use to put your car through is very impressive and I was very happy to be getting my wash here but after seeing their down falls I really don't think I'll go back here unless they really make improvements. They use a brush to scrub your wheels I noticed they did this to my driver side but not my passenger side. I asked them to do that which they did but that already started my worries about this wash. I paid 44.99 for this wash and for the half ass job that was done I would never recommend anyone to get their was done here unless they get an exterior only cheap wash but watch them to make sure it's done correctly.they didn't have the solution to clean the interior per one of the employees there on the "drying and interior side" read more

There car wash: It was pretty fast and they did a really good job with the finishing of the exterior and interior. I got a discount for purchasing gas as well., even though it was pretty much cheaper as is compared to the other car washes in the area. Store: They had some cool drinks on tap, some friaries and fresh sandwiches Bathroom was clean as well. read more

Just paid for a wash not realizing that they have since replaced the team of hand washing employees with an automatic drive thru bristle brush washer. Didn't realize this fact until I'd already driven into the washing tunnel at the point of no return. I originally came for a thorough interior and exterior hand washing and unfortunately I am coming away with neither of these services. The entire back of my car is still extremely dirty and I paid extra to get my tires done though I can't even tell anything was done to them. (Side note: I'm sure they will let me run through the wash again but I'm not a fan of brush washers and I will not be putting my car through one again)! I wasn't definitely expecting guys to clean up gravels that were underneath the carpets. But they knew it and surprised me with very very clean results. Love bringing my car here. First off I got a discount when I paid at the pump and second they do an AMAZING JOB. No streaks or soap studs left over. I really appreciate that they do a final walk around my car to make sure they didn't miss anything... especially my rims. All in all this is a great place to fill up and wash your car. . Super helpful and friendly. I have a Tesla and I didn't know getting up from my seat would put my car back in drive. I stopped the whole line up in the middle of the car wash. They nicely knocked on my window and had me put the car back into neutral. Glad nothing went horribly wrong with the cleaner. Car turned out great. read more

I like that they hand wash your car before running it through a car wash I'm always satisfied with the outside. Now I got a membership for the month so I've been going back this is about the third time now. I feel like they completely Rush the inside of my car. The windows inside my car are never really clean good. I still have water marks on the outside of my windows and the vacuum job was okay but I still usually see stuff on the floor. the smell spray they put in my car never stays more than 5 minutes so they probably water I'm down.. and then the employed people domt really have good personalities not that I need them to my personal comedians but a smile or just I guess being nice would help especially when tips are involved . All-in-all I won't be getting a monthly membership once this one runs out it's completely overpriced for what I'm getting. read more

The hours say they're open until 7pm. I made a trip from San Leandro during the heavy commute because I needed my husband's car cleaned in and out for tomorrow. I was very disappointed (to say the least) when the attendant said that the manager decided to close early. They lost a customer today and forever. read more

I went to get my car wash Saturday, thinking it was going to be fast. However; turn out to be a horrible service. I should have know something was not right, when young lady came from bushes asking me for a receipt. Actually, it was uncomfortable, someone coming from bushes. Not sure what she was doing there, but I have an ideal. Anyway, there was issue with machine and I was told to drive back around. However; there were 4 cars ahead of me I had already waited a long time. I asked for a Manger and they refused to give manger name and number and told me they would call the police. Not sure why they were calling the police. I only ask for name and number of Manger. So , I told them to call the police that way the issue could get resolved. The lady who came from out of the bushes was just laughing like it was funny. Guess she was high from smoking in bushes. Anyway. what I though was going to be quick wash turn out to be 21/2 hours later. I would not recommend going there to get a car wash, because if there's an issue they will not give you the manger information and threaten to call the police on you. read more
