It was a little funny because I didn't know how to put my daughter's Tesla into neutral so the wheels can catch and go through the wash. The attendant helped me. I wanted to give it a try despite the review saying that they had gotten scratches after getting a car wash. Initially, I thought that the car wash did a good job, However, upon looking at the sides of my car, I noticed that there were a little scratches on both the left and right side passenger doors. I do believe that they are caused by the car wash because they are on exactly the same spots just on different sides. Great value for a simple and quick car wash. Just make sure you have a good credit card that works cos you gotta self pay at an auto kiosk with no human attendant. The wash was good and drying was quick. I didn't have to wait. And I plenty of free self serve vacuums so I took my time to clean up inside myself. Oh and the wet wipe they give us good for a wipe down of the dash and other dusty spaces inside. Overall I like this place. Prices are reasonable, it's quick and the machine does a decent job. The place is bigger than most car wash places I've been to, so there isn't a long line most of the time. They hand dry your car even after the car went by the dryer already so no water spots left in your car. They also have several vacuum available...I never had to wait to use one! recently purchased a brand new car not even 1 month old ... I looked at reviews b4 driving 26min to this location none informed me on the quality of equipment. After paying I entered the wash while making eye contact with the lady at the start she stood there on her air pods laughing not assisting entel the rims connected to the machine she then directs me to go more to the right... already I'm mad after hitting two rims. The wash its self wasn't the best even tho I figured it would b more thorough bc how long it is. I tipped the dryer & went to vacuum , yes infact their "plastic"guide rails scratched my rims I spoke with the lady who pretended not to speak English still a huge smirk on her face.. the manager was late he showed me vid every single angle except the angle that shows the left side of the car hitting the machine rail . From what I got he said I wasn't driving fast enough to scratch the rims. Again he wouldn't show me the front left wheel not hitting . the machine was old & not covered by plastic metal was exposed I took pictures... so if you do have a new set of tires I'd be extra careful bc u don't have to hit the guide to damage, the machine drags your car thru & they don't take responsibility. They also give away a dash board wipes too. Better on the look-out to the rules which it was posted before you enter the touch- free car wash. This car wash business is located on Mission Blvd in Hayward. This was my first time bringing my car and was satisfied with the service they provided. You enter into a self-payment kiosk and choose what kind of service you want for your car. I opted for the basic for $14. Once you enter their cleaning station, somebody will hand brush your car. It gives you instructions to place your gear on the neutral Once done, your car is pushed to its track and takes you to several steps of spraying, washing, and blowing your car. The final stage is when somebody wipes your car manually. If you purchased the service with a vacuum, you are directed to their stalls and have to vacuum your car yourself I'm satisfied with the basic car wash and had my car cleaned after several weeks of rain. If I want my car washed, I will definitely come back here. read more

If you can go somewhere else- DO. I was a huge fan from the time this place opened until a recent trip when a truck behind me was entering the machine, left his breaks on while I was near the end of the wash cycle, which led them to stop the machine which in turn caused a loud grinding sound and my car to feel like it was going over a significant bump on the drivers side causing serious scrapes and gouging on my rims. Turns out the tracks in the machine bucked my car out of alignment causing the grinding sound and damage to my rims. Upon exiting, I immediately looked for an employee for help. After I explained what happened he let me know why the machine had stopped and went straight to the female manager on site to help me. She took her time coming over stopping to help the two men drying cars and taking the cash tips they had received. We made eye contact but she did not acknowledge me otherwise so I had to approach her before she left. She was quick to dismiss my concerns, shrugged it off and walked away. Very disappointing and will not be going back. read more

I think it's time to find a new car wash place. This place is guarding their vacuums like they are the CIA. They removed five of them which causes a back up and people to wait around for an empty stall. Given all the signage I have seen stating 10 minute max for the vacuums I can see this is to control their time limits. This inefficient if you ask me. It does not make a lot of sense to me to waste resources given this location was built for 15 vacuums. I come out of my way to come to this location because I have found it to be reliable and given they had 15 vacuums available I was always able to get in and out without a problem. In the last two months it's been increasingly more difficult to find a vacuum available and you're often stuck with the space closest to the car wash which results in additional droplets on your car. I think management and the owners should take notice of this given they are trying to save a couple of dollars but are marginalizing many of their customers. I always tip generously to the young folks who are drying my car. There were at least five different signs at every turn indicating it was a 10 minute maximum for the vacuums. Again I understand efficiency and saving time and by removing five vacuums out of your 15 is completely inefficient. I will be finding a new location for my regular biweekly car washes. I took over 10 minutes in my car writing this review and then proceeded to vacuum my car. :) read more

Went on a Saturday afternoon. If you want a quick carwash for a cheap price this is your go-to car wash. You pay at the entrance of the car wash, the most expensive one is $19. You go through the car wash and once you exit there are 2 guys that do a quick wipe-down. I believe all the car wash comes with a free vacuum I think. Bring your own drying towel and windshield cleaner. All in all this place was clean, it was quick and it was cheap. I will definitely return. read more

The car wash experience overall is pretty good and smooth, except the kiosk double-charged me. I stopped by for a quick car wash. This place has staff manually putting on soap before you enter the auto wash machine. It also has staff hand dry the car after getting out of the wash machine. Having staff members doing both for sure helps alleviate the experience. There are also many vacuum stalls for free use with the car wash. The hiccup I encountered is the payment kiosk kept showing unable to read my credit card. I tried multiple ones, and all of them failed. That kiosk needs to be fixed. Paying cash at the kiosk eventually worked for me. However, one of my credit cards got a pending charge and eventually turned into a posted charge two days later. This is a double charge as I already paid cash. I disputed it with my credit card company and they handled it. Nonetheless, please fix the kiosk for others! read more

Went here for the first time today and it was straight forward and good quality for the money . My car was super dirty (not cleaned in 4+ years aside from in the rain) and I got the basic wash ($12) because I'm cheap. I still had some dirt residue left over on the corners of my windshield but I just used glass cleaner and a microfiber cloth at home to get that. If your car was not too dirty to begin with I can't imagine that would happen. Be careful driving onto the automated wheel track thing, I can definitely imagine it's possible to scratch your rims if you're not careful with alignment when pulling in. I am impressed with the result of the Ceramic Sealant. My 2014 vehicle with 77,000 mile lost its luster. Even after car washes or I would wash it myself. it would be clean and so so shiny but this did the trick. I'll gladly pay the $19 with results like this. read more

SHINY! For a surf through car wash, this place is the best. It's only $10, which is a great value. You pay at a kiosk driving in and it gives you cash change, if needed. It says they accept Apple Pay and credit cards, but Apple Pay is temporarily unavailable. They scrub your car with handheld brushes when you pull up and they towel dry when you're done. My kids exclaimed "wow, that's a lot of soap!" because they don't skimp on clean. The vacuums are powerful so you can finish vacuuming in a matter of minutes. We have a dog so we really needed to vacuum up the dog hair. The vacuum parking spaces are far enough apart you won't get in anyone else's way. There are multiple trash bins near the vacuum station so you can get rid of any unwanted trash. Overall, the best drive though car wash. read more

I see Neo Express Car Wash every time I drive down Mission from their bright lights. Recently, I was recommended to come here by multiple coworkers and friends who come here religiously. I am the type of person who usually wash and vacuum my own car at a self-service car wash or in my driveway, but I decided to try this spot to save some time and also sometimes, it is a hassle to always go to the bank for quarters. Anyway, they offer 3 different car wash packages and each one also has an unlimited monthly wash club for about doubled the price of just 1 wash. I opted for the Best Wash, which is their highest tier and I upgraded to their unlimited monthly wash club, since 1 wash is $19 and the unlimited one is about $39.99/month. I do not live that close by, so I would always have to go out of my way to come here - I came here 4 times, about once a week to make it worth the price before I decided to cancel my membership for the following month. Having the membership saves you time because you can just go right through after the booth scans your membership sticker (they place a sticker on your windshield after you purchase their unlimited wash package) and it automatically charges your card every month. When you first enter the actual car wash, the employees are supposed to guide your car towards the track, so that your left wheels are aligned on their track, but they are usually not even looking as they are motioning you to pull forward, but it is fortunate that my wheels were always aligned. After that, one of the employees will hand you 1 individually wrapped dash wipe, but before you have a chance to grab it and close your window, the other employee on the other side is already spraying your car with water, which results in my driver's side being pretty wet every single time. After the 2 employees spray down your car and scrub (they never scrub the side mirrors or under your windshield wipers, which sucks), you go through the machine, which I am pretty sure will damage your car in the long run, and at the end - your car goes through the dryer and another employee will be standing outside to towel dry your car, then you can make your way to the self-serve vacuums, if you want. After canceling, I tried to remove the membership sticker and unfortunately, it barely came off - I spent 15 minutes trying to peel it off and after peeling it into about 50 small loose pieces from the sticker, the top layer finally came off and I got most of it off, but it left behind a lot of adhesive and some of the remaining bits of the bottom layer of the sticker. The sticker was probably made in a way where you were not supposed to take it off because they want you to keep the membership or something like that? I still have some sticker residue stuck on the corner of my window, so hopefully it will come off. Besides the car wash being out of the way for me - the main reason I wanted to cancel was that I was not pleased or satisfied with how my mirrors and windows looked afterwards because they were never throughly cleaned and wiped. Honestly, I love driving, so I would not mind the drive here, if they did a better job because $40 for unlimited car washes is a good deal (if it is a good car wash, which it is not here) and they have strong vacuums that is free of charge for self-vacuuming. The best thing about this car wash was probably the free self-serve vacuuming after the wash. They have plenty of stalls opened when I go - each stall has 2 different vacuum nozzle attachment tubes and a designated spot to clip/secure your car floor mats. Overall, I think it is only worth it for those who live nearby or do not have the time to clean their car, but for me personally, I do not think it is worth the $40 for their unlimited car washes because I can clean my car way cleaner/better without potentially damaging my car from here. Side note, I noticed the exterior of my car gets dirtier more quickly after washing my car here compared to when I wash it myself, or even the few times I took it to a different car wash. read more

While we did scrub off bugs at home before going, the wash did a great job of cleaning the exterior of my car the rest of the way. And the wax must have worked well enough because it has stayed pretty clean since! My favorite part was the fact that the vacuums are free to use after you pay for a wash. They worked super well and the two types of attachments made cleaning everything from the mats to the crevices between seats really easy. I would recommend bringing some towels and water to clean surfaces inside the car/wipe down the edges of doors/etc. as they don't provide towels for you to use. read more

What makes this place far better than the other "value" express car wash is the fact that there are two employees in the front to agitate and pre rinse your car before you even go through the car wash service; and two more employees at the other side to wipe off any residue of soap and water when the dryer doesn't fully get the entire car. There is also a free vacuum area that you can use to clean the interior of your car which is absolutely fantastic. Overall I am very satisfied and for a starting price of $12, this is a no brainer. This place is really Express, can be in and out within 10-15 minutes. This place is only exterior only but have ample parking/vacuum stalls so you can clean the interior yourself and each parking spot has two vacuums (one flat upholstery and one long crevice). The Wash: You pull up to one of the two huge automated Kiosks where you select your wash and pay. Can also purchase an unlimited wash monthly plan there, which is what I did (worth it if you get 3 wash or more per month). After you pay, the barrier will lift and you will drive to the car wash entrance where workers will guide you into the car wash and scrub and pressure spray your car. They are going to tell you to put your car in neutral, don't touch the brake or steering wheel. After the car wash wash, there's a quick air drying and two other workers will towel wipe your car down. Once dry you can park anywhere available to do your vacuuming and interior cleaning if desired. Tips: They do provide 2 dash wipes. Air fresheners cost $1 at the Kiosk but is not mandatory even though it appears so. The express car wash I usually go to in San Jose is always busy to the point where there would be a 4-5 cars waiting in line to park their cars to use the vacuums. So when I was around the area on a weekend afternoon, I was surprised at how fast everything went. I didn't have to wait in a long line to get a car wash nor get in another long line to vacuum my car. You move back home to Cali after a decade of living in TX, and immediately you're greeted with palm trees, In n Out, Carne Asada fries, gridlock traffic, and state tax...and also you're reminded that nothing is free in Cali. Well, this place is attempting to defy the odds! Their car wash is awesome! Very clean and friendly staff. You can either opt for a one time "good, better, or best" wash, or you can choose to do the monthly unlimited washes. You pull in and a mirror is cleverly hanging on the ceiling to help guide you and avoid scratching your rims. I have the membership that auto bills every month. I get to just drive in, have the car washed, hand dried, and then vacuum the car myself if needed. Sometimes the machine doesn't clean off all the dirt from my car which could be annoying to someone paying by the wash. With a membership, I know I'll just be back the next day and get another wash. I've been coming to this car wash for a few years and only now I'm leaving a review. Aside from being a great carwash facility and good service, I had an unexpected incident at my last visit, afternoon of Tuesday, 7/12/22. After finishing at the wash cycle I headed over to the complimentary vacuum section. During which I accidentally locked my keys, phone and senior pup inside. Sh$t! Ughhh what a disaster. I also had kids with me, but they were outside of the car. Anyway, without a phone I asked one of the attendants to use theirs. I forgot his name, but he was so kind and understanding that I used his phone to make multiple calls and texts to my spouse. My spouse didn't answer. Then suddenly another attendant helped us. He went to his car and got some tools to try and pry open the car. It took him about 15 minutes but he was able to make an opening in the corner door of my car and use long metal tool stick to press and unlock the car. What a life saver! I didn't have any cash at the time to thank them for their help, but TRUST, next time I will have some cash ready. I wish I remembered their names but I am so thankful for their help. Anyway great establishment, wash and staff. And they are not close by, I drive about 30 minutes to get to their location. Well worth it. read more
