A HUGE THANK YOU TO MY AMAZING CAR WASH TEAM!…read more Even though my Kia Niro is a little car, I have several other vehicles that you do an awesome job on, and I truly appreciate your attention to detail, your friendliness, and the pride you take in your work. My Kia Niro is not an easy car to clean! Because of my horses, I always have horse shavings in the back and front of my car. The floor mats have dirt and debris ground into them, and even though I cover things with towels, horse debris seems to find its way everywhere! But you always get every bit of it out! You pull out the rugs, check the side compartments, and pay attention to the little details that make such a huge difference. I always try to set you up to succeed. I explain that I really need to see clearly out of my windows and ask that you please use fresh towels. I know how important it is to have the right tools and enough time to do a great job. I also appreciate that you make sure I do a walk-around before you leave. That attention to detail and your commitment to making sure everything is right means so much to me. When you're finished, I feel like I'm driving my car out of the showroom for the very first time! You make my car feel brand new, and you make my entire day special. Thank you for always being so friendly, thorough, and dedicated to doing an awesome job. I know sometimes people say they get in a hurry, so I personally prefer to come earlier in the day. I appreciate the care you give my vehicles, and I want to make sure you have the opportunity to do what you do best. Thank you for your incredible service and extra attention. You truly make a difference!
