We did a lot of back-and-forth via email before booking, and they were always incredibly responsive and helpful. That same great energy carried over when we dropped the car off--they are just as friendly and welcoming in person. What really set them apart was their honesty. They didn't try to oversell us at all--they actually down-sold us on the ceramic coating! They took the time to explain that since we were already getting the PPF, we didn't need the longest-lasting ceramic package. It is incredibly rare to find a business that prioritizes the right recommendation over making an extra buck. The quality of their work is top-notch. The wrap and tint were absolutely spot-on, and their pricing is very competitive. There were a few minor areas that needed a quick follow-up later on, and they handled it perfectly. They were completely hassle-free and dedicated to getting everything looking flawless. Because they are a family-owned business, you really get that personal touch. I make the commute and meet his other brother Byron and his team and I asked to have the seats and floors professionally cleaned and for $400 he delivered, and even cleaned the engine area looks brand new again. I had to wait two sunny days for it to dry, but now I have my confidence and integrity back with the current state of my car. Thanks guys! Only one spot I forgot to mention to have cleaned, it was on the roof fabric above the driver side front seat, but I blame that on me honestly. Great job guys! Ya'll are my go-to for this kinda job! I am getting a Honda Civic 2015 detailed at this moment (9:56 AM 4/8/2026), and am waiting for the call to pick it up. They provide plastic seat covers that you can use to keep a layer between your clothes and the freshly shampoo'ed seats, and leave the windows cracked when the car is idle, and turn the windows all the way up (close it) during highway driving (to prevent messy debris flying into the freshly cleaned car). It took my 2015 Prius about 2 days to full dry, but I got lucky with two hot sunny days in a row. Not sure how long the Honda Civic will take to dry with potentially cloudy weather expected for the next few days. Will update ya'll in a second review for the Honda Civic.

i got my first brand new car in december and immediately started looking up car wash and detailing…read morecompanies for future care. i wanted a place with a physical shop vs just mobile services and titan's came up as a highly rated business on both yelp and google. i appreciated the thorough descriptions of all the services on the website and competitive pricing compared to other places. with all the pollen lately, i read up on washing techniques and protecting the car's clear coat and decided to get ceramic coating done sooner rather than later so i reached out to titan's on yelp. steven replied right away and had availability for the following morning. i originally wanted level 1 ceramic plus interior detailing but he advised me to do the new car coating and i'm looking forward to seeing how all the other surfaces are protected. he explained the process and benefits of the service, which i always appreciate hearing. it took the maximum quoted time (8 hours) and my car is so shiny and smooth and looks amazing! i can't speak on the longevity of the coating just yet but hopefully it lasts a while. the interior looked dull at the time of purchase but glistens and glows now after a proper, thorough cleaning and conditioning. random oil stains and suction cup marks left by the dealership are totally gone. the gauge cluster screen and piano black center console are free of obvious scratches so these guys know how to handle sensitive areas. i'm happy with my experience here and will definitely be back! so glad i found a local place with friendly customer service and solid, detail-oriented work. 5 stars :)

I was quoted $490.00 for an interior/exterior detail & $450/ea if I brought both vehicles (mid sized SUVs). I'm not sure of the going rate here in the Bay Area for this kind of detail service, but almost $1,000 for 2 vehicles is far beyond what I'd be willing to spend. I confess that I am super picky when it comes to my car. I'm the guy who looks not only at the surface of what is wrapped, but even the backside to see how neat the film was cut. I checked out other businesses who did work that was "fine" but not exceptional (or if they did exceptional work, their prices were much higher than Silicon Valley Autospa). Ravi was great to work with. He described in detail what would be wrapped and ways to cut the film to minimize joint lines. It turned out taking a few days longer than expected because there are so many compound curves on the car and Ravi wanted to "do it right." I would much rather have someone who is a pro at their craft take their time and do it right rather than rush a project and end up with sub par results. Post-installation follow-up was great. There is a 1 month check-up where they check everything over and correct any issues that arise. They also include 2 free quick details over the coming year.
