Never again! I would much rather pay for top-tier service and have peace of mind than worry about fixing problems later. OCD Detailing is one of the few places capable of tinting the entire Tesla roof using a single piece, with no seams, and it looks incredible. I had a full PPF and windshield protective film install by OCDetailing. From my first interaction with Joe and Misa, who gave me a tour of their shop, to my scheduling, install and pickup everyone I interacted with was friendly, knowledgable and genuinely wanted to make sure I was informed and satisfied with their service. During the tour I spoke with Anthony, an installer who answered all the questions I had about the install. Their shop is clean, neat, good lighting and enclosed to prevent outside dirt or contaminants to enter. In the course of my install, which took 7 days, I also spoke with Alex and Michael, both were equally friendly and informative. I picked up my car this week, and the installation is perfect. I am pretty detailed so I would notice any flaws...There are no signs of the PPF being installed all edges are tucked, all except for a small seam behind my side mirrors, which I knew would be there, since I requested that my inner door panels not be removed - It's a new car and I just didn't want them removed, although I'm sure they would have done it with great care. Misa explained that it would mean that the installers would not be able to remove the side mirrors and they would have to have a seam behind the mirrors, which I was good with. I am scheduled for a 3 week follow-up for a review by the installers to ensure the PPF has cured and that there are no issues with the install. Overall 100% recommended, I would totally trust the team to exceed your expectations, they are worth the cost for their expert installation and customer orientation. read more

I just worked with OCD for the first time to wrap my 911. I spent time researching the best places to get PPF in the Bay Area and ended up choosing OCD because of their reputation and because of all the attention they paid to answering my questions (which were extensive). Leading up to my appointment, I had to make a scheduling change, which the shop took care of without an issue. When it finally came to apply the PPF and tint to the car, OCD helped me by installing a few accessories/upgrades without asking for an additional charge. I picked up the car a few weeks later and it was virtually flawless. During my follow-up appointment, the guys at OCD fixed a few minor issues with the wrap and even offered to replace the fender panel wrap that was damaged by someone's car door for free. Words dont do justice to how great these guys are. I got my model X PPF wrapped with them back in 2022. They did a fantastic job initially and also gave me tips on maintaining the wrap and coating for longevity. No issues at all so far. I also had some adhoc help (putting on the HOV lane stickers in a non permanent manner so they can be removed when they expire in 2025. Joe did it without charging anything else. Last year I ended up scratching my front bumper paint with a stone at a cherry picking event and thought I might have messed up the paint underneath. Firstly the paint was fully protected (great quality film) but even more so, they repatched the area with new film free of cost and you can hardly tell its there (very precise patching). My wife couldnt find where the damage was at all until I showed her :) Joe and Alax are always nice and treat you like family. I am really glad I worked with them.
