Dissatisfied and disappointed is an understatement. The owner should be in jail for being a crook and false advertisement. I will not support this business and I don't recommend anyone go here. There are many places to take your car and get well taken care of without loopholes/getting no call back/ or the owner using your car for advertising purposes without consent. read more

I strongly recommend avoiding this shop and its owner, Ravi. Based on my experience, I found him to be dishonest and misleading throughout the process. After my situation, I looked into other customer experiences and found numerous similar complaints describing the same kind of issues, which was very concerning. I also came across videos online showing him being arrested in connection with fraud-related cases, which raises serious red flags about his business practices. It appears that his businesses have changed names multiple times over the years, and he has been in and out of operation. That pattern alone made me question how he is still able to continue operating. Additionally, many of the positive reviews here and on other platforms don't seem authentic. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this place to do their own research, you may notice the same troubling patterns that I did. read more

I brought my brand-new 2025 Range Rover to Silicon Valley Auto Spa for a ceramic coating and front-end PPF -- and I'm beyond impressed. The Ravi's attention to detail is unmatched, and the car looks stunning. Sandeep and Ravi are a great team. They are friendly, professional, and thorough, from start to finish and set expectations upfront. They even followed up with care tips and answered all my questions. Great quality, competitive pricing, and excellent service. Highly recommend! read more

I didn't even receive services from this place and had a terrible experience. They cancelled my first appointment I made and I had to make a few different changes to accommodate for that. Then when my child got sick and I had to cancel they texted me saying my business isn't wanted. Thank goodness for that because i learned the owner really was arrested and charged with fraud! I will Do a better job digging into businesses from now on read more

I cannot say enough good things about Ravi and his team! I brought my car in after having vinyl on it for 2.5 years (applied from a different shop). The vinyl was in terrible condition and the application from the other shop did a number on the car. Ravi NEVER once bad mouthed the other shop despite having the opportunity to on multiple occasions. The amount of integrity he showed not only meant a lot to me but it truly was the selling point for me in giving him my business. Due to the condition of the car underneath the vinyl the car underwent: wrap removal (vehicle and chrome pieces), paint correction level 3 (I believe), and repaint of the bumper. Throughout the entire process Ravi kept me informed on the condition of the vehicle and forewarned me about any problems we could encounter. His transparency and honesty was refreshing! Once I picked up the car I was in disbelief of how incredible it looked. There was no sign of residual adhesive or vinyl. The paint was immaculate! The bumper which was the only part of the car which needed to be repainted, matched perfectly. The car looks brand new, it glistens in the sun and mirrors any object nearby. I truly believe Ravi and his team was worth EVERY DOLLAR SPENT! This business exceedingly checks every box! Silicon Valley Autospa your shop is a true gem. read more

Got full XPEL paint protection film for my 2024 Lotus Emira and am overjoyed by the quality of work, attention to detail, and friendly customer service that Ravi provided. I confess that I am super picky when it comes to my car. I'm the guy who looks not only at the surface of what is wrapped, but even the backside to see how neat the film was cut. I checked out other businesses who did work that was "fine" but not exceptional (or if they did exceptional work, their prices were much higher than Silicon Valley Autospa). Ravi was great to work with. He described in detail what would be wrapped and ways to cut the film to minimize joint lines. It turned out taking a few days longer than expected because there are so many compound curves on the car and Ravi wanted to "do it right." I would much rather have someone who is a pro at their craft take their time and do it right rather than rush a project and end up with sub par results. Post-installation follow-up was great. There is a 1 month check-up where they check everything over and correct any issues that arise. They also include 2 free quick details over the coming year. From the initial quote, throughout the installation, and post installation working with Ravi has been confidence inspiring. Highly recommend! read more

If I could go back and never come to this place I would. I was recommended this place for a wrap on my car which was poorly done and never redone. The owner had so many things to say about talking himself up and his work but when I received my car back the cuts on the wrap were sloppy and bubbled on nearly every corner of the car. Save yourself the trouble and money- avoid this place. The owner is not responsive and I have to go get this redone somewhere else. My friend got their windows tinted here when they referred me and I made the mistake to trust this overpriced place that under delivered by a long shot. Won't refund me and the work is mediocre. read more

Highly recommend bringing your car to Silicon Valley Autospa! Ravi and his team are truly great people. When I spoke with Ravi (the owner), he was incredibly genuine and transparent about pricing and the quality of the tint and PPF materials. I brought in my 2025 Civic Type R for window tinting and a full frontal PPF service, and I'm very happy with the results. Ravi even went out of his way to offer me a ride back home -- excellent customer service from start to finish. read more

Brought my brand new Lexus RX350H for some work. This is the 2nd time I have worked with Ravi and his team and they have done amazing each and every single time. The tints, ceramic coating and the powder coating of the wheels was to perfection. It looks like the car came from the factory the way they did the job. The price was more then reasonable for the work. They keep you updated constantly with what stage they are at in the process when working on your car. Communication and commitment to excellence. I contacted at least 5 shops before deciding to engage SV Autospa. It was their first Cybertruck, but I could leave my CT with confidence. they usually deal with high end dealership such as Mercedes and Porsche. so they knew how to handle the premium car. Ravi is very easy to communicate and is very knowledgeable on all kinds of exterior/interior issues. Highly recommended. I chose Satin Bullet from PurePPF, hard to explain the color, its silver and grey with a little bit of blue under blight sun. very robust. read more

HIGHLY RECOMMEND GETTING YOUR PROTECTION SERVICE HERE! Ravi and his team helped get my newly bought Tesla Model 3 PPF, ceramic coated, and tinted. He even threw in a PPF for the two touchscreens in my car. I loved the wrap and the services included a free rental which is very much needed. Thanks again SVA! read more

I sent a request via Yelp projects because I wanted an emblem delete on the rear trunk of my vehicle. I didn't want to risk ruining the paint myself in case I came across any issues. Silicon Valley Autospa responded to my project request right away. They asked questions to address and understand my needs and provided me a quote on the cost. I didn't have any reference on how much it would cost since the other places that Yelp projects sent a request didn't tell me the cost for an emblem delete. I felt confident and scheduled the appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment, service from when I walked in was super! I didn't have to wait, was offered a drink and the waiting area although small, the chairs were super comfortable. The emblem delete did not take long and when I checked out the work before paying, I was super impressed. There were no signs that any emblems had been there before. Nothing was ruined and it looked exactly the way I wanted it. Ravi is stellar in his communication, his knowledge and the work that is done. Even though this service was small compared to the other types of work that they do in the shop, attention to detail was not overlooked. When I was paying, Ravi provided me an envelope with the emblems, none of them had been ruined in the process of removal. Don't forget to mention Yelp to get a discount on your service needs. It's great to go to an installer and instantly feel that you are in capable hands and are working with a trustworthy team. The team did a great job wrapping my M3 with full PPF and applying ceramic coat. I had a minor accident that marred the PPF on my Tacan. I needed to have it replaced and chose Silicon Valley Autospa. Ravi and team were fantastic. I took in my Mercedes C300 AMG for a detail and paint correction. Ravi and his team provided me with more then enough details on the process of how a paint correction works. It was actually too much information HAHA. But, I give it to the team of SVA, they are a new shop, but Ravi has experience and communication that is hard to find these days at other shops. I love how the place is by appointment. I did not even feel pressured or rushed. My car was in and out within 24 hours and costed almost have the price quoted by other shops in the area. I was looking for a location that can do a protection film for my Tesla Model S. I was looking to get the full vehicle protected bumper to bumper with window tint. After reviewing a couple quotes from different shops I decided to go with silicon valley autospa. what I really liked about these guys was the transparency in showing me other vehicles they have done along with understanding the aftercare process of paint protection film as a new owner of a Tesla I wanted to make sure my vehicle was protected. One thing I loved about working with Ravi and his team was the complimentary loaner vehicle it really made it easier for me to do my day-to-day work knowing my car was in good hands. Their pricing is very reasonable with a documented warranty which is very assuring in customer service and product. I would definitely recommend the shop to my friends and anybody looking for transparency and assurance that their vehicle is in good hands they have a showroom that is full of really nice vehicles. read more

Ravi did a spectacular job on our Tesla Model 3! We got both ceramic tint, and XPEL PPF. Ravi has great attention to detail and thoroughly explained the whole process to us upon drop off. He was communicative throughout the whole process, and even called us after a few days to give us updates on how our car was looking. He took his time with our car and made sure both our tint and PPF's was up to quality. I really appreciate his attention to detail and how the quality of his work is one of his top priorities!
