I confess that I am super picky when it comes to my car. I'm the guy who looks not only at the surface of what is wrapped, but even the backside to see how neat the film was cut. I checked out other businesses who did work that was "fine" but not exceptional (or if they did exceptional work, their prices were much higher than Silicon Valley Autospa). Ravi was great to work with. He described in detail what would be wrapped and ways to cut the film to minimize joint lines. It turned out taking a few days longer than expected because there are so many compound curves on the car and Ravi wanted to "do it right." I would much rather have someone who is a pro at their craft take their time and do it right rather than rush a project and end up with sub par results. Post-installation follow-up was great. There is a 1 month check-up where they check everything over and correct any issues that arise. They also include 2 free quick details over the coming year. I cannot say enough good things about Ravi and his team! I brought my car in after having vinyl on it for 2.5 years (applied from a different shop). The vinyl was in terrible condition and the application from the other shop did a number on the car. Ravi NEVER once bad mouthed the other shop despite having the opportunity to on multiple occasions. The amount of integrity he showed not only meant a lot to me but it truly was the selling point for me in giving him my business. Due to the condition of the car underneath the vinyl the car underwent: wrap removal (vehicle and chrome pieces), paint correction level 3 (I believe), and repaint of the bumper. Throughout the entire process Ravi kept me informed on the condition of the vehicle and forewarned me about any problems we could encounter. His transparency and honesty was refreshing! Once I picked up the car I was in disbelief of how incredible it looked. There was no sign of residual adhesive or vinyl. The paint was immaculate! If I could go back and never come to this place I would. I was recommended this place for a wrap on my car which was poorly done and never redone. The owner had so many things to say about talking himself up and his work but when I received my car back the cuts on the wrap were sloppy and bubbled on nearly every corner of the car. Save yourself the trouble and money- avoid this place. The owner is not responsive and I have to go get this redone somewhere else. My friend got their windows tinted here when they referred me and I made the mistake to trust this overpriced place that under delivered by a long shot. I sent a request via Yelp projects because I wanted an emblem delete on the rear trunk of my vehicle. I didn't want to risk ruining the paint myself in case I came across any issues. Silicon Valley Autospa responded to my project request right away. They asked questions to address and understand my needs and provided me a quote on the cost. I didn't have any reference on how much it would cost since the other places that Yelp projects sent a request didn't tell me the cost for an emblem delete. I felt confident and scheduled the appointment for the following week. On the day of the appointment, service from when I walked in was super! I didn't have to wait, was offered a drink and the waiting area although small, the chairs were super comfortable. The emblem delete did not take long and when I checked out the work before paying, I was super impressed. There were no signs that any emblems had been there before. Nothing was ruined and it looked exactly the way I wanted it. Ravi is stellar in his communication, his knowledge and the work that is done. Even though this service was small compared to the other types of work that they do in the shop, attention to detail was not overlooked.
