As a business professional, life gets busy. Plus being a father of two kids under 4, I have less and less time these days for the toys but I want to keep them looking their best. I was referred to IMD from a friend and these guys are easy going guys that do a great job. I know that other car washes near me charge about $50-60 to wash the outside only. Some of them don't even use microfiber cloths and scratch your car. Interstate Mobile Detailing always uses soft microfiber cloths and they wash your car with DI water (DEIONIZED WATER is water that has been stripped of minerals, which lead to little/no water spots). Most places will wash your car with regular water and finish with "spot free rinse" (DI water).. Interstate does the ENTIRE WASH with DI water. The results speak for themselves. I had them come to my office to wash my car, which was most efficient for me. Once he arrived, I unlocked the car and came back about an hour later to inspect it and give the OK. Very easy to work with. Eventually I had them come out to the house and wash all of my cars. They are great guys and I highly recommend you giving them a call. read more

I was looking around for someone to do the interior detailing for my car and found Interstate Mobile Detailing. I inquired for a quote and Sergio was professional and quick to respond. I decided to go with Interstate and extremely glad that I did! They did a fantastic job with the interior detailing of my car! I went to the beach a lot recently so there was quite a bit of sand that was on the floor of my car, but Sergio and his team was able to get them removed and my car looked brand new! Also super great that they were able to do the detailing at my job's parking lot, so I didn't need to miss a day of work. I highly recommend Interstate Mobile Detailing if you're planning to get a car detailing done. Sergio is very communicative, the price is reasonable for all the items that they will do, and the outcome is amazing! Will definitely go to Interstate again! read more

Sergio was super easy to communicate with. I was in a time crunch and looking to have the car detailed while I was at work. Sergio and his team were able to come down within a couple hours and got my ride looking fresh again. They have a DI system so water spots, no streaks, and they even cleaned the wheels, tires, door jambs and fuel door. Price was definitely reasonable for the service I got. Will definitely call these guys again in the future read more

Due to my busy work schedule, I had been neglecting my car's detailing needs, especially with all the dog hair. It was only a matter of time before it got worse. Upon a close friend's recommendation, I booked an appointment with Sergio, who went above and beyond what I could ever ask for. Not only did they come to me at 6 in the morning with their own water (which I did not know was a thing), but they also went out of their way to pump my tire when I was in a time crunch to get ready for a ceremony - which I appreciate so much!  For the first time ever, I could roll down my window without dog hair circulating. I had never seen it so clean. It is definitely money well spent. 10/10 would highly recommend! read more

SO SO happy with my detailing! My car is my fur child's car and even with seat covers, his hair gets every where :(. I try to keep up but his hair can get overwhelming sometimes, and I have just accepted the fact that this is the way my car would be; I can count on 1 hand how many people have been in my back seat in the last 5 years, just because it is really embarassing and I didn't want people to deal with that mess, but they really brought my car out of the grave! On time, and gave detailed communication and did so in a timely manner! Would def recommend! read more

I came up from SoCal to the bay yesterday and my maps routed me around traffic through a route that took me off-road. My car got splattered with mud, so I reached out to a friend for a detailer recommendation. As soon as I contacted Sergio, he responded swiftly and was clear on pricing and services. We set up for today at 8 am and he was on time and knocked everything out in about 1 1/2 hrs. Communication and service were on point. I am so so so happy with this interior & headlight cleaning service!! Sergio was able to clean spills, stains, dirt, dust, grime, pet hair and who knows what from over 5 years of use - I've had dogs, kids, many many passengers, boba spills, mud, hay, I don't even know, my car's been through it! He went above and beyond and gave it his all to make my car sparkling clean for a very reasonable price, and explained everything he was doing. He was very responsive via text and call and happy to answer any questions at any point before, during, or after the service. I can't express how grateful and relieved I am to have a deep cleaned car for the first time ever. This has taken a huge weight off my shoulders and addressed one of my major stressors. I kept putting this off and it was so helpful that he came to where my car was parked and was extremely professional, communicative, courteous, and non-judgmental. He is very skilled and passionate about his work with an incredible attention to detail. This was one of the best decisions I've ever made and I can't recommend Sergio and his 5 star service enough! read more

I spilled a full size shaker of protein shake all over my boyfriends passenger seat and needed cleaning asap! It stained the seat really badly. I tried cleaning it myself, but i needed professional cleaning. So I reached out to a couple of detailing services in my area on Yelp and Sergio from Interstate Mobile Detailing reached out to me very quickly. He didn't give me a quote up front but wanted to see pictures so he can accurately quote me on the job. Sergio and his team was super responsive and they did a great job! The seat looks good as new! See the before and after photos! I definitely recommend them and will reach out to them if needed in the future! I appreciate it guys! Thank you again! read more

I came across their ad on my FB feed and have tried different things to try to get my headlights cleaned. Nothing I used or bought at the auto parts store seemed to work. He came out to my home and in less then a 60 minutes got both my headlights cleared of the fog and oxidation to look like when I first bought my 300. Great prices and does appointments too. These guys were amazing. Showed up in their van, had all the tools ready to go. Very professional. Super detail oriented, careful with all the paperwork in the car, and got out every bit of dirt from every corner and crevice. They spent 3 hours cleaning the interior of my car. It showed that they care about their work. I will also say that they gave a very fair price. The cherry on top was that they were able to show up at the address I needed them on a weekend. I highly recommend them. I can see why they have so many positive reviews. read more

Sergio helped me with my headlight restoration. He is _very_ professional and I can recommend him for your project for the following reasons. Communication: When he wasn't busy the reply came in few mins. If he's not replying for 30+ mins he's probably working very hard on another customer's car; he never missed to reply or ignored my nitpicking questions. Process: I sent him pictures in the evening. Sergio "just wants to come by and check" my car since he was nearby, around "9 PM, free of charge". Upon inspection he says he can start working on the car if necessary; really? It was awesome since I wanted to get it done ASAP. I knew how the headlight was messed up (I did it) so I shared some detailed story. He listens carefully and starts explaining how he's planning to tackle the issue. We had even more discussions while tacking the issue -- how to sand, where to improve further, etc. I appreciate his patience in listening to my (relatively inexperienced) opinions as an expert, and taking necessary steps to address my concerns right away. Not many people do this. Pricing: It was very competitive from the beginning esp considering he's working at night at your house. Surprisingly, Sergio offered some discount just because we both think the job could be somehow improved and "it bothers him". What an honest and humble man... I had to decline the offer because I know many would happily charge me 2x, doing the same job, and insisting "it is the perfect job". He's a positive and hard working professional, who'll work on your car like a friend who does care about your car, with reasonable pricing. It's hard to ask for more. read more

Damn I swear these guys are miracle workers or something. I got a 20 year old car I'm getting ready to sell that was nasty on the inside and I texted these guys pictures and they told me they can pull up to my home and get me right by the next day. They came when it was pouring rain all day and set up a canopy and worked on the interior for a few hours and they brought the car completely back to life. Interior looks so nice its giving me second thoughts about selling the car lol. I've already recommended them to a couple friends for their solid service and I'm hitting these guys up again soon for my next car. Great price and even better work, for sure cant go wrong going with these guys read more

A+. Sergio and his team were great communicators-- quickly responded to my inquiry, and followed up with exacting detail, including helpful reminder the night before and "on my way" the day of. On time, listened to all our requests and got to work! They brought their own equipment water and power-- awesome. I can't recommend them enough-- I'll be a returning customer for sure. Thanks Sergio! read more

To say these fellas are the bomb.com is an understatement! I first called them when the 2016 Ford Escape I bought from the dealer was less than in terms of being detailed. When IMD was done with their detail package my Escape was taken to a new level. That was in April and I have been having them maintain my car regularly since then. It is always a great day when the fellas come and take care of the car! Thanks fellas you always do great work and never disappoint! read more
