My windshield got hit by a rock yesterday which put a spur in my windshield, right in front of my eyesight view. I put in the request for windshield repairs on Yelp and received several responses immediately. The first 2 places both had very high ratings and decent prices. I decided to go with Top Auto Glass, mainly because he was a mobile unit. Zabi gave me a 2 hrs timeframe and kept me updated until he arrived, which was well within the time quoted. Zabi explained in detail the risks of the repairs, he was honest and explain that 5-10% of windshields may crack, but i knew it was a risk I was willing to take!!! I'm so grateful I did!!!! Zabi did an awesome job that I couldn't find it when I first look, he had to finally point it out to me!!! ALL I can say is that the work was awesome and now I don't have any spots in my eye view anymore and that was the main thing!! He also answered my questions and was very friendly and kept a smile on his face the whole time. The great thing is that I was able to get things done at home but if I had to sit in a shop, nothing would have got done at home. I'm so grateful for that service!!! Sorry that was the best pics I was able to take. It was challenging trying to take a pic of a small minute dot that's really not there unless you really search for it! read more

I received a response quickly - LESS than 30 minutes after requesting for a service! Zabi was on time and worked very quickly. Zabi had great communication and was very informative with letting me know a price estimate and immediate availability. He also explained the process of what he was gonna do and how he was gonna fix the chipped windshield with resin. After finishing, he wiped down the inside of the front windshield along with the driver/passenger windows and dashboard. Ever notice how some categories have higher yelp ratings than others? Hardware stores and arborists come to mind. Those industries just seem to have a culture of better customer service. They're friendlier, take more care in ensuring customer satisfaction, and seem to take more pride in their work. Auto glass shops fit that mold. They're polite, they hustle, and they usually do the work correctly the first time. Take a look at all the reviews, and you'll see mostly five star businesses. Top auto glass fits this mold, and then some, I created a project on Yelp and received several bids quickly. Top auto glass was in the first batch and had the lowest price. For common cars, they have windshields in inventory. For our mini van, the technician was able to come the same day. He said for less common cars or luxury cars, it would take longer. Too Auto Glass included free mobile repair in the quote. He had a nice van with all the tools and things necessary. An hour later, I had a crystal clear windshield installed. He gave simple instructions. No car wash for 3 days. Lifetime warranty on the seal. He really took pride and wanted me to know he stood behind his work. Great customer service. He was responsive to calls and texts, and messages through yelp. I would definitely use this service again. read more

Scheduling through Yelp was quick and easy. They were very responsive and were able to accommodate me on short notice. Zabi was professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout the process. He took the time to explain the quality of the aftermarket windshield he was installing and how it compares to an OEM windshield, which gave me confidence in my decision. Their pricing was also the best I found in the area. The quote was straightforward and transparent, with no hidden fees or surprise charges, just the quoted price plus tax. Despite the on-and-off rain, he completed the installation in less than an hour. The workmanship was excellent, and I am very satisfied with the results. 10 stars if it were an option! SUPPORT LOCAL SMALL BUSINESSES!!! Zabi was so great! He quoted me and confirmed my appt. He came out and did his thing and was friendly, personable and professional. It's hopefully my only time needing a windshield replacement but I have already send his info and recommended him to 2 others. Price is a huge factor these days. And it's worth paying a bit extra to support local family owned businesses. That said o had quotes from 4 other places and Zabi with Top Auto was the best. Thank you!! read more

Top Auto Glass Owner Zabi is a phenomenal, deeply honest, thorough, detailed business owner and professional. A genuinely kind and caring person. I hired Zabi to fix my rear passenger window that this past Sunday I discovered was down and would not roll up, but all other electric windows in the car worked fine. I tried grabbing the two inches of the window that still were up, and pulled up, the window moved but then a loud pop and sound of something falling to the bottom inside the door. Zabi by text said he suspected a failed regulator, asked me for the VIN# so he could bring the right part for my car. Zabi kept me updated as to his ETA, and he answered all my questions, so I then went back in my house to continue working. Zabi rang doorbell a few minutes later after he had taken the door apart to show me the failed part - which showed cheap plastic pieces of the regulator had shattered, which explained what I heard. I was so pleased and happy that Zabi showed me the failed part, sadly too often today, some businesses are not honest or trustworthy. Zabi never charged more than he quoted on our Yelp texts communication AND the replacement regulator has a "lifetime warranty". I wish Zabi all the best in his business, I know his business will grow and continue to be successful because of the professionalism, honesty and high degree of knowledge that Zabi has acquired. I *will* and *do* recommend Top Auto Glass to my family, friends and neighbors! Oh, last but not least, Zabi's price for a replacement regulator including labor was half of the well known national glass company, plus no other company offered lifetime warranty on the regulator, and add to all this goodness, Zabi has free mobile service, he fixed my car window in my home driveway! What's not to like? read more

I'm so glad I found Top Auto Glass on Yelp! My windshield was pretty badly cracked on a Sunday and it was fully replaced by Monday afternoon. He was able to squeeze me in the same day we spoke and came to me to repair my windshield, which was super convenient. The process couldn't have been any smoother, thank you Zabi! read more

Embarrassingly, I have been driving around with a cracked windshield for years. Whenever I got a quote for a replacement and recalibration, it was always steep in cost. Zabi delivered professional & high-quality craftsmanship when replacing the windshield of my family's 2018 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The passenger side window regulator on my 2003 Honda Pilot suddenly stopped working, and I couldn't roll up the window--of course, it started raining that day! I had an incredible experience with Zabi at Top Auto Glass. I came in with a noticeable crack, and by the time he was finished, it was completely invisible. The quality of the repair is honestly mind-blowing. Beyond the technical skill, Zabi is super friendly and professional. He went above and beyond by cleaning all the glass on my car, not just the area he repaired. He even gave me a professional-grade glass cleaner solution to keep! What I appreciated most was his honesty and advice. He took the time to explain how glass insurance coverage works, which prompted me to update my policy immediately to save money in the future. Did a good job. Showed up , on time, andexplained the process. Work was performed quickly.

Called Top Auto Glass to fix a chip in my windshield. Submitted a request for quote through their website and got a quick email response eventually scheduling an appointment that same evening. Zabi sent an update he was coming, showed up, explained what he was doing, went to work and filled that chip with resin, and you can't even tell there was a chip there. GREAT JOB Zabi and Top Auto Glass. Will definitely use them in the future. read more

Amazing service and highly recommend. I requested a quote and he responded very quickly. The price was very competitive for a chip repair. He came to our home to do it and it took maybe 20 minutes or less. Very professional. He also was able to squeeze us in next day, despite a late in the evening reach out. He checked out the chip and shared there was a 5-10% chance that the crack might spread / not be repairable because it had 2 point of contact. Given the small percentage, we decided to go forward. I also really appreciated that if it did spread, he said the cost of the repair would be able to just go towards a windshield replacement - which was peaceful that they offered that service as well. The chip repair was $75 and to replace could range from $350-$550 depending on the brand and all the specifics so we definitely thought it was worth the chances to repair. I really appreciated the honesty up front (after all, how can you really guarantee it'd repair perfectly even with thousands of precious repairs). We'll definitely go back if we need services in the future (you just never know with all these dang rocks and things that fly while driving). The repair after looked significantly better and were very grateful for the help ! read more
