Unfortunately, I had another rock fly up from another car while driving on the freeway. It cracked my windshield and was already spidering. Luckily, we knew who to take our car to Exel Autoglass. Suad communicates and answers calls quickly. He was able to change our windshield to an insurance approved premium quality aftermarket windshield. If you want an OEM, you'll have to pay the difference. Thanks again Suad! read more

Suad does outstanding work at a fair price and is easy to work with. I recommend Exel with no reservations.

They were so friendly quick and awesome. The price was less than the insurance provided vendor. read more

I took my 2006 Porsche 911 (997) Carrera to this place as Reitmeirs Werkstat recommended them. Service and Value: Suad Besic is very personable and he knows what he is doing. He took the time to see my 911's windshield and immediately identified the issues with the current system windshield. He worked with my insurance (GEICO) and got them to approve the OEM windshield. He finished my car in 5 hours and even cleaned the inside. I'll be going to him to fix all my auto glass issues. I would say this place is a great value for money and you know Suad is an honest guy. read more

Needed a windshield replacement for a large crack on my wife's Type R and was referred to Suad by a fellow car buddy. Insurance was a bit of a bottleneck trying to approve replacing the glass with OEM Honda glass but Suad was very helpful in convincing them that the OEM glass was the only option. Service was quick, yet very meticulous. We were very happy with his work and customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend his services to anyone in the area! read more

Best in the BAY and overall industry. I'd trust this guy with any vehicle. He's definitely well versed and you can tell by how serious and professional he is about his craft that he's mastered. read more

Had a big chip in my windshield. Called and made an appointment. He looked and explained the issue and showed the chip was cracking further than I originally could see. Explained that there's risk in repair but was willing to give it a try. 45 min later, he was successful in filling in the chip and surrounding cracking and should prevent further spread. Excellent work, super nice people, very competitive pricing. Would recommend. Was recommended to me by a fellow co-worker. Clean and well kept shop. read more

Knowledgeable, skilled owner. I always take our cars there for excellent reasonably priced glass replacement

Wanted to continue the 5 start streak for Suad. He's clearly a one-man wrecking crew, absolutely did a fabulous job with my car. Long story: Rock hit my windshield, major crack ensued, so had to get it replaced, not just repaired. Initially tried the "easy" way with a large national company that shall go unnamed but has lots of commercials, and popped up as "preferred" when I went to my insurance company's website. When I set up the appointment, I did it online and put in my insurance information and everything. Day before the appointment, I get a call that they will need to charge me the full price and then the insurance will need to reimburse me. They never "got" the information that I painstakingly entered on their website. Hmm... So I call my insurance. The agent said he would *NOT* recommend this company as they have had more than their share of complaints. They said find *ANYBODY* else. Enter Exel. They popped up at the top with multiple 5 star reviews. I got an easy quote through Yelp, talked with Suad. They weren't the cheapest but they were completely upfront about what needed to be done and would use OEM glass. Suad also told me about the recalibrations that would be required (S*******e) never mentioned that!). I chose them mostly because I wanted to have it done in a shop, not by a mobile service (I figure that this type of thing is best done in a controlled environment, not in my driveway). Installed in about 4 hours, ready to drive immediately (no need to wait overnight!). He even reinstalled my school decals and the FasTrak transponder for me. Suad kept me informed the whole way. read more

On time, reasonably priced, very detailed. Will recommend 100%. Installed the windshield, recalibrated cameras, filed with insurance. Amazing service. read more

Great work very Professional he has done several of my cars and all ways dose a great job.

Brought in my 2025 X5 for replacement of cracked windshield. Got an OEM replacement Suad showed me the new glass and was able to install and calibrate all the cameras while I waited in the office. He also explained to me all the sensor readings before and after replacing the glass. The shop and waiting area is clean. Would definitely recommend this place for all your auto glass needs read more

Suad and his team are true pros! I love it when I go to a shop and they have good communication and positive attitude. When I arrived with my Porsche Cayman GT4 he walked me into his clean and organized shop and showed me the windshield I would be getting. Explained the process and included notes about how he will use the right tools that some shops don't use. He even covers your seat and wheel when moving the vehicle, which is important to me. Scheduling was easy and on time. I dropped off the car and took a 10 min walk to Starbucks for a couple hours. Then it was done! Suad is not just a glass guy, his experience included body work so your car is in good hands. Not just someone who learned windshields and opened a shop. Don't take your car anywhere else, even if it means driving 30 miles like me. read more

Very prompt response. Very economical. The labor is well justified. Job neatly done Under an hour

I had a chip in my car's windshield. Safelite tried to repair it, and made it worse - it expanded into a very long crack. Looked around for a more reputable auto glass store - found all the great reviews for Exel Autoglass and contacted them. Suad was very friendly, professional, took care of all the things with my insurance and did a perfect job with replacing the windshield on my Genesis. Super glad that I found Exel, and I would definitely recommend them! read more

Exel Autoglass, specifically Suad, go above and beyond. It's hard to find service providers nowadays who genuinely care about delivering outstanding service with your best interests in mind. A rock hit my windshield on the freeway. The next day, I called Suad and he was able to evaluate the damage that morning, after telling him I was going on a road trip later that afternoon. He was honest and upfront noting it would be difficult to fix but he said he would try his best. 30 minutes later, he fixed my windshield better than expected and I could barely see a point of impact. Suad is an expert at his craft and it shows. Above all, he was authentic and cared about delivering premier service with your safety in mind. He is patient, offers great insight and advice too! Grateful there are still owners/businesses like this in the world. We will be back. Thanks again, Suad! read more

Takes great care to do it right. I wouldn't go anywhere else if you want it done correctly and want it to last.

Suad did an excellent job on my BMW X5. I had a small 'dime' sized window chip, and wanted it repaired before the sun and warm days of summer caused it to turn into a major crack. 45 minutes later, the chip is virtually invisible, expect for in direct sunlight if you know where to look. Thanks Saud for saving me the cost of replacing the windshield. read more

I was recommended to Exel by a friend, I've had my previous windshields replaced with safelite before with a decent experience but I've read some scary reviews on safelite's yelp page especially for Tesals so I really didn't want to risk it for my Tesla. The folks at Exel did a great job making everything easy and straightforward. I made an appointment and came in, got it taken care of in the time they promised and have had no problems! really happy with my experience with them read more

Our car was broken into and we were leaving town 2 days later. Exel went the extra mile to get a replacement window and install it the day we called. They did a fantastic job and even fixed the bent frame around the window. Their pricing was very reasonable too. read more

If you ever need to replace the windshield of your car, Suad at Excelglass is the bomb! We needed to replace the windshield glass on our Nissan Altima before the chips/cracks on it got worse. I researched on Yelp and after reading many reviews for different companies, called Suad at Exel Autoglass. He seemed very professional and easy to talk to. We decided to go with him. He managed all the paperwork with Statefarm and ordered the replacement glass. We booked an appointment and took the car in. It took 2 hours and Suad was very meticulous in taking out the old windshield glass, prepping the area and putting in the new glass and taping it. He has worked in Germany before moving to the US and naturally after having worked with the best of the breed that German cars are, he is very good at his craft. On top of that he is very patient and a nice human being. Look no further if you need the windshield glass replaced. Suad at Exel Autoglass is the best of the best! read more

WHAT A GEM OF A PERSON. I have been in dealerships for about 14 years and I have yet to meet anyone like Suad in this segment of the industry. If time is money, this guy does not care how long it takes- the job will get done the proper way on the first try. I watched Suad work on my car and his prep work did not miss a beat; from wrapping my seats, dash and steering wheel to using a fine brush to clean the mounting points for the windshield all the while explaining the "Whys" of his processes. When it was time to mount the windshield, it took only a few moments- but the prep work is where the work will show over time. Best price is not the game he plays since the work and care put into his craft is second to none. Give him the business and you'll definitely learn a thing or two, maybe make a friend while getting glass work done. Whatever the case may be, it will be a great experience! read more

I needed a glass replacement very quickly so I went to yelp to reach out to some services in the Bay Area. Luckily, Suad replied very promptly and I was able to make an appointment to get oem glass replaced the next day. All the broken glass was vacuumed up and cleaned thoroughly. The service was done very well and the car looks just like new! Definitely recommend this place read more

They did an excellent job replacing the windshield of my Taycan. I reached out on a Saturday, got a quote for an OEM replacement on Monday morning, and they were able to get the job done on Tuesday, including calibrating all ADAS cameras and head-up display! Dropped off the car Monday evening and they made sure to park the car inside overnight. Thank you for a job well done! read more

Ended up choosing a different auto shop due to time and location (it's close enough to walk to/from), but I greatly appreciated the candor and speedy communication from Excel Autoglass -- older vehicle, lead time on parts, etc.. Took care of a windshield chip on my son's car and did an outstanding job. Very courteous and efficient service. Highly recommended.

I had a small front windshield chip from last fall that of course got bigger. Tried having it repaired, it didn't last and turned into a crack that required the windshield being replaced. I finally started a claim with my insurance. It was sent to Exel. Saud called me literally minutes later -- on a Saturday. He kept me posted, got the VIN info and ordered the replacement. He brought his mobile van and replaced the glass in a couple of hours. Couldn't recommend more. read more

Better call SUAD! Professional, Punctual, excellent work. Saud fixed a driver side door mechanism failure on my Dodge Grand caravan. At the time I called him, I actually thought the window glass had been damaged. Not only was he able to validate the glass was ok, but he found the real problem, spotty plastic parts that are used in the auto window function. He had to purchase the part, but he made sure my window was raised so that we could keep out bugs, and or rain. The part was installed, and everything was great. Fast forward 1 year and 6 days, the replacement part breaks in the exact same manner. Better call SUAD! Not only did SUAD fit me into his schedule ASAP, he got my window back up while the part was on order. Once the part was in SUAD fixed the windows, again, tested, lubricated, and cleaned up the work site. HE WOULD NOT TAKE MY MONEY! This gentleman deserved to get paid for his time, and the part, that was not his fault broke! But he would not let me even compensate him for the time worked. This level of small business professionalism is what we all need. I will refer everyone I can to Exel Autoglass for amazing professional service. read more

Awesome quality of work done on my Mazda. I thought Suad, who I believe is the owner, was quick to communicate through the Yelp app, friendly, and exceptional quality of work done to replace my windshield. I bought the car used, and I thought that it had its windshield replaced before I bought it --there were visible glue lines under the glass and it looked less professionally attached than I would expect from a manufacturer. Suad's report after it was complete was that it appeared to him that the windshield had been replaced but not installed well/correctly. Looking at his handiwork, it looks so much cleaner and original of an install, it is remarkable that there are no glue lines visible. Wonderful work, great experience, and I would absolutely return to have him work on my car again. read more
