Back in 2022, rock hit my windshield while driving on the freeway, and I got a huge crack across my windshield. I called a few places and JVS Auto was the most professional by far, they were quick to respond and arrange a time to come over and fix my windshield. Since then my windshield has been good and recently someone broke a side window for a family members car and I told them to call JVS Auto and sure enough they thanked me and told me that they had a wonderful experience with JVS Auto. I recommend this place to anyone looking to get any glass services done to their car. read more

I needed to have another windshield replaced recently and reached out to Jose. He was great. I really appreciate the way makes the effort to make sure the details are right. The quality of his work was really high. For this windshield, he picked up an OEM windshield from the dealership and installed it at my house. A few days later, I took it to the dealership to do the camera calibration service. This was much less expensive than having the dealership do the whole package, and the quality of the install was probably better. Plus, I liked being able to let the car sit in my driveway for 24 hours to let the adhesive cure instead of driving it back from a dealership right after install, which vibrates the adhesive and loosens it. read more

JVS was fast with their quote and fast with the job. Very easy to communicate with and lovely to work with. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a windshield replacement. read more

I would not be writing this review, but since I'm running in to this current issue with my windshield it should be addressed. JVS replaced my windshield less than a year ago, unfortunately there is another crack. Cheap glass beware! Another issue JVS glued the panels to the windshield making it hard for the current company to remove this round.......panels are not to be superglued, they should be clipped in....due to this reason. I do not recommend this service at all! read more

Very impressed with JVS. Jose was friendly, professional, prompt and had my windshield replaced within 12hrs of calling him! Additionally after finishing the job he called my attention to mice that apparently had made a home under my hood and were starting to chew up the lining of my hood, and hoses. He gave me some recommendations to deal with this before they end up chewing through wires and causing my car to malfunction. Not even my mechanic caught this issue. Good man! read more

Jose came to replace my front windshield without hassle. The service was quick and very reasonably priced. I'm so glad I chose JVS, as the other places I looked at charged much more and were not mobile. It took a little less than an hour and he just called me to come downstairs when it was ready. So convenient! I will be sure to refer them to anyone who needs their services. Thanks again! read more

Honest and to the point. I contacted them for a small rock chip. They'll make an appointment with you and come to your address. Upon inspection of the condition, I was told there is no need to pay for a repair, and that the is nothing to worry about. I really appreciate the honest recommendation and the fact that they didn't try to repair the chip or make it sound more serious just so they could charge me. read more

Great service. Repaired a really bad windshield chip with multiple cracks very nicely on my Model 3. I didn't realize at first this was a mobile service, and while you do pay a little extra for that service compared to driving to a local shop, it was super convenient. Would definitely highly recommend. read more

Jose provided great mobile service for replacement of my car windshield - he was very careful removing the cracked windshield and replacing it. Also, his pricing was great in comparison to two other windshield repair companies. My insurance company uses Safelite and they were priced the highest. I shopped and read the good reviews for JVS Auto Glass Services. I called and Jose gave me a good price. From beginning to finish, Jose did a great job. I highly recommend JVS Auto Glass Services. read more

Responsive and quick-to-text owner. Easy to talk to and friendly. Installed the correct windshield within an hour and at my location. On top of all this, the price was the lowest I'd seen after checking five additional shops. Would highly recommend JVS. read more

Jose did a great job! To be honest I was sketch about him coming to my location to fix it. But after seeing his great reviews on Yelp, I was convinced. He arrived much earlier than planned and it took him under 1 hour to replace the rear driver window. My Jeep got broken into, and he fixed it the next morning. I had called Allstate and they set up an appointment with Safelite with a deductible of $250 plus tax. So I shopped around online and that's when I found Jose at JVS. He charged me $193 including tax. Much better price. Very satisfied and definitely recommend! read more

Top Notch Service. Fast. Friendly. Best Price. I have an older 90s Nissan Coupe. My rear window seals/mold had slowly been peeling off for some time now. Found JVS and was not disappointed. I spoke with Jose around noon. He gave me a rough estimate and was at my location within a few hours. Jose removed the old molding, pulled the rear window off, added new seals and sealant. He did this all within an hour and all while chit chatting with me. Jose is a professional and is super friendly. He's going to be my go to guy for all my future auto window issues. You won't be disappointed with the quality of work Jose provides. read more

Follow up Review - another 5 stars. Extremely responsive, personable, knowledgeable, thorough , and price is great! A day after JVS replaced windshield on my car, I then broke the side-door window with rock from my weed eater (not on purpose) . Anyway, I called Jose early that morning and he got the glass and came over the SAME day, after his other scheduled jobs were completed , and replaced the window in the side passenger door. He found some issues with the rollup assembly and took care of that too. read more

My car was vandalized last night at the Oakridge mall. Shards where in and out of my car's driver seat window. Price is reasonable and I'm very happy with the results. Highly recommend!! read more

My Audi was broken into over the Thanksgiving weekend. I was calling around to a few shops and I finally call the shop that I take my car to and they recommended me to JVS. I called Jose around 1:00 and he said that he had the glass in stock and can meet me between 3:00 and 5:00. He arrived at 3:00 and he completed the job at 4:30. He defiantly know his way around Audi with their temperamental clips. I was very happy with the job and he even vacuumed all the glass out of the door and seats. Thank you Jose. read more
