I had an amazing experience with this windshield repair shop! Jorjik was fantastic, professional, and accommodating, and the kind lady at the front counter was extremely friendly and welcoming. I didn't have an appointment, but Jorjik was kind enough to squeeze me in between appointments, which I truly appreciated. The service was excellent, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I would absolutely return and highly recommend Shiny Auto Glass to anyone needing windshield replacement or glass repair. It's refreshing to find a business that genuinely cares about its customers and goes the extra mile to help. Five-star service all around! read more

Jorjik and his wife are wonderful! My car was stolen and the thieves took my wheels and tires. They broke in from the sunroof. I reached out to several places, really hoping someone closer to me would have the best quote but none of them beat Shiny Auto Glass. They were responsive and had great customer service. They had to order the glass for my sunroof and had me in the next day. Thank you again. I would totally recommend this place if you ever need to get your car windows replaced. read more

If you need a windshield or window replacement, I would highly recommend Shiny Auto Glass. I had requested quotes through yelp and they had responded quickly and were communicative. The pricing is fair for the quality, expertise and level of service. I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day as it was a holiday when I made my inquiry. They are located in an industrial part of Santa Clara that is easily accessible from the freeway near many other automotive businesses. Their building is easy to locate. Jorjik and his wife who own this business are very professional, pleasant, polite and wonderful people. I had my windshield replaced in less than an hour as well as my front dash camera remounted within that time. You can wait in the office which is nice. They conveniently accept tap payments as well. Thank you so much Shiny Auto Glass! read more

Unfortunately my car was broken into this morning, but this mobile company made the process so much easier. The woman who helped me over the phone was kind, thorough, and able to get me in sooner than expected. The gentleman, Jorjik, who came out was quick, professional, and cleaned up all the broken glass from my car before making sure the new window worked properly and explaining the warranty. I'm really happy with how smooth and efficient the entire experience was, especially after such a stressful morning. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing auto glass repair. Fast, reliable, and excellent customer service! read more

I needed my rear passenger window replace and Jorjik did a very excellent job. Very professional handiwork with affordable price. It did not take so long and the quality of work is superb. I thought the aftermarket window would not meet expectations. But, it looks very good just like the original factory tinted rear window. No need for OEM. Way better than Safelite as Shiny Auto Glass provides personal touch whereas employee of Safelite might only do the minimum amount of work as needed and cost more. read more

The previous night my passenger window got broken into. I was trying to get my window done as soon as possible and that's when I came across this place! They were able to schedule me the same day I reached out. The owner is very responsive with messages and has excellent communication. I love how this company also offered mobile service! I had a very hard time driving home the night my window got broken into, so the mobile service at my home really helped put my mind more at ease. He came early and let me know ahead of time he was arriving early, he was very punctual efficient and fast! The total service took less than an hour! Would definitely recommend this place to friends and family! read more

They were very easy and nice to work with. They were very clear and up front about costs. Our windshield replacement was done quickly.

Shiny and his wife are awesome! They work quickly, offer great pricing, and provide real value. I've asked them for help twice -- once for my window installation and another time to fix my front bumper. Both times, they did a great job. Highly recommend! Please contact them without any hesitation ! read more

Jorjik and his wife are awesome, super honest and friendly, and had the best pricing too. Communication was great! He double checked my VIN that he had the right windshield glass for my Tesla Model 3. They also use high quality aftermarket glass too. Completed the replacement in less than 2 hours while I waited. They are now my go-to for any auto glass repair/replacement needs! Highly recommend! read more

This review is for communication only and does not include service experience. Someone vandalized my car front windshield over the weekend and Shiny Auto Glass was quick to respond and coordinate with insurance and follow up with calls. I went with another company due to proximity to my home. Their prices are fair and they will work with the insurance company if needed. read more

I feel it is important to support small businesses. I am grateful that I found this business using Yelp. Shiny Auto Glass was the second business to contact me and had the fairest price. I appreciated that the owner called to my attention that tree debris was gathering beneath a compartment under the hood of my car and that it could cause problems. His wife was a lovely person, and I just enjoyed the visit. Hopefully, I don't get another crack in my window, but if it does happen, I have a place to go. I think they are good, honest people. read more

Shiny Auto Glass - Before and after at SHINY AUTO GLASS on KIA Seltos broken window in San Francisco. GREAT WORK! - Windshield Installation & Repair Near Me - Santa Clara, California

I recently had both my front and rear windshields replaced at Auto Shiny Glass, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. Jorjik, the technician, was phenomenal. He explained everything in detail so I always knew what was going on, and they worked incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. The service was top-notch-prompt, professional, and the workmanship was flawless. Price-wise, they were more than fair compared to other shops I checked out. Overall, if you need any glass work, this is the place. I highly recommend them! read more

Want to give another shout out to Jorjik and his wife Norin. Excellent customer service and quality work. I had my front windshield cracked by a big rock on highway. Reached out to many different shops but none of them were able to get OEM windshield covered under my insurance. Jorjik was able to talk to my insurance company and ordered my OEM windshield from dealership for prices that are 2x cheaper than the price quoted by my local toyota dealership! Work was done fast and my car felt brand new again. Jorjik also helped me fix a few things in my car without questions asked. Very honest owner and I would definitely trust my future cars with them. read more

Their service was quick and easy to follow alongside being friendly as well. Easy scheduling too and they have a beautiful cat!!

Family run business that does a fantastic and honest job. I had three different appointments with Safelite, one time they did not have the window they said they had in stock, and two other times I made appointments at my home and they failed to show up or call me. Working with the people at shiny auto glass was a real pleasure. They kept me posted on how the job was going, and I appreciated their communication. I will refer as many friends as I can as a great business like this deserves to be rewarded. Great quality, on time, and they easily worked with my insurance company. read more

Fast, helpful, and trustworthy from start to finish. Shiny Auto Glass replaced my windshield the same day, arrived on time, and walked me through options and warranty before starting. The guy worked quickly but carefully, clean install with perfect fit, no wind noise, and he left the interior spotless. Pricing was upfront with no upsells, and for the quality of the work it was a great value. Exceptional service, top-notch quality, and people you can trust. In and out in 20 minutes with a new window after it was smashed. $160 all in. Great job, friendly service, good price, 0 complaints

Easy to schedule the appointment, great service, fast, professional, and competitively priced.

378 reviews and they are all 5 stars?! For good reason. Unfortunately I was one of the many victims of a broken car window robbery. This was the front side passenger window. The next day at noon Shiny Auto Glass fixed this in less than 2 hours and at a much better price than let's say... Safelite. Long story short, the Bay Area is in a thief epidemic. This business took care of me quickly and at a reasonable price. Go here. Lol. read more

I had a huuuuuuuuuuge crack on my window and needed it done asap! They had an opening available the next day and we're the cheapest offer I received on Yelp. I think it's owned by a husband and wife (?). The woman in the office was super nice and offered for me to wait in the office or she can call when it's done. I got a call back in about 1.5 hours after I dropped off my car to let me know it was ready. Super easy process, looked great, and good price! Fingers crossed I never get my window damaged again BUT if it does happen, I'll be coming here. read more

Goes without saying that I needed some type of glass work if I'm doing a review for the place right? Sadly, that is 100% accurate after someone broke into my car. I called and messaged a lot of shops and 3 of them stood out based on their messages with me. one was great but didn't have availabilit. the other was good but the reviews (while good) weren't the best, and lastly is here. I did my research and saw from the reviews and the correspondence that this was a legit shop that would take care of me. The window was replaced and didn't take too much time. it was done well and as of now I have no negativ things to say. If you need help, give them a shout out!!! Also, they respond to the Yelp messages even before the shop opens. That was a big plus!!! Not sure what the yelp gift is but they have one if you check-in. read more
