Goes without saying that I needed some type of glass work if I'm doing a review for the place right? Sadly, that is 100% accurate after someone broke into my car. I called and messaged a lot of shops and 3 of them stood out based on their messages with me. one was great but didn't have availabilit. the other was good but the reviews (while good) weren't the best, and lastly is here. I did my research and saw from the reviews and the correspondence that this was a legit shop that would take care of me. The window was replaced and didn't take too much time. it was done well and as of now I have no negativ things to say. If you need help, give them a shout out!!! I had my vent glass replaced here, and although I hope I never have to, I would come back in a heartbeat. Very responsive through Yelp, and service was extremely quick. I'm sure it was partly because I was the only customer at the time, but I was in and out within 30 minutes! I was also gifted a can of windshield cleaner just for being a customer. Tax and labor was included in the quote they gave me, and it was about $100 less expensive than the last time I needed my vent glass repaired (at Safelite). Definitely recommend! read more

Jorjik replaced my cracked windscreen a few weeks back. The price was fair and he was quick and friendly. Unfortunately a few weeks later, my car developed a horrible smell, and after parking it a couple days I discovered there was moisture and mold visible over the interior. I brought the car back to ask for a refund. Initially Jorjik tried to convince me it was my sunroof, my cowl, or anything other than the windscreen that had just been replaced. Eventually he admitted to the problem after a spray test showed water leaking in around the windscreen. At that point, he agreed to refund me. I am only out of pocket the cost of the mold remediation plus all my damaged belongings. In all, once he was satisfied that there was a problem with the installation, Jorjik was as professional as he could be given the damage he caused. read more
