I've had a crack in my windshield since March but I rarely drive the car (Lexus IS-F). Recently during one of the heat waves, the crack decided to make its way across the entire windshield so I knew it was time to get it replaced. I sent out a project request via Yelp and got multiple responses with quotes. The reason why I went with Onsite Auto Glass is because they were able to fit me into their schedule the following day and offered the most competitive pricing, while being very prompt in their response. I even received a phone call the next morning to confirm my appointment. The technician called me prior to arriving to my house and was ready to work. He told me it would take about 2 hours so I went back inside and proceeded to WFH. I came out a little over an hour later to check on the progress and took a picture of my car. All in all, the quality of the windshield is good for an aftermarket glass and the install appeared to go smoothly. I would dock a half a star simply because the technician didn't put a work mat on my hood and had all of his tools resting on top of my paint. Additionally, the old adhesive that was scraped off was left all over my driveway. I had to sweep and clean up the mess, which wasn't an issue but wish this was taken care of. read more

This is a long overdue review of excellence thanks to Dennis & team. I called for a replacement windshield for one of our calls & Dennis was very responsive to my request. We were replacing a windshield for the SECOND time on a car and i needed to make sure it was OEM (because other vendor said replacement was..was not) Dennis took care of the details with my insurance (i knew they covered OEM) and ordered installed the replacement within a week. If you are in the South Bay in his service area, i highly recommend! read more

I'm so glad I found this place! I needed my passenger side quarter window replaced, and the service was excellent from start to finish. The person who answered the phone was friendly, helpful, and gave me a reasonable quote right away. He said someone could come out within an hour and a half and texted me with an ETA. The gentleman who arrived was polite, got right to work, and had my window fixed within 30 minutes! Fast, professional service at a fair price. I would highly recommend them! read more

Great service. When they say "Onsite Auto Glass Services," they mean onsite -- they come to you! I had a rock kick up and crack my windshield, and the crack expanded a bunch overnight. I called up Onsite Auto Glass Services and they came out WITHIN THE HOUR and had my windshield replaced within 40 minutes. It was amazingly quick from the time I asked for a quote to the time I had a new windshield installed -- less than 2 hours and I didn't have to move an inch from my house. Price wise, I got quotes from 3 different places and Onsite Auto Glass Services was cheaper than everybody else by a bit. So great service + great value = happy customer here. Will definitely be using them again. read more

Wow, amazingly fast, accommodating, and top-notch customer service from the moment I decided to call Onsite Auto Glass Services to completing the entire job in just 24 hours. I am very impressed! My Acura RDX windshield had a couple of cracks caused by flying rocks driving on the freeway. Yesterday morning 10AM, I found OAGS on Yelp with practically 5 stars rating, so I decided to call and the business owner (Dennis) answered. He was friendly and super easy to talk with. Once I confirmed my car year, make, model, VIN, and my already opened claim referral number from my auto insurance provider, Dennis was on it! Since I have $0 deductible and Dennis confirmed he can replace my windshield right away with OEM, he 3-way called the auto glass claim department of my insurance carrier (without me even having to provide him the phone number) and we established my authorized agreement to move forward of my insurance claim with OAGS. After the 3-way call and since I had time before heading to work at 1:30PM, Dennis was able to dispatch his replacement tech to my house within an hour with an OEM windshield. The replacement tech (Armando) arrived and he was also very friendly. He did his skillful job diligently in my garage since it was a very hot day and left at 12:40PM. Dennis kept in great communication with me via phone about the next step: ADAS recalibration, the process of realigning the forward-facing cameras and sensors mounted on my car windshield. Since I had to go to work, Dennis was flexible with me scheduling to go into his shop for the ADAS recalibration the next day when I am free after 2PM. The next day (1:45PM today), Dennis texted me a friendly reminder that his calibration specialist (Eric) will be waiting at the shop for my 2:15-2:30PM appointment. I arrived at the shop on time and met Eric. He must be that good at his job because he skillfully finished the recalibration within 20 minutes and I was on my way home. The entire OEM windshield replacement with my opened insurance claim was excellently completed in practically 24 hours and I did not have to pay a single penny, because my deductible was $0. Dennis is the best and I highly recommend everyone to give him the opportunity to serve you as wonderfully and professionally as he did with me...all that via phone without even meeting the guy in person. If I ever do someday, I'll thank him again! Haha. read more

Update (8 months after getting my new glass) : my 2025 Honda accord's rear windshield suddenly broke when I was driving, no obstacle hit the car, nothing happened, just the wind broke the windshield and left me in complete shock. Not an OEM glass despite them telling me it is OEM Update: Dennis was quick to reach out after my updated review and offered to provide their service at a discount. I gladly accepted it. The issue seems to be with the specific brand and due to weather issues which wasn't in On-site Auto Glass control. Thank you Dennis for great customer service, I appreciate you guys. read more

So this review is long overdue. Somehow, driving through the sluggish traffic coming back from Big Sur on Highway 1, a pebble hit my windshield at the very edge in just the right way that we literally watched the crack make its way horizontally across the middle the entire way home, the whole way in traffic it made it about 1/3 across the windshield. Dennis was extremely quick to respond and got me a factory windshield (went through insurance and just paid my deductible). Dennis even did all do the footwork for me with my insurance! Armando come out to my job I think the next day or so to replace it (I got tied up at work, he ended up waiting about 20 minutes for me to come out, I felt horrible!) and that same afternoon when I got off, his other employee Eric waited for me to make the drive after work so he can do my calibration for the sensors. He must've finished in like 15 minutes, he was hella fast! I work office hours so it's hard for me to work with other businesses but he was super accommodating which I'm so appreciative and grateful for. He even switched out my wipers for free! I definitely recommend Dennis and his team if you need your glass replaced, they did a great job, super quick, efficient and friendly! Thanks again!!! read more

Wow what a great experience. I had my car broken into at 10pm on a Saturday and before 10am on Sunday my window was replaced. I'm honestly shocked at how smooth and how dang fast it all was. Dennis and his team were incredibly responsive, proactive and kind throughout the whole process. The wonderful technician Armando was professional and arrived even a little early to my home. What a great experience. I also got two other quotes and they were the cheapest of the bunch and the first be able to deliver. I now have a car glass place, which isn't fun to have, but it's great to have a good one local. Thanks so much. read more

When requested some help with a windshield repair on Yelp, Dennis was the first to reply (this was a Sunday and we needed the repair done ASAP). He found a time slot that worked for us and Paul was here on time and got right to work. The windshield chip we had was a pretty bad one and several shops had told us that there was a "50/50 chance" that a repair would work. I felt that a good technician with good tools could repair the damage (not to the point of being invisible, but well enough to safely drive). Extremely happy we found Onsite Auto Glass this morning Paul did an excellent job and, if I didn't know where the original chip was - I wouldn't even notice it! A+++ read more

I noticed a large running crack on my window on a late Friday afternoon.. I received a quote within minutes for my Lexus! They were the only mobile company an available 7 days a week. Other companies weren't going to be able to get to me until Monday. Dennis with Onsite mobile kept in constant communication with me to answer all my questions and concerns. The technician arrived the next day (Saturday) at our set appointment time. He was quick and efficient! Thank you so much.. highly recommended! read more

I was not able to use their service, since I have a minor crack in my windshield, and they only do full replacements. However, they provided me with an alternative source who specializes in crack repairs, immediately after we hung up with one another. Called four other places and no one else offered up another possibility. One even hung up on me as I was asking if they had any recommendations. If I need a full replacement (hopefully not, but...!), I will keep Onsite Auto Glass in mind for sure. read more

Windshield chip repaired and I can't find the original chip location. Fantastic job and attention to detail.

Great experience with Onsite. They beat other competitors pricing and was very communicative. Dennis was able to schedule a technician within 2 hrs of me reaching out. Unfortunately, their system didn't provide the right glass initially (with a rain sensor) even though I provided the VIN number. So the technician had to turn around and we had to reschedule. Dennis was upfront of the wrong glass order and offered to reschedule and keep the cost as quoted even though it would be a bit more for the rain sensor. Fast forward technician showed up at the rescheduled day and time and knocked it out of the park. Very pleased with the experience. I would recommend this shop to others. read more

It's been years since I've left a review for ANYONE, but onsite auto glass services definitely deserves this one. I woke up this morning to head to work and found that someone had broken into my rear windshield and the glass was shattered everywhere. This has never happened to me before so I immediately panicked. I went on yelp and found Onsite. They were thankfully super quick with responding to me at around 7 in the morning which was already impressive to say the least. Ruben (the skilled technician) arrived to my location within two hours and he was able to complete a pristine job on my rear windshield in just about an hour. He also vacuumed all of the glass that was shattered in my trunk! I'm just too impressed and am nothing but thrilled and satisfied! Such a life saver.. thank you a million times. read more

Onsite took the initiative working with insurance and getting each part of the job (replacement and front camera recalibration) done smoothly. Best is the owner's awareness of my time. He explained how the calibration will take a short time, and that the glass replacement can be done at my house, so as to minimize my waiting time overall. Also, if you didn't notice, insurance (or just Geico) puts up a very stringently worded condition for when to replace the windshield. Onsite also took care of getting preauthorization for the OEM glass. Onsite is very responsive over text and answering any minute scheduling concerns I had. read more

Nice and prompt service from Dennis. My only issue is with the technician who seemed to delay it for no reason.
